Eleanore found herself in a void, the coldness sleeping in her body, making her heart freez. She could feel the cold waves it emitted in her body. Slowly with great difficulty she opened her eyes and then looked around and found nothing.

Just her in an utter nothingness, floating in freezing air. She was still in her place for a long time. She couldn’t even calculate the amount of time she had been lying in this void. However, it felt like days until suddenly everything picked up speed.

She moved at an unimaginable speed, as if she was in space for the time when she was still and floating without struggling at all. Then suddenly she was getting pulled in some black hole, an unknown force which she could not resist.

"Mommy, I love you." She heard a sweet voice that probably belonged to her younger self.

She turned her gaze to where the voice came and saw a little girl with shining golden hair, climbing on her mother gown seeking her attention.

"Mommy, where is dada?" The scene shifts to a woman dressed in black, standing in front of the coffin of her husband, holding hands of her two children.

"My baby, you must stay here." She hears her mother’s voice from the other side, where she is locking her little child in the cupboard.

A sword passes in front of her and stabs into her mother’s chest. The same sword she had seen passing through the cupboard.

"Ahh!" Eleanore covers her ears with her palms when she sees that scene replay in front of her eyes again.

That’s when a robotic and yet very human voice spoke. "It hurts right?" It asks.

Eleanore looks up and finds two similarly lit white eyes, glaring down at her. They were like bright and large circular balls floating in the void, looking at her with no mercy in them.

"You are a sad creature Eleanore Sinclair, or should I call you Eleanore Dattani?" Her real worlds surname shocked Eleanore.

"You do not even belong to this world?" It continues, while Eleanore starts to fall deeper into that dark, black hole.

"Don’t you want to return home?" His question released those thought Eleanore had hidden deep in her heart.

She was craving home; she wanted to get back to work. Start her new life and make new friends, perhaps even find a loving boyfriend. She wants to settle down with him and have cute kids and enjoy her life to the fullest. She was dying to get out of here.

"Yes, I can give you all of that. I will help you reach home." It says, attracting her towards itself.

"In return, Eleanore. You must give me one thing."

"What do you want? I can give you anything." Eleanore almost pleads.

"Good. I want your system. Let me have that." She was stunned to find out this being whatever it was, was after something no one knew about.

Who is this creature and how does he know so much about her? The suspicion has only just risen in her veins, when the speed at which she was getting close to those eyes increased.

"Stop." A foggy image of a woman, she had never seen, appeared in front of her. "Eleanore don’t give away the system to her." Her voice was like that of a nightingale, sweet and mesmerizing.

When she asked her to stop, the force around her vanished and she turned still again. The foggy image travelled closer to Eleanore and caught her chin in the pocket of her hand.

"Eleanore dear, you must not listen to him. The system is your life line." Eleanore tried to look at this woman’s face, whose touch was so familiar that she couldn’t take it away.

But no matter how much she rubbed her eyes, she couldn’t catch her image.

"Don’t give it up to an evil entity like him." As if this woman’s voice held some immense amount of great power, the black void around her started to tear apart and turn into white.

"What are you doing?!" The robotic voice yelled, as it started to vanish in the bright light that woman emitted. "Ah!" He slowly vanished and disappeared into thin air.

"This will be my first time and last time, I have come to help you. I’m sorry but I won’t be able to meet you again, until you find the fragment of me." She too disappeared leaving behind a soft smile in Eleanore’s memory.

Slowly, Eleanore started to open her eyes. The brightness that gushed in overpowered the white light from before and she closed it again. She was still very cold and that’s when a warm hand reached out. It gently brushed through her face and then picked her up in his arms.

Eleanore could hear his speeding heart bead and his heat passing through every part of his body that touched hers. She enveloped her hands around his neck, giving up to his warmth that made her feel alive again.

"Shut up! Everyone saw you." Caelestis argues with Adena, who seems to be completely denying the fact that she had ever brought Eleanore here and locked her up.

"Lady Adena, stop this rubbish. We all saw you taking the Grand Duchess with you." Stella stepped up and all the other ladies supported her except for one, Flora.

"Why should I accept that when I didn’t even do it?" Adena argues, she turns to Caelestis and holds his arm from behind. "Caelestis, I didn’t do it." She was about to cry.

However, her tears vanished when he glared at her. "We’ll investigate that later. For now, you can only pray to God that nothing happens to my wife. Otherwise, I will have your neck first." With that Caelestis storms out of the room, ready to leave the mansion all together.

Hael sees his back disappearing, as he holds in his urge to follow him. He was so scared when Eleanore was found lying on the ground, still and cold that he froze again like last time. Every time something happens to Eleanore, he freezes and does nothing.

"It’s okay. She’ll be fine." Stella rubs his back and that helps him feel calmer.
