Chapter 473: I feel disgusted when I see her (III)

"Get off me!" Meng Yunhan didn’t expect the woman to suddenly go crazy. She tried to push the woman away from her, but unlike Meng Yunhan, who cared about her figure, Mother Yang was a woman who was well-endowed. With her big stature, it was simply impossible for Meng Yunhan to push her away. In the end, Han Cheng was the one who pulled the two women apart with the help of a few nurses when he saw that the situation was getting more and more out of control.

"What are you doing? If you want to fight, then go outside. You are disturbing the patients in the hospital." One of the stern nurses scolded fiercely. These people looked well-educated and polite, but who would have thought that these two women were worse than the shrews in the village? They started a fight without even looking at the place and time.

"We apologise." Han Cheng was rather embarrassed. He glanced at his sister-in-law and silently wondered how his big brother had handled this woman for so many years; he was getting annoyed to the bones just after spending a few hours with Meng Yunhan.

Earlier, she was making a fuss and kept telling him that it was all Han Xuehan’s and everyone else’s fault that Han Ziyan was being sent to the operating room. She complained about him and herself, but she did not blame Han Ziyan even once. If not for the fact that Han Cheng had other things to worry about, he would definitely have quarrelled with Meng Yunhan. However, out of six nieces and nephews, two were gravely injured and sent to the operating room. How could he waste his time quarrelling with a woman who had long hair but little knowledge?

The head nurse snorted. "There is little to no use in your apology. Stop making a ruckus outside the operating room. No matter how small the operation might be, a small mistake can lead to a big mess! You all seem like you belong to a good family naturally; you also know the importance of the doctor’s focus. What will happen if they end up making a slip-up because of the noise that you are making?"

Han Cheng lowered his head in shame. He was such a grown-up man, and yet he was scolded silly by a nurse, and that too when he had made no mistake at all. As for the two women who were the crux of the problem, they did not say a word. In fact, from the contemptuous look in their eyes, as if they had made no mistake at all. Seeing their attitude, Old Madam Han and Han Cheng were so angry that they wished they could beat some sense into them.

They could not do much to Mother Yang, but they could always deal with Meng Yunhan!

"I—"

"Shut up!" Old Madam Han scolded Meng Yunhan and interrupted the woman before she could say anything more. With a glare, she added, "You better stay put, or else be prepared to learn a lesson like never before."

With Old Madam Han threatening her in front of everyone, even if Meng Yunhan had the guts to fight Mother Yang, she did not dare to put up a fight.

Once Meng Yunhan fell silent, Old Madam Han turned her neck to look at the head nurse and bowed apologetically. "I am sorry; the two of them lost their bearings for a while. We will keep an eye on the two of them and make sure that they will not create another mess in the hospital."

The head nurse pursed her lips. She would have loved to say something more, but when she saw that the one who was speaking to her was an old woman, she could only swallow her words. "Alright, but if they make another ruckus, then I will have the security kick them out."

With that, the head nurse turned around and left without saying anything.

Old Madam Han glanced at the two women but did not say anything. However, his gaze alone was enough to make the two women fall silent as quails.

Though the old woman did not say anything, Meng Yunhan and Mother Yang knew that if they said another word, they would be kicked out of the hospital by the security guards later on, but first Old Madam Han would kick them in the head.

Fortunately for the two of them, at that moment Han Yong was pushed out of the operating room. His surgery was relatively simple and was completed very quickly. He was partially paralysed due to the effects of the anaesthesia, but he was still very conscious when he came out of the operating room.

He was sprawled on the hospital bed with a piece of white cloth covering his buttocks. It was obvious that he was wearing no pants underneath the cloth.

Seeing Han Yong in such a condition, a few people in the corridor could not help but laugh. Even Old Madam Han could not help but stifle a smile when she saw the embarrassed look in the eyes of her grandson.

Han Yong glanced at his family members who were laughing at him and gritted his teeth. He was furious. He was already in this situation, and yet they were laughing at him.

When Old Madam Han saw that his face was turning red with anger, she knew that they had gone a little too far with their joke and immediately put away her smile before pretending to be concerned. "Ah Yong, how are you feeling? Does it still hurt?"

Han Yong’s face was full of indignation and grief. "How can it not hurt, grandma? What are you even saying? Jianyou is really my good nephew. He gave me such a good gift on such a good day."

As he spoke he turned and looked at Han Jianyou, who hid behind his grandmother, but just as Han Jianyou moved Yang Jianming came into full view.

Han Yong: "..." What a bad luck. Was it too late for him to faint now?
