"G-general?!" A soldier shouted with a voice filled with despair as he stared at the sky.

The other soldiers of the Cloud Dew Dynasty also looked up with faces filled with disbelief, the members of the various sects were the same.

Up in the sky under the blazing sun that bathed the Gulu plain, a dwarfed figure stood suspended in the air with an extremely huge club in one of his hands. In his other hand, gripped by the roots of a blood-soaked green hair, was the head of the green-haired General who was fighting against the dwarf previously.

The look of shock had frozen on his face as his eyes remained wide open even in death, he had not known when or how he died!

"H-how can this be? It’s General Wan Chen’s head!"

"General Wan Chen is dead, we’re doomed!"

"Run, the General is dead!"

Chaos immediately broke out within the army of the Cloud Dew Dynasty after the death of their General registered in their minds. Apparently, the name of the green-haired General was Wan Chen.

The soldiers shouted his name as they ran for their lives, forgetting about the enemies behind them and leaving their backs exposed to attacks.

The entire battlefield immediately became chaotic as hundreds of thousands of soldiers abandoned the opponents that they were fighting and ran for with all their might.

Still standing in the air like an invincible god of death, the old dwarf watched the scene of the soldiers in armour and Cavalry units of the Cloud Dew Dynasty running in horror, a wide grin on his face and a sharp glint in his eyes.

With a powerful swing of his short arm, he threw the head of Wan Chen to the ground with a powerful force.

Boom!

The head of the General was like a green light that descended to the ground at a fast speed before crashing into the blood-soaked ground of Gulu plain; it happened to have landed in the middle of the retreating army of the Cloud Dew Dynasty.

The powerful Shockwave, after the head reached the ground, immediately sent many soldiers flying away and crashing into each other; the place became more chaotic.

"Hunt those bastards of the Cloud Dew Dynasty, do not allow a single one of them to escape; kill them all!"

The old dwarf opened his mouth and roared into the air, his voice was so loud that it spread for hundreds of kilometres, enveloping the entire battlefield.

The remaining wolfmen and soldiers of the Kalahari dynasty heard this and all of them immediately went into a frenzy as they chased after the fleeing enemies.

"Kill those shiny bastards!"

"Scums of the Cloud Dew Dynasty, come here and die to my ancient sword!"

"Kill, kill, kill them all!"

"Hahaha, take this punch!

"Who allowed you to run? Take my claws!"

The wolfmen and soldiers of the Kalahari immediately chased after the soldiers of the Cloud Dew Dynasty and attacked them from behind.

In a matter of seconds, hundreds of soldiers were killed and their blood soaked the ground. Miserable screams filled the air of Gulu Plain as the disordered army was being cut down by their enemies.

The various sects that came from the Cloud Dew Dynasty were currently sticking together to protect themselves. As they were not the main target of the enemies, they were not immediately besieged and could still defend themselves by staying together.

Quin Xuxu stared at this scene with narrowed eyes, the sight in front of her was a bloody mess. The soldiers of the Cloud Dew Dynasty were dying every second, they didn’t even try to defend their backs while running!

Where did they plan to run to that would be able to provide them with safety in this vast plain? The enemy would just keep chasing them until every single one of them was dead.

’I can’t just stand by and watch.’ Quin Xuxu thought to herself that Zhu Ming would have a difficult time continuing the battle if she came back and saw that the army had been wiped out.

Thinking of this, she threw a punch and shattered the head of a wolfman who had lunged at her before flying into the air.

She quickly reached the same level as the dwarf before opening her mouth.

"Soldiers of the Cloud Dew Dynasty, do not run. Hold your ground and fight!

Where do you plan to escape to on this plain? The enemies won’t spare you just because you decided to stop fighting. Think of what will happen to those who you are trying to protect if you give up now? Why die for nothing when you can fight for something?

Remember this, you are not alone. The sects are here to assist you. Even with the death of your General, you must hold your ground!"

As her voice sounded through the battlefield, her body also released a powerful aura that was no weaker than that of the old dwarf; her aura was even stronger and enveloped the place.

Like a bucket of cold water poured on a sleepy person, the soldiers of the Cloud Dew Dynasty seemed to have been woken up by Quin Xuxu’s words.

Yes, where could they possibly run to? These damned brutes would just keep chasing them. They had to fight no matter what, they still had powerful helpers from the sects!

Immediately after coming back to their senses, the fleeing soldiers gritted their weapons and their teeth as they turned around and attacked.

They let out loud shouts in their lungs as they clashed with the wolfmen and enemy soldiers who were chasing them.

Fight, they had to fight no matter what!

Following the change in the army of the Cloud Dew Dynasty, more powerful auras exploded across the battalion.

They were Bai Quing and the other members of Alex’s harem who had received the buff from his skill, they immediately targeted to attack and kill the wolfmen and enemy soldiers of the Kalahari dynasty.

This scene further motivated the soldiers of the Cloud Dew Dynasty and they attacked with more ferocity.

The place became chaotic again, but it was no longer a one-sided slaughter.

In the air, the old dwarf stared at Quin Xuxu with narrowed eyes, his thick eyebrows almost covering his eyes.

’Who is this woman? Her aura is strong, I need to kill her!’ He thought to himself. He had finally managed to deal a huge blow to the morale of the enemy army after killing their General, who would have thought that there would be such a powerful martial artist amongst their martial artists.

No wonder the martial artists from the Kalahari dynasty had suffered a heavy defeat in their last ambush.

Thinking of this, his body exploded with violent Shi that formed a visit gale around him. His aura skyrocketed as he flew toward Quin Xuxu while swinging his club, which was several times the size of his body.

"Die!"

The old dwarf shouted as he brought his club down on Quin Xuxu, attempting to finish her in one strike.

But how could that happen? Quin Xuxu had long noticed him the moment he exploded with Shi.

After the old dwarf arrived before her, she immediately flew into action.

Spinning her body in the air and moving several meters away, Quin Xuxu avoided the club completely and even moved out of the range of its shockwave.

A gust of wind blew her air and brushed against her pretty face, her cold eyes stared at the old dwarf as she waved her hands.

Her scimitar and longsword immediately appeared in both of her hands as she executed a technique.

Hundreds of swords and scimitar shadows immediately filled the sky around her, blocking the sun and casting a large shadow on the battlefield.

She slashed her weapons at the old dwarf, and the hundreds of blade shadows instantly flew toward him at break-break speed, each shadow carrying a powerful aura.

In response, the old dwarf gripped his club tightly and waved it forward, sending a powerful gust of wind towards the hundreds of blade shadows. More than half of the blade shadows were instantly knocked flying away by the gust of wind.

The old dwarf clicked his tongue with narrowed eyes.

’Not enough.’ He thought to himself as he looked at the remaining blade shadows that were approaching him.

Behind the blade shadows, Quin Xuxu was rushing toward him with a cold glint in her eyes. She obviously wasn’t planning to allow him to dodge her attacks in peace.

In response, the dwarf decided to go all out!

He immediately used the same martial technique that he had used on Wen Chen and disappeared.

The hundreds of blade shadows passed through empty air after the old dwarf disappeared.

Quin Xuxu also came to a stop as she lost sight of the enemy, she looked around with narrowed eyes and tried to sense his location.

"Hehe, let me see if you are as capable as that green-haired General; show me what qualifications you have to challenge me!"
