A cold, sharp curve formed at the corner of Alex’s mouth.

"If you want them to live, you have to rely on yourself. Think about the abilities I taught you. What should you do now?"

The abilities of Ade’s left and right hands transcended everything; they belonged to the power of the world’s underlying laws.

If classified according to the power levels of the Saint Seiya universe, Ade was innately an existence at or above the Eighth Sense. As long as he utilized his power well, reversing death was not entirely impossible.

Alex would eventually have to leave the Bleach universe. The path ahead had to be walked by Ade himself.

Fine beads of sweat seeped from Ade’s forehead. Right before his eyes, the figures of the four children were being infinitely stretched, their bodies beginning to expand rapidly!

This was the process of a human transforming into a Void Beast after death.

Alex observed all of this quietly.

The primordial era of the Bleach universe was truly bizarre.

Humans and Void Beasts lived together without boundaries; the cycle of life and death was completed entirely within a single realm.

It constantly gave him the feeling that the consciousness of this world was still in a rudimentary, chaotic state.

Previously, whenever someone in the village was about to die, the villagers would carry them to the surface right before they breathed their last, leaving them to fend for themselves.

Ade gritted his teeth and extended his right hand. The blue power of stasis swept over them, instantly halting their Hollowfication process.

However, maintaining the power of stasis on four people simultaneously was no small burden for Ade at his current level.

He paused.

"If you can bring all things to a standstill, can you not reverse everything as well?"

Ade’s pupils contracted sharply.

He looked at his left hand, where a crimson light pulsed in his palm.

Previously, he had only used this hand to accelerate the end of things—forcing campfires to burn out, exhausting life forces, and disintegrating Void Beasts!

But the opposite of acceleration... was it reversal?

Tsunayashiro Kyōen, trapped within the ice sculpture, suddenly let out a silent roar. The ice cracked open; half of his face had already deformed, revealing sharp, menacing fangs.

The power of stasis had loosened slightly, and the Hollowfication process was mutating his body at a visible rate!

"What are you still hesitating for?! Reverse death, fuse them with pure Reishi, and elevate them into existences that reside between life and death!" Alex shouted in a low voice.

Ade gritted his teeth. The crimson light of his left hand suddenly erupted, intertwining with the spectral blue glow of his right hand to form a spiraling ribbon of light that crashed heavily into the four ice sculptures!

The two opposing powers exploded within the ice. White ice shards and intertwined red and blue Reishi splashed in all directions, creating an eerie yet magnificent spectacle!

The moment the ice shards settled, the physical bodies of the four children collapsed entirely, transforming into pale blue phantoms that hovered in mid-air.

As if drawn by an invisible force, a sky full of Reishi suddenly materialized from an unknown dimension, frantically surging toward the four phantoms.

On Tsunayashiro Kyōen’s phantom, black patterns crawled across his body, condensing into a simple, archaic black robe embroidered with a dark golden palm-leaf fan crest at the collar.

Around Kuchiki Kyō’s phantom, Reishi wove together into the minimalist black and white Shihakushō, a white sash automatically tying around his waist and fluttering in the wind.

Shiba Enjō’s phantom was enveloped in Reishi. Beneath his short, fiery red hair, his eyes radiated a boundless, confident brilliance.

Around Shihōin Yoruha’s phantom, Reishi transformed into a knee-length Shihakushō skirt, the hem swaying gently with her every breath!

They were no longer ordinary humans, nor had they become Void Beasts. Instead, they had become the very first existences in this world to reside in the threshold between life and death—Shinigami

And so, they were born: the progenitors of the Four Great Noble Families of the Bleach universe!

What caused Alex’s pupils to contract slightly was the fact that all four of these newly minted Shinigamis had a long sword fastened at their waists...

Shinigamis transformed directly by the future Soul King are truly extraordinary. They actually come with their own Zanpakutō right upon birth?
