The Western Pole general was at his wits end. He looked towards Jaku, his eyes narrowing at the Dragonborn’s blue lightning.

Now, they’d been told about Reborn’s powerhouses. Including Jaku. They’d been told to be careful about him, especially with his talent in swordsmanship.

But they thought that with a Nascent Spirit cultivator, they’d be able to nullify any kind of advantage that the Dragonborn had. After all, Nascent Armor was basically invulnerable to any kind of attack from a Body Formation cultivator.

At least, it was supposed to.

But somehow, this Dragonborn was not only able to crack through the Nascent Armor. But he was able to instill such a deep fear into the Flag Bearer that he ended up running away from the fight like a little chicken!

It must be said that this Nascent Spirit cultivator was from the Oscorpe Conglomerate. They’d been trained physically and mentally. They shouldn’t be affected by such traumatic experiences so easily!

In fact, they’d been trained to offer their lives in order to fulfill their mission. After all, even if they won this duel, it was very likely that the Nascent Spirit cultivator would still be killed as a consequence of cheating and disregarding the rules of the Sanctum Duel.

So, he shouldn’t have been so afraid! But somehow, this Dragonborn was able to do it.

And he hadn’t even used his Ancient Roar! The Western Pole general had even made sure to only include soldiers that wouldn’t be affected by such strange powers.

But in the end, he didn’t even have to use it!

"And he’s not even a demi-human anymore! What the hell happened with this company in just a few months?!"

Just as he was starting to get frustrated, the Rebornian army started their counter attack.

"REBORNIANS! Unleash your swords!" Loren commanded.

The Mankey King’s words resonated with the Red Mankeys in the army. Their red fur raised as they began to channel their unique and innate powers.

And suddenly, a mist of violet liquid emanated out of the Red Mankeys’ swords.

Then, the demi-humans began performing their sword movements, swinging it gracefully in a quick and concise pattern.

It was at this moment that the Western Pole general noticed something.

Those sword forms....

They were the sword forms of the Eternal Flame swordstyle!

But instead of flames, strange violet mist was manifested into the Red Mankey’s swords.

This violet mist roared into life, becoming a fog that emanated through the entire battlefield.

And in an instant, the Western Pole soldiers felt themselves become ten times heavier. Their knees buckled, leading them to fall to the floor as if they were being pushed down by an invincible force. They couldn’t even raise their swords!

The Western Pole general could only look at his opponents in complete shock.

Somehow, these Red Mankeys were able to use the Eternal Flame swordstyle, but in a completely different element!

Now, it has become gravity.

And now, that gravity field had spread through the entire Western Pole army, subjecting them to ten times the normal gravity on the world.

The worst part was that the Liquid Void mist that had been suppressing the flames of the Eternal Flame swordstyle had also been affected.

They were forced down into the ground. Snuffed out.

It was at this point that an orange flame burst out from the Rebornian swords. It grew and grew with a ferocious vigor, creating an angry lion that had manifested above the Rebornian army.

This lion bared its fangs, as if it was a vengeful beast. It had been caged, it had been a captive and tortured. But now, it was free. And now, they were free to exact their revenge onto their oppressors.

The lion roared before charging towards its opponent.

It had decided the outcome of the battle, just like that.

With the suppressive force of the gravitational field of the Red Mankeys, the Eternal Flame was free to ravage through the ranks of the Western Pole company.

Within a few seconds, a strange force had scooped up the Western Pole soldiers right before they were truly burned to death.

It was the Sanctum itself, having judged that the fight was over.

Once the Western Pole soldiers were thrown out, the duel had been won for the Rebornian side.

They too were transported out of the Sanctum and back into the Chasm camps.

Everyone who had been watching from the outside were suddenly greeted with the vision of the Western Pole soldiers burned, writing on the ground.

Meanwhile, opposite them, the Rebornian soldiers blinked into existence, completely free from any kind of injury. Even their armors were free from dents or scratches.

Yuna walked towards the Western Pole general, who was kneeling on the ground, completely dejected and depressed.

"The Reborn company wins this Sanctum Duel," she announced. "Therefore, the rewards shall be duly given out as we have discussed."

The Western Pole owner, who had been watching from the side, immediately went towards his army in complete disbelief.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!"

But the general had no answer for him.

"This can’t be! You guys must have cheated!" he asserted. After all, they had a Nascent Spirit cultivator embedded in their army. There was no way that the Reborn company could win over them if they hadn’t also cheated.

But unfortunately for him, the contracts of the Sanctum Duel were completely without flaws.

Yuna waved her hand, summoning the power of the Montgomery in her hands. Immediately, the image of the Nascent Spirit cultivator taking off his shackles had appeared in broad daylight.

"You were the one who cheated," she said.

This was an immediate death sentence for the Western Pole company. The evidence of a Montgomery-sanctioned duel could never be tampered with.

"You realize what this means, right?" Yuna asked. "You and your entire company will forfeit their entire possession."

"You... you can’t do that!" the Western Pole leader screamed. "We’re just following the orders of the Oscorpe—"

It was at that moment that a Devilish Spirit with horns appeared above the Western Pole leader.

And in an instant, this devil cut the man’s neck using his sharp tail, causing blood to splatter everywhere.

Then, he fell to the floor, forever silenced.
