Chapter 1944 Chapter 1936 Unprecedented Luck

1944 Chapter 1936: Unprecedented Luck

Several long weeks had passed since the Dawning Day of Supreme Death that shook the Utmost Purity Galaxy. During this eclipsing period of time, great changes swept the galaxy. The most notable was the systematically brutal and precise elimination of the Arachnids from throughout the galaxy! The task leveraged direct action by the Neo- Dawn Alchemic Saint, issued galaxy-wide bounties rife with eerily accurate information of locations regarding clandestine hideouts and bases, and the tacit approval by the current generation of Zeniths.

Such an organization was deeply entrenched in the galaxy's societal foundation, yet the cruelty of this assault was indescribably horrific. There was nowhere to hide; even the covert spies of the Arachnids that were affiliated with them across the various organizations were exposed outright and dealt with. Most were directly killed. Others were expelled from the galaxy, indirectly exiled.

The organization barely lasted a little over a week before the rabid hunt began to slow down, largely due to over 90% of the Arachnids forces and hidden locations being dug out with ruthless efficiency. Simple suppression would have been a mercy. Unfortunately, and made abundantly clear to those within the galaxy, the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint had no mercy.

The three upper-tier organizations of the galaxy involved with the ambush the Peerless Shadow Pavilion, Shattered Star Palace, and Talisman Star Palace-had disbanded with fanfare. The remaining leaders all made their way to the Neo Zenith Tower in great haste and publicly issued apologies, condemning their leader's actions, and severing any connection.

Entire generational lineages spanning millions of years began to suffer. Some had built connections and a decent reputation, and as such, were granted galactic exile. The Incandescent Star Palace assisted their relocation. Those reluctant and refused to depart were executed, publicly.

The vengeful river of blood that the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint was releasing was rife with death, and the sight was fully expected by those in the higher echelon of the galaxy. This was simply a matter of course when incidents of this scale occurred. In fact, the manner in which the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint acted was brutal yet held far greater kindness than normal.

The Sky Heart Galaxy's scandal led to the existential eradication of an ENTIRE bloodline, spanning tens of quintillions of individuals, and the subsequent descendants were forced to thrive in a world of beasts, unable to cultivate with any effectiveness.

The Prosperous Ruin Galaxy and Treasured Vale Galaxy, both possessing Imperial Empires spanning a vast territory likely had a kill count and eradication far surpassing the conceivable imagination. The act of allowing exile was kind, and killing via execution was kinder than existential eradication. Meanwhile, acts such as soul-bound curses tethered to karmic ties were often cast by vengeful Supreme Sages.

Su Yi was afflicted by one such curse, affecting his karmic ties to the point that their futures were ruined beyond a shadow of a doubt. And this curse would linger, spread, and follow their descendants. This was not a single generational curse. It was a dao-ruin curse of countless generations!

Since the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint allowed exile and disbanding, he was even considered soft and forgiving to the upper-stage Ascended beings and Supreme Existences of the galaxy!

After two or so weeks, the situation calmed. All traces of the Archanids were eliminated. All except one-Neith.

Within a dark, camp, and expansive spatial realm relocated to the Neo Zenith Tower's region, establishing a spatial realm network akin to the one that the Neo-Dawn Empire possessed, Neith, the Star-Devourer known as a Ximu, played joyfully with Imentet and Luo Ning as the former rekindled their relationship after years apart.

Eventually, Hathor had joined them. For thousands of years, Neith was forced under a guardian contract, which was abolished by Wei Wuyin, allowing her to act as she pleased while he fed her the most delicious solar stars she had ever eaten. Her joy rippled across silk networks for days as she feasted in good company.

In the Dark Void, debris of shattered Void Vessels and ice-cold corpses, some complete, others not so much, were scattered across as incessant ripples of sword light and spatial energy sporadically erupted in the void.

Sitting on a piece of floating debris, a young swordsman covered in blood from head to toe heaved heavy breaths of exhaustion and killing mist. Death was unleashed on a vast scale as the swordsman sat triumphant over his enemies. A lingering Void Sword Intent, fully realized and completed, pulsed from his body as the sword light danced obediently around his figure, instinctively protecting him from other debris and potential attacks.

Su Yi had won!

In the end, his opponents were seven Void Vessels with formations and arrays that could rival Enlightened Sages or the weakest unconsolidated Microheaven Envoy, which served as support to hundreds of thousands of Mystic Ascendant Realm cultivators working in unison at the Mystic Ascendant Realm headed by Supreme Sages, of whom were unconsolidated and consolidated Microheaven Envoys.

There were four unconsolidated Microheaven Envoy, two consolidated Microheaven Envoys, and one Avatar of a Superior Sage at the Microheaven Envoy Phase. The fight was as difficult as a mortal climbing the tallest mountain of their respective world. However, he defied improbability, coming out on top. While some died, others escaped after suffering catastrophic losses.

Thanks to Wei Wuyin's extreme accelerated temporal zone and non-alchemic resources that were, in some ways, natural heavenly waters and earthly treasures suited for recovery and cultivation, allowing him to fight in peak condition.

Staring at his sword lying in a resting position on his thighs, he couldn't help but reveal a toothy smile caked by dry blood, some of which wasn't his own, as bits of flesh of a Supreme Sage were stuck in between some of the gaps.

"Haha," Su Yi laughed with an unfettered heart. He didn't know what to say, but he couldn't help but develop a feeling of great respect and admiration toward Wei Wuyin. He didn't have any dislike towards him. In actuality, he was rather happy that Wei Wuyin hadn't just treated him as a hapless damsel each time, eliminating all of his troubles, but allowed him to retain his freedom of challenge and path.

It was true to any observer that Wei Wuyin could have handled all of their problems with total ease given his open feelings for Yue Baoyue and her feelings of overt concern for him, but he never gave too much help, and only granted a sprinkle of opportunity for him to survive. Whether it was here or before, Yue Baoyue and Chu Xing had both agreed to things for his sake, sacrificing themselves for him, even though he could tell that Wei Wuyin wouldn't mind his death.

Now, he had overcome this tribulation by his own strength! What a wondrous feeling!

Above Su Yi's head, the descent of heavenly fortune rained down upon him. Those who chased him, whether Ascended being or Supreme Existence, were those who committed grand sin across countless years, and the most egregious had been felled by his blade, exposing their contained Karmic Sin held within their Microheavens, allowing the Heavenly Daos to calculate and conceive rewards.

Unbeknownst to him, as the difference in cultivation base was considered, his rewards were far higher, multiplied to a greater extent far beyond reasonable expectations. After all, the strength difference between a Mystic Ascendant Realm cultivator and a Resonant Soul Realm cultivator was as great as the difference between a pebble to a grand, cloud-piercing mountain!

While Su Yi and Wei Wuyin defied convention, and the act of a Mystic Ascendant Realm cultivator defeating Supreme Sages was not too uncommon given external factors such as arrays, formations, treasures, armaments, talismans, pellets, or Authority of Laws, killing a Supreme Sage was almost impossible. In fact, it was so stupendously rare to the point of seldom happening throughout the recorded history of the Holy Void of Fortune!

Their Soulguard Absconding and ability to flee into the Void were enough to grant them extraordinary survivability against non-existential eradication capable opponents. At most, one could destroy their bodies or seal them away. This was true even against other Supreme Sages of the equivalent stage of cultivation!

For the retrieval of Karmic Sin gathered within their Microheavens, it was absurdly difficult. And with their strength, they accumulate great levels of karmic sin.

An example of this was defying natural order. Just interacting with the soul and inflicting damage was a sin in the eyes of the Heavenly Daos.

Superior Di was not the only Supreme Sage that extracted critical components of a soul to emulate resurrection, allowing a type of reincarnation on the significantly lower and inferior tier of San Yongli and Su Yi. This act was an egregious sin!

And this wasn't even one of the most common acts of sin that most, if not all, Resonant Soul Realm cultivators commit if they've lived long enough!

As Su Yi's blessing was granted, his eyes rife with lingering unyielding spirit to slaughter, simmered a distinct golden radiance.

Today, as a Mystic Ascendant, the Reborn Reincarnator, acquired the title as a Blessed Virtue-an Empyrean!!!

Wei Wuyin settled Chu Xing with Hong Xuannu, finishing reading update reports, leaving the process of vengeance to Su Mei and Ying, before he departed the Utmost Purity Galaxy.

He didn't just leave the Utmost Purity Galaxy, he left for the White Abyssal Galaxy, and then traveled further into the unknown, locating a rogue planet far outside of any range of typical senses.

Unlike Su Yi, Wei Wuyin's Bloodline of Sin affected his ability to gain Karmic Luck towards specific circumstances. The Heavenly Daos didn't outright grant him Karmic Luck if his subordinates acted on his authority to kill Sinners, but if he came into contact with them, the Karmic Luck they accumulated on his behalf would be extracted from them and into him.

In a way, he was thieving their Karmic Luck, even if it was due to his command. However, this was due to the screening concealment of observation of his antics that the Bloodline of Sin bestowed upon him, requiring extra steps. That said, he could still acquire Karmic Sin from mortals and Ascended beings that he killed directly without these extra steps.

Floating before him were the Microheavens of those he killed sealed within Void Crystals, excluding the one Athena consumed.

Microheavens were far harder to destroy than Existential Frameworks of living entities. This was the metaphysical replication of a fragment of the heavens, imbued by cultivators' Laws and innate foundation. Destroying them was no different than destroying a piece of the heavens or Hell.

He didn't hesitate.

He touched them all directly with his blessed soul.

Immediately, the Heavenly Daos reacted!

The world froze!!

Once again, the Black Skeleton emerged from his Bloodline of Sin: Lust tattoo. She repeated her earlier words, explaining that he was a Blessed Virtue, an Empyrean, and the unfairness of those with such titles. As a pre-recorded message, he was able to genuinely confirm there was no sign of her existing here. He sighed to himself, and although he confirmed it multiple times, he hoped that he could communicate at least

once.

Setting that aside, when the world finally resumed, he inspected both tattoos' rapidly changing numbers as they finalized.

"!!!" Heart violently pounding, eyes explosively widening, mouth rapidly drying, he was struck with a blast of soul-impacting shock!
