The City Gate Official secretly flicked a glance at Xuexue beside him and cautiously said, "This humble official has already requested the Princess Consort of War Prince to lend her aid."

If he were to seize the Princess Consort by accident and use you as a hostage, that would be terrible." There was an obvious hint of intimidation in the Nine Gates Admiral’s tone.

"A spy?"

Xuexue let out a cold string of laughs. "What evidence does the Nine Gates Admiral have to claim that man is a spy?"
