Chapter 1282 - 1278: About Adventurers...

Igor furrowed his brow and carefully savored Princess Juliette's words.

The meaning of this exploration was still a bit bewildering to him.

Many things in his mind were still fixed impressions, things he believed were true for a long time and couldn't change his perception of them easily.

Like when he was on Guru Mountain, Igor always felt the most important thing for an Adventurer was bravery, and he pursued bravery obsessively.

The words Princess Juliette was saying now made his heavy rigid mind begin to waver.

This wavering wasn't due to doubt about something but rather a new understanding of certain things.

This realization made him feel as though he was about to open a new door, now lingering at the threshold, unsure of where to start.

Kadi was pondering deeply, just like Igor, but it was clear his questions differed from Igor's. He was thinking about why Princess Juliette knew so much about these things.

Kadi couldn't hold his curiosity and bluntly asked, "Princess, you've said so much about Adventurers, are you an Adventurer yourself!"

This question surprised Igor greatly, he hadn't even considered it.

Princess Juliette chuckled, "You two really make an interesting pair, sometimes he reacts quickly, sometimes you do, it's indeed amusing."

"Um, Princess, you haven't answered Kadi's question yet." Igor was interested in the question too, so he continued to ask.

"You still care greatly about the Adventurer profession, don't you?" Princess Juliette smiled at Igor.

This made Igor feel a bit embarrassed, because she hit on his concern perfectly, naturally he felt a bit awkward.

Igor scratched his head ambiguously, waiting for Princess Juliette's answer.

"I am an Adventurer," Princess Juliette stated confidently.

This answer made Igor's eyes almost sparkle with astonishment, for he hadn't expected this princess before him was an Adventurer. Growing up, he hadn't encountered many Adventurers. Teacher Hadi counted as one, but he had retired. Perkins could count too, but Perkins wasn't really an Adventurer with Class. Amira, in Igor's mind, was the perfect image of an Adventurer, but Amira said he was merely a Cartographer, an assistant to an Adventurer...

Who would have thought Princess Juliette was actually an Adventurer.

Princess Juliette's answer not only delighted Igor, but even surprised Old Cole beside him. They hadn't expected someone from the Kayne Royal Family to hold the Adventurer profession.

"I told you, if not an Adventurer, how could she know such detailed things about Adventurers." The calmest among them was Kadi, who had foreseen this outcome, given he asked the question after all!

"You must've visited many places, as an Adventurer your experiences must be rich." Igor excitedly asked, hastily.

"Me? I have never left Xinbal!" Princess Juliette did not give Igor the answer he wanted, surprising him.

Igor stood frozen, his rigid mind unable to process this.

Wasn't an Adventurer supposed to be constantly on the road? How could someone who never left be an Adventurer?

If the person weren't Princess Juliette, he might have reacted rudely.

To never venture out yet claim to be an Adventurer was a desecration of the Adventurer profession!

Igor couldn't endure this, but had no choice as the other was Princess Juliette. He didn't know how to express his feelings.

"Hey, why is your expression like that!" Kadi noticed Igor's oddity and directly spoke.

"I..." Igor hesitated, knowing he couldn't offend the princess. But the feeling pressing on his heart was indeed uncomfortable, leaving him in a state of indecision.

"Hehe, I know what you're thinking, Igor." Princess Juliette laughed, observing Igor's flushed demeanor.

"Hmm?" Igor lifted his head, his gaze on the so-called Adventurer princess, feeling uneasy.

"You must be wondering, how could someone who hasn't traveled be an Adventurer, right?" Princess Juliette stated clearly, precisely hitting Igor's concern.

"An Adventurer shouldn't always be on the road!" Igor finally squeezed out a sentence, one he pondered for a long time, feeling it showed respect towards the princess.

The Adventurer profession shouldn't be desecrated, even by royalty he couldn't forgive.

Igor tightly clenched his fists, controlling his emotions.

"Your thoughts are normal, Adventurers must practice well to understand the unknown so that exploration can continue, but not all need to travel to gain the right to explore." Princess Juliette spoke softly, as if enlightening Igor.

"But, without going out, how could you know what the outside world is like, or where what you want to explore is actually situated." Igor's feelings flowed out, having deep sentiments towards the Adventurer profession and unable to understand the current phenomenon.

"What you say is correct, to gather more information one must go out, unknown things won't come to us, we must seek them out."

"Then… then why would Princess claim to be an Adventurer!" Finally voicing the question, Igor felt a tremendous relief.

"Haha, you're really interesting, Igor. I am an Adventurer, but my direction differs from yours. Just like your portrayal of Wizards earlier, not all Wizards are defined by wizard robes, the robe symbolizes Battle Wizards, Adventurers are the same, your standard is a symbol of the Broad Explorers."

"Broad!" Suddenly Igor's mind thundered like exploded fireworks, a moment of clarity dawned.

"Indeed, your explorations encompass a broad exploration of the world in which we exist, while my exploration focuses merely on flowers and plants, a micro-exploration," Princess Juliette always wore a warm smile.

"Flowers and plants aren't they summarized by Wizards..." Igor's tone softened immediately, realizing every flower and plant holds exploratory value.

He recalled, if it was him, he would gaze at strange flowers and plants for a long while, wasn't this observing exploration?

"Exploration is always for the unknown, summary is always for the known." Princess Juliette remained patient.
