Chapter 245 - 3.2 Sound the Alarms

Jubelle spent six months in Paradise in the 12 hours on Exteria he was there going over every possible strategy Hades could come up with before he teleported down to Sora around 2:30 in the morning, when everyone was going over their last minute plans.

"I really think he’s using the latest batch as a diversion to split everyone up. They’re located in such random spots. Yes it puts innocent people in danger but don’t you think Pride and everyone from Paradise could get down in time? I think he’s definitely going to hit the demons hard and he won’t be ready for what Rissa can do."

"Thanks Jubelle, we appreciate it!" Brie smiled.

"Isn’t it weird being gone for so long and coming back and only 12 hours here has passed?" Xander laughed.

"Definitely is. Nothing has changed her but up there Iris is 1, Scarlet’s a bigger dragon, it’s all just craziness. The triplets are fun, though."

"Are Pride and Eris enjoying being parents? What about Levi and Sasha?" Sora smiled, but everyone could tell he missed Levi.

"Yup and yup. Life’s great up there, honestly it’s so... peaceful. Kinda boring, but we’ll be watching and I know Pride and company are chomping at the bit to jump down and help out. We all are if I’m being honest. Being alive and in Paradise doesn’t mix, does it?"

"Nope." Xander and Diana answered simultaneously.

"Not even as a god?" Jubelle asked.

"It’s different. If you aren’t given any responsibility as a god or goddess and you’re just hanging out, it can get pretty complacent, but we were so focused on our family it was nice." Brie said cheerfully.

"Alright Xander portal me up, good luck we’ll be watching."

Xander portaled Jubelle back to Paradise and everyone went to their specified locations.

"Celeste, it’s been a long time since we’ve done one of those videos. I think now would be a good time." Sora said with a slight frown. "We should have done it while the people were awake but I didn’t want to cause mass panic. I should have made the seal until dawn or something."

"It’s ok. I don’t think he’ll go after the innocents as much as you think he will. He’s after power, not regular people," Celeste smiled. "Try to stay positive Sora, I know it’s hard. Also, you’re not the King anymore, but I’m sure people would be glad to see you and Brie!"

Celeste pulled out a livestreaming camera and only Brie and Sora talked.

"Hello fine citizens of Exteria. I know we are no longer your King and Queen but the reason why we stepped down is because today our planet will be attacked by Hades, some gods and goddesses we do not know about as well as an army of his creation. Please stay safe. If you need someone, please pray. We have people in Paradise waiting to come down to aid those in need. I took an oath six years ago to keep this planet safe and my wife and I intend on keeping that promise."

"This is a message for everyone in Obsidian Hollow. I’m sure Julius and Rissa have already informed you, but it appears you are the main target of today’s attack. You are in good hands and will have others there to protect you. If you can fight, fight. If you cannot, please seek shelter and aid! We love all of you!" Brie smiled and winked.

3 o`clock came and everything happened so fast, it was hard for even Sora to comprehend. A giant tsunami came flying off the west seas into Haven and if their three year old children wouldn’t have been there, the whole city would have been wiped out. Sora and Brie teleported with them and watched in awe.

"Ready bro?!"

"Ready sis?!"

"Twin Lockheart Magic: Divine Wall!" They shouted as a giant angelic white wall blocked the tsunami and sent it flying back the other way.

"Is that Posideon?!" Brie gasped.

"Well now we know who the masked god was. That’s not good." Sora said while shaking his head.

"Thwarted by children. I knew they were good but what in Hades’ fucking name?" Posideon said angrily while charging up another attack with his trident.

Sora met him head on with his SSS armor and trusty claymores. When buffed, they felt like they weighed nothing, so it didn’t matter he looked awkward with two great swords. He was tall and strong enough to make it work anyway.

He tried using his eye magic, but the god of water just laughed.

"Cool trick."

"Least I wasn’t thwarted by kids." Sora taunted back.

They exchanged blows and Sora didn’t care about the water. Anytime it would get close, he’d simply use a wind spell to blow it away or toward safety. Posi was getting annoyed, so he teleported away.

"Shit," Sora muttered as he teleported back to Brie.

"Well he couldn’t have gone anywhere where there isn’t water... Who is next closest? Human right? Werewolves are gone, demons and vampires don’t live by water." Brie said.

"Nice job you two, that was really impressive. You thwarted one of the strongest god’s attacks and saved a city!" Sora said while Brie was hugging Emery.

"Great job kiddo," She whispered. "I love you. You and your sister are an amazing team."

Haven’s alarms sounded and the army started forming. Levi’s dad met with Sora before they prepared themselves for the nightmare horde that followed. Tens of thousands of the creepy pentagram pupiled pure white creations were marching their way.

Pride and Eris appeared with giant smirks.

"It’s our turn to have some fun."

"You were thwarted by a 3 year old?!" Hades laughed.

"Well, two of them, but they have a unique set of magic that allows their magic to become more powerful when used together."

"Good information gathering Posi. You never amaze me, my friend. Sorry you had to put on that stupid act for so long, although you were great at what you did." Hades smirked.

"Ha, yeah. These eyes you gave me definitely help see things differently though. The Lockhearts will not be easy to defeat. I think we should probably defeat those around them first and try to get him to snap." Poseidon smiled.

"Well then, where do we hit next?" Hades cackled.

They were standing on an island near Primrose.
