Chapter 255: Summoned to the Royal Palace

Edward smiled as he was truly happy to see his son fine again. Nova had really made him worry a lot this time. Though, as a man, he understood his son’s feelings.

He was also really proud of him, even though he didn’t always say it openly.

"It’s good that you are better now, Nova... Now, let’s have dinner together, everyone, and we’ll talk about the important situation." Theodore said

Soon, everyone sat at the dinner table. The maids served delicious food, and everyone began eating while Theodore started explaining how things were outside and what he had learned at the palace.

According to Theodore, Caelan had now returned from the Beastfolk Continent. He explained how ’Vaurk ’had also been attacked, just like their capital.

They had also had one kingdom attacked by the Eclipse Order. The pattern was the same, but one thing was different.

Bigger forces had been sent to Aureth, as they knew Caelan and the other high-level Sovereigns were present at the tournament.

The strongest Demon Lord, Kharos, was also there. However, they didn’t know his motive. From what it looked like, the Demon Lord had made it clear himself that he was protecting them because of some unknown deal that hadn’t been made clear by him, nor had anyone been able to find out what it was.

Even the strange conversation between Caelan and Kharos had come into the spotlight. But the Human Emperor didn’t make anything clear, saying that it was highly classified information that couldn’t be made public.

He hadn’t even told Aurora, Draeven, or Lyra, nor had he told Vaoroak.

This caused them to become angry. Draeven and Lyra left, while Vaoroak was also furious, but he was busy dealing with the attack on his kingdom, so he made his displeasure clear as well.

As things were so critical, those pests from the Eclipse Order had become even stronger after their previous defeat. Now, they had suddenly appeared with so many powerful beings and hybrid armies.

And yet, the Human Emperor was still hiding valuable information from them, despite clearly knowing something when he was talking with Kharos.

Caelan only said that he would hold a meeting ten days before the Secret Realm opened at his Royal Palace and called all the official Racial Emperors. After that, no one said anything.

Aurora had also left, though she didn’t say anything since Caelan wasn’t going to tell anyone until the meeting, which also wasn’t expected to reveal much.

Only the Dragon Emperor might be able to make him speak—or who knows, perhaps even the Dragon Emperor himself was involved with Caelan.

Caelan had also made another announcement. He had called all five winners of the tournament to his Royal Palace in the Imperial Kingdom of Valedyrn for the reward ceremony, where they would also meet the other five seniors who would be entering the Secret Realm with them.

This news surprised Nova and the others. It meant they needed to go to Valedyrn now—the biggest kingdom on the Human Continent and the territory of the Everhart Emperial Family, the rulers of the Human Continent.

Though it didn’t affect them much, as they were already planning to leave. The Secret Realm was about to open, and every official meeting regarding the Secret Realm was held in Valedyrn every time.

Then Theodore finally came to the main topic—the topic everyone had been waiting for, and one that was also quite hot throughout Astrae.

The Slaughter Monarch and Nova.

According to Theodore, although most people refused to believe that Nova, the champion of the tournament, was the same person as the Slaughter Monarch, many were still considering the possibility that it was true, even though they had no concrete evidence to support it.

Still, the way that person had emerged in Forstholme three years ago, along with the information gathered by the Twilight Order and Royal Guards, matched the area where Nova had lived with his family.

For three years, he had disappeared. Back then, he had only been a... Then he appeared during the war between the Demon Generals Azren and Voren and the human army, where he was only a Grandmaster.

And now, he had appeared again as a being whose power no one could see through.

There was also the fact that he had first appeared as a Demon and then transformed into a Dragon—not a hybrid like Demon Lord Raze, but a true Dragon.

This made people question whether, if he could transform into a Dragon, he could also be a human.

However, this argument was absurd in itself, as they were only assumptions, and it could all simply be a coincidence.

Still, Nova had also displayed incredible power during the tournament—far greater than what someone at his apparent level should possess. He was a genius, and he hadn’t even reached the age of twenty.

Yet the Slaughter Monarch also hadn’t reached twenty, according to Kharos, and his name was also Nova. Even with all this, nobody could prove that they were the same person.

That being said, Nova wouldn’t be spared from questioning. He had been called to the Royal palace tomorrow for questioning.

Everyone was surprised to hear that, but Nova assured them not to worry. With his strength having grown this much, his Origin Concealment had also become much stronger and more effective.

No one in this world would be able to prove that Nova was the same person as the Slaughter Monarch. With that, dinner ended, and Nova returned to the System Space.

As soon as he appeared inside the System Space, Liya told him to wait in another area, as the women seemed to have something in mind. He could see the desire in all of their eyes.

Velena stayed outside, as she already knew what was going to happen in the training space. Liya teasingly invited her to join the fun, but Velena blushed and rejected the invitation.

The other women laughed at this, finding it amusing to see the usually calm Velena react like that.

Velena then went outside to cool her head.

Nova could only shake his head after seeing his naughty wives making fun of the cute milf maid.

And so, he sat there waiting for his wives to get ready for the night. Nova braced himself, as it was going to be intense. This would be his first time with all four of them together.

Although he used to have foursomes with Asia and Rieka and Liya, sometimes after they had their intense first time they got addicted to it, though still Nova was always found himself alone with them as well.

Sometimes with Rieka and sometimes Asia, then Liya, and of course Nyxara—she is the wildest one who wouldn’t satisfy with just one day, she at least needs 3 to 4 days of intense sex, and Nova had enough stamina to keep up.

He didn’t understand how Nyxara, who used to prefer having her alone time, had agreed to do this as a group. Either way, he didn’t mind it one bit.

He reached the door and knocked. Multiple voices of all his wives answered at once, laced with playful mischief.

"ENTER!"

Nova heart raced with excitement. He pushed the door open and stepped inside, already grinning like an idiot at the thought of what they had all planned for him.

The room was warm, dimmed lights casting golden glows across everything, and the air felt thick with anticipation.

And then his eyes landed on them.

All four women stood there in nothing but their delicate undergarments—silky bras and tiny matching panties. The fabric was barely there, stretched to its limit by their curves.
