Amidst CarnageBound’s sudden realization, Evelyn wasn’t pleased with his long silence.
"I suppose you want to meet the higher-ups, eh?" She commented and was about to message one of the elders to handle him.
"Not at all, Miss!" Horrified, CarnageBound quickly snapped out of his daze.
He then suggested, "I believe Miss’s decision is wise. Besides sending a notice to them, we should also send our regards to the Vanguard Guild."
Little did CarnageBound know. The words he just spouted out of fear of having more bad luck by crossing the Vanguard Guild again had actually saved his position and life.
Evelyn was pleased and nodded her head. "That’s the CarnageBound I know. Now get a move on it."
"Yes, Miss." CarnageBound didn’t know why her tone had changed completely, but he was more than welcome to be pardoned.
In the blink of an eye, he left the room to swiftly make the move to send a notice to the Miracle Pavilion.
Although it was a pity to lose them as one of their sources, CarnageBound couldn’t care less when it comes to his position. When compared to his position over the Miracle Pavilion’s stance, he would choose his position all the time.
Only with this position would CarnageBound remain relevant in the Divine World and the real world. That was the cruel reality where one would lose everything if one happened to fall from one’s position.
Shortly after CarnageBound had exited, Evelyn’s face shifted from stern to joy.
She quickly opened her message and began typing at a rapid rate. Her speed in typing could qualify her to win a world championship in a typing competition with a WPM of at least 320.
Evelyn: Hello, Cool Wind. I’ve done what you asked me to do previously. Our Malefic Order Guild will demand compensation from the Miracle Pavilion. It shouldn’t take long before the other Super Guilds notice our actions.
Once the message was sent, Evelyn interlocked her fingers nervously.
Some might call her a lunatic for doing so much for Cool Wind while undermining her own guild. But they didn’t know she was extremely clear-headed in her actions.

Prior to joining the Malefic Order Guild under her family’s command, she had been roaming around the Divine World.

Since she was a newbie at that time and didn’t wish for trouble, she decided to leave the premises to let him steal the herbs.
However, not only did her action fail to stop the latter from going after her, but the latter even threatened her to join him. Otherwise, he would get his cousin from the Vanguard Guild to make her life miserable.
Luckily, she was clever enough to turn on the sexual harassment blockade feature, effectively preventing Thunder Sword from being able to harass her physically.

Of course, it couldn’t be said that they did it for her, but Evelyn had already accepted that gratitude.
By the time she re-logged into the Divine World, news had already circulated that the tyrant Thunder Sword, who was causing chaos to everyone in the beginner town, had been taught a severe lesson by Cool Wind.
Because Thunder Sword had a cousin in the influential Vanguard Guild, nobody dared to cross him in the beginner town. But justice had eyes and delivered a swift judgment with sharp accuracy.
The Honorary Elder of the Vanguard Guild, Cool Wind, personally made his presence known and publicly punished Thunder Sword and his cousin to make a demonstration.
Thunder Sword’s cousin might have been innocent in the whole matter, but he was still punished and blamed for his negligence.
As for Thunder Sword, the person ceased to exist much in the Divine World when he was literally ostracized by nearly everyone.
The so-called influence and background they threw their weight around had outright imposed the punishment.
How could he dare to show his face anymore?
It was also at that moment when Evelyn became impressed and mesmerized by Cool Wind’s conduct. She even paid a hefty price for anyone who had the recordings of the said incident.
Speaking of the recordings, Evelyn crept a small smile as she opened her saved playlist.
Looking at the saved recording, a figure was seen speaking. "I’m Cool Wind, an honorary elder of the Vanguard Guild, tasked by Guild Leader Lin Feng to investigate those who had been using the name of Vanguard Guild for wrongdoings. Our Vanguard Guild does not condone any bullying of innocent people, especially those who claim to have special relationships with the guild or guild members!" (Refer to Ch 560)

"So manly and righteous. Why couldn’t he be our honorary elder instead? That way, I can have many interactions with him." She sighed softly, knowing there was going to be a long way to go if she wanted to get closer to him.
