"That’s not necessary. We’ll handle this ourselves."

As for the shop’s decor and setup, she could just hire a full-service agency to handle everything.

Yun Zijin might have her weaknesses, but anything that could be solved with money was no problem at all for her.

Fu Ze wanted to make a good impression on Qin Sitong, but he didn’t dare be too obvious about it. Since Yun Zijin had refused, he didn’t press the issue.

He had other matters to attend to at his company and had only managed to squeeze in this visit. After leaving the marketing proposal with Qin Sitong and Yun Zijin, Fu Ze departed from the Wangyou Milk Tea Shop.

Yun Zijin and Qin Sitong then used Fu Ze’s proposal as a basis for a back-and-forth discussion about the Wangyou Milk Tea Shop’s event setup.

After coming to a mutual agreement, Yun Zijin offered to pay for the event staff out of her own pocket, but Qin Sitong stopped her.

In Qin Sitong’s view, since this was an official event for the Wangyou Milk Tea Shop, it made no sense for Yun Zijin to cover the costs personally.

The costs for the event’s initial setup would come out of the Wangyou Milk Tea Shop’s operating budget.

Yun Zijin couldn’t argue with Qin Sitong, so she ultimately had to agree.

But it was still early, so they could take their time.

With their business concluded, Yun Zijin didn’t linger at the Wangyou Milk Tea Shop. She had Zero One drive her back to Xingyu Mansion.

She was returning to Xingyu Mansion for one reason: to check on the status of the restorative, anti-hair loss ginger tea she had given the Chinese cuisine chef.

「About an hour later, at Xingyu Mansion.」

As soon as Yun Zijin returned, the Chinese cuisine chef ran out from the kitchen.

"Miss Yun, look at my hair!"

The Chinese cuisine chef ran up to Yun Zijin and eagerly showed off his hair.

So the new growth wouldn’t look out of place, he had even gotten a buzz cut a couple of days ago. Now, two days later, it was impossible to tell the old hair from the new.

Yun Zijin breathed a sigh of relief when she saw the chef’s thick hair, which made him look ten years younger.

’Even though she believed the system only produced top-tier products, it was impossible not to feel a little anxious before seeing the results for herself.’

Now that she had seen the results, Yun Zijin could finally relax.

However, Yun Zijin felt she should hold off on launching a new product for now.

After all, they had just planned a special event for the Slimming Beauty Goddess Tea, so there was no need to be in such a hurry to release a new product.

’Still, I’ll wait until after the special event to tell Qin Sitong about the ginger tea.’

"I’m glad it’s working. If you experience any discomfort or allergic reactions, make sure you see a doctor right away. I’ll cover the medical bills."

Even though the results were fantastic, Yun Zijin didn’t let it go to her head. Instead, she reminded the chef to monitor his health closely while drinking the tea.

If any symptoms were caused by the ginger tea, Yun Zijin would unconditionally reimburse his medical bills.

"Don’t worry, Miss. I’m perfectly fine. In fact, I feel like my health has actually improved."

The main evidence was that his back no longer ached and he didn’t get winded going up and down the stairs.

And these changes started right around the time he began drinking the ginger tea.

He didn’t have any concrete proof, but he just had a gut feeling.

Yun Zijin didn’t think much of it. ’It’s probably just because his hair grew back,’ she figured. ’His mood improved, and his body naturally followed suit.’

With the Chinese cuisine chef’s hair successfully grown back, many of the other chefs and servants in Xingyu Mansion looked at Yun Zijin with pleading eyes.

How could only the Chinese cuisine chef have something so amazing? They wanted to try it too.

Even if it wasn’t free, they desperately wanted some for themselves.

To preserve the mysterious allure of the restorative, anti-hair loss ginger tea, Yun Zijin cruelly ignored their pleading looks.

Today was the day Yun Zijin and Situ Wenze had scheduled the kinship test.

Probably afraid that Yun Zijin would forget, Situ Wenze called her at 9 a.m. to remind her.

Yun Zijin was rather speechless when she received the call. ’I already agreed, so it’s not like I’m going to back out now.’

「Dijing First People’s Hospital.」

Yun Zijin got out of the car and stepped through the hospital’s main entrance. Situ Wenze and Situ Wenliang were already waiting near the front desk’s payment area.

Seeing Yun Zijin enter, Situ Wenze hurried forward to greet her. "Miss Yun!"

The moment Situ Wenliang saw Yun Zijin, she felt an instant sense of familiarity. When she heard her nephew step forward to greet the young woman, Situ Wenliang’s heart nearly leaped out of her chest.

’Just as I thought. There’s a reason I feel so close to her.’

Yun Zijin, however, merely gave Situ Wenze a cool glance. "You should have everything scheduled already, right? When is the test? My time is very valuable."

In truth, Yun Zijin felt nothing special toward these relatives who had suddenly appeared.

The only reason she had agreed to come with Situ Wenze for the kinship test was simply to find out the truth.

Knowing who her parents were would also prevent anyone from scheming for her fortune by fabricating a set of fake parents to demand financial support from her.

’Even though all her money came from Randomly Spend, Randomly Spend was *her* system. So, by extension, it was her own money.’

"Anytime. I’ve already made an appointment with a genetics expert here."

Afraid that Yun Zijin might suddenly change her mind, Situ Wenze quickly led her and Situ Wenliang toward the specialist’s office.

Of course, Yun Zijin had no intention of backing out, so she followed behind Situ Wenze.

"Zijin? Excuse me, may I call you that?"

Situ Wenliang looked at Yun Zijin with an expectant expression.

"Suit yourself."

Based on Yun Zijin’s age, Situ Wenliang had to be at least thirty-nine years old by now, yet she looked like a young woman in her twenties.

Time had not left many traces on her.

If Situ Wenliang and Zhang Yiqin were to stand together, anyone who didn’t know them would probably assume Zhang Yiqin was Situ Wenliang’s elder.

Who would have known that the two were about the same age?

Although she hadn’t been rejected, Situ Wenliang saw no trace of anticipation in Yun Zijin’s eyes and lowered her gaze, crestfallen.

Seeing his aunt receive such a cold shoulder from Yun Zijin, Situ Wenze was about to speak up and remind Yun Zijin to respect her elders, but Situ Wenliang stopped him.

Yun Zijin noticed their silent exchange of glances, a hint of sarcasm in her eyes.

’They only remembered they had a daughter after twenty-one years, and now they want to put on a show of a loving mother and a filial daughter? We’ll see if I feel like playing along.’

"Which doctor is your appointment with? If we don’t hurry, the doctor will be leaving for the day."

The appointment was for 10 a.m. If they delayed any longer, it would be awkward when the doctor left at noon.

"It’s this doctor. Let’s go in."

Situ Wenze knocked. Only after someone inside said, "Come in," did he push open the office door.

The person inside saw Situ Wenze and broke into a friendly smile.
