Chapter 191: 191: We’ll Be Staying

The three lords were in their hall having a meeting with regards to the upcoming mating ceremony with the female when Miya and her companions walked in.

They sat there staring at them in shock. Even Commander Lynn who was standing at the corner clenched a hand over his weapon.

Miya and her husbands stepped in and looked around as if looking down at the hall.

"You should stand up when you see us. How disrespectful," Miya rolled her eyes as she stepped in, heading to the seat.

"Haven’t the Silvermoon tribe given up on us? I wonder what you are doing here?" Lord Vale asked in a calm tone.

Miya scoffed as they went to sit down, looking around. "Given up..." Miya stared at them. "This tribe has become really ungrateful and stubborn to handle. And has been sentenced to death..."

She added, "So I’m curious to know why you all are still.. kicking..?"

Lord Zark clenched his fist, struggling to hold back as Lord Ash smiled as he said, "I never knew you hated us that much to want us dead even after all you’ve gained from us.. how ungrateful of you all to want to bite the finger that fed you."

Hearing that, they were all triggered. "Shut up. Ungrateful? How dare you speak to us like that?" The dog beastman demanded.

"Finger that fed us? You are getting too confident and comfortable now..." The tiger snapped.

Miya lifted her chin as she said, "How stupid to think you can survive when we’ve seen no use in you. And you even have the mouth to spill such on us? Stupidness."

Lord Ash smiled. "Well we’re still alive and kicking now and in comparison... You all smell like shit and look like you’ve been digging through dog poop. Interesting."

"..." Miya and her husbands were speechless and ashamed. Yet again, while these tribe lords looked and smelt significantly great, they smelt like poop!

"Shut up!" Miya snapped. "Get proud all you want, but this is not the end at all."

"You should stop here," Lord Zark finally said. "You got all you wanted and killed some of our people as willed. So you should leave us now..."

Miya glared at them. "Ungrateful.. I see you don’t need us to survive at all. You all are wild monsters who go insane and die without our help.. and you all could never have calmed down that monster we sent here..."

Miya calmed, staring at them as she said, "So how is it possible that you survived all these..?"

Lord Vale smiled. "Nothing. We just got lucky."

But Miya was still suspicious. She guessed she’d have to find out herself since they won’t tell her.

She scoffed as she looked around. "My sister that was sent here..."

The tribe lords and Commander Lynn stiffened at the statement but held themselves to not give out anything.

Miya continued, "...She was brought here.. so I don’t know, I’m extremely worried about my sister.." Miya suddenly put up a pitiful face. "I want to know if you’ve seen her around here..." She started crying. "I need to find my sister... I heard she might be alive here.. so please tell me if you know where she is."

The tribe leaders stared at her in disgust. They knew that they were the ones who sent Ayra there to die and now they are suddenly worried and caring for her?

"No," Lord Zark firmly said. "The only female who was brought here was killed immediately by us. Wasn’t that why you all brought her here? Why are you suddenly crying?"

"..." Miya continued with her pity party as she continued, "Well that wasn’t my intention at all.. I could do nothing so I’m here to find my sister and..."

"Sorry, she’s dead.. move on," Lord Vale said firmly, disgusted by her act.

Miya stared at them as she scoffed. She was still suspicious. "If you say so then but we can’t leave. We’re staying as ambassadors of the Silvermoon tribe."

"What?" Lord Ash glared at her.

"Yes," Miya continued. "We’re here to stay on instruction. So show some respect and give us a place to stay."

"Be fast about it," the eagle beastman insisted.

Lord Zark clenched his fist as he said, "Sorry but we don’t have a place for such people like you. So you should be leaving now," he said.

Miya stared at him. "What rubbish? You have no choice but to entertain us."

"And why must we? This is our home and we don’t need such people here. So head back and tell them we don’t need them in our space at all."

The tribe lords were bold to stand their right and cut off after meeting Ayra. They had had enough of all they’d lost and endured because of them.

"You.... pathetic. Growing some wings I see," Miya shook her head as she said, "Well too bad you’ll have to listen to us. You have no choice because if you don’t, get ready for your tribe to be destroyed."

Lord Zark stared at him. "And what’s that supposed to mean...?"

Miya smiled as she said, "It’s simple. It’s either you give us a place to stay around here. Or the Silvermoon tribe will send hidden attacks to tear down your tribe just like last time. And worse, you’ll never survive it."

The tribe lords and Commander Lynn stood there staring at them.

Even though they were breaking free, they knew how dangerous and unpredictable the Silvermoon tribe could be.

They knew not to be rash. And so they decided to play along with their game for now. "Okay, you can stay," Lord Zark finally said.

They’ll have to keep close eyes on them and monitor what they want.

Miya smiled as she said, "That’s perfect. It’s better you listen to us. So get us the best place around to stay here," she ordered.

Lord Vale hesitated as he asked, "So...how long are you going to stay...?"

Miya smiled as she said, "Well, as long as we want. We’ll see about that."
