Chapter 1093: Chapter 164: Powerful Saints and the Population Surge (Part 4)

"Praise Violet! Thanks to the redemption and guidance of the Saint!" Friedrich’s voice was loud, clear, and full of power, devoid of any previous decadence or eeriness.

Su Li looked at the designer’s eyes, transformed thoroughly, shining with a warrior’s determination and sense of purpose, and was somewhat stunned by the shock.

This is too powerful! Is this the value of the Divine Chosen Saint?

Although in terms of combat, this Saint might not compare to knights like Tiberus, in terms of strategic value, he is simply immeasurable!

If you give him a set of Rainbow Silk clothing, won’t he become the Divine Spirit’s Apostle on earth? Wherever he goes, he can attract civilians into Sun Goddess believers!

And all this didn’t take long for Su Li; Friedrich locked himself in a temporary studio beside Maiden’s Ring, tirelessly working day and night. He abandoned all complicated and twisted lines with eerie colors; his design philosophy underwent a radical transformation. He no longer pursued shocking sensory stimuli but the perfect unity of solemnity, order, power, and divine sense.

Just days later, a clothing set that left everyone breathless was presented before Su Li, Dante, Hilude, and others.

This is a bishop outfit designed for the Lord, mainly using the sacred, deep Rainbow Silk as the base, with the collar, cuffs, and front edge decorated with pure ’Holy Flame Gold’ Rainbow silk thread, embroidered in clear, sharp, geometrically beautiful patterns—representing the Goddess’s golden Blazing Sun Emblem and Empire’s Griffin and sword-crossing motifs.

Su Li undoubtedly rewarded the Ascetic Saint Dante, allowing him to wear this outfit, and cooperate with Tiberus and Dietrich in Flash Spear City, this religious city, to cleanse local corruption.

And the effect was extremely evident; in this religious city, a large number of rebels, cultists, and even evil minions influenced by Chaos were hidden.

The Saint’s arrival in just one cycle saw the local population increase by more than 500 people!

Most of these 500 were hidden rebels and thugs, who, under the call of Holy Light, many directly became followers of the Sun Goddess. Especially outside the city, rebels, raiders, bandit groups, after Dante passed through, many laid down arms, gladly becoming supporters of Flash Spear City and Hesse Territory’s rule. After all, these are Sun Goddess Church forces, once converted, their faith aligns, significantly reducing resistance and rebellion.

Another part consisted of ordinary people coerced by Chaos Followers; many civilians, possibly because family members were held hostage, livelihoods controlled, or merely out of fear, were forced to provide limited assistance to rebels or cultists (such as hiding supplies, passing messages, concealing movements).

Dante’s charisma gave them enormous courage and hope, letting them believe under the Goddess’s protection they could escape coercion. They eagerly confessed to the Saint or Knight, revealing coercers’ information, seeking shelter and redemption, thus severing the rebels’ intelligence and supply network.

Finally, Chaos’s corruption doesn’t only affect active defectors, but also those influenced by evil magic, desecration rituals, or Chaos whispers, trapped in madness, depression, hallucinations, or extreme behaviors—the innocent.

Dante’s abilities also help combat Chaos’s mental pollution, calming victims’ chaotic minds, dispelling desecration whispers and terrifying visions in their minds, restoring them to clarity, becoming potential believers needing comfort and guidance. (Of course, most knights share the same attitude towards these people, directly setting fire to corrupted villages, executing and burning everyone polluted, whether ordinary civilians or mentally affected.)
