My Sect Leader is the Greatest
Chapter 31 - 331: The Punishment of Stripping
Chapter 31: Chapter 331: The Punishment of Stripping
WHOOSH~~
The stench of blood and gore still lingered on Dao Yi Mountain.
Chen Sha strode up the mountain path and saw Song Yu and a group of elders in the distance. Swords and sabers on their backs, they were covered in blood as they came to meet him.
Behind them, two bodies were being carried.
One had lips as red as blood, while the other had a shattered mask hanging from his neck.
Chen Sha immediately noticed that one of the elders was missing an arm and walked over. "Elder Zheng, your arm."
Elder Zheng glanced at his empty sleeve and grinned. "It’s nothing. Trading an arm for the lives of two Grandmasters who dared attack our sect? Worth it!"
Chen Sha then looked at his senior brother Song Yu and the others. Their injuries were even more severe than the ones they’d sustained in the forest cemetery.
Song Yu said in a low, grim voice, "You said it, Junior Brother—no survivors. We had to make sure they were thoroughly dead. Anything less would be an insult to the dozens of our fellow Dao Yi Sect Members who were killed or injured!"
Even the usually honest and mild-mannered Song Yu was radiating killing intent.
It was clear just how much rage and murderous intent the Extraordinary Nine Monsters’ assault had stirred up in the hearts of every disciple of the Dao Yi Sect.
Chen Sha also learned from Song Yu about their fight with these two members of the Extraordinary Nine.
This Iron Beak Immortal practiced a special cultivation technique from the Demon Sect called the "Iron-Eating Technique." His entire martial art was focused on his mouth. Not only could he replenish his Essence Qi by eating all sorts of food...
...he had also forged himself a copper beak and steel teeth. When he fought, he was like a wild beast, pouncing and tearing at his enemies with primitive violence.
A living creature’s most powerful weapons, including a human’s, are its own teeth and claws. For this reason, the Iron Beak Immortal’s combat prowess ranked in the top three among the Extraordinary Nine Monsters.
That monster was the one who had brutally torn off Elder Zheng’s arm.
The Puppet Master’s martial arts were even stranger.
He could manipulate puppets with threads—steel wires as fine as gossamer, invisible to the naked eye, yet sharp enough to cut through bronze and iron, killing silently and without a trace.
But no matter how strong these two freaks were, they were being hunted by all the elders of Dao Yi Mountain.
In the end, they were reduced to corpses.
"But Copper Hand and the Fake Monk still managed to escape," Song Yu said, his voice laced with hatred.
Those monsters had killed so many people on Dao Yi Mountain.
And yet two of them had actually gotten away.
However, at that very moment, a little Daoist ran up to them, calling out breathlessly:
"Sect Leader, Uncles, Elders! Uncle Zhou captured two strange men in the back mountains! He wants you to come over."
Chen Sha and Song Yu exchanged a look.
"To think those two would run right into Little Uncle."
The group hurried to the back mountains.
The lake was clear and the thatched hut was tidy. The air was filled with the smells of fresh earth and chicken droppings.
And in the small courtyard, two corpses lay sprawled on the ground.
It was none other than Copper Hand and the Fake Monk of the Extraordinary Nine Monsters.
Zhou Santong said:
"These two little fellas tried to attack this old man as soon as they showed up. I was just going to play with them for a bit, but who knew they’d be so fragile? After a few moves, their arms and legs were broken, and so was their breath."
Chen Sha looked at the two corpses on the ground, unsure whether to say they had terrible luck or incredible luck.
The Extraordinary Nine Monsters had come for the Ancient Transformation Dragon in the dry well beneath this very courtyard.
They had no idea that this was the safest, most inviolable place on all of Dao Yi Mountain. With Little Uncle, a First-Grade Great Innate, standing guard, Chen Sha wouldn’t even be worried if one of the ten greatest masters in the world came here.
However, looking at the state of their bodies...
It seemed as if they had merely been touched lightly, and their arms and legs had snapped.
Having personally witnessed the fight between Little Uncle and the Ancient Transformation Dragon, Chen Sha knew exactly how terrifying a master of the First-Grade Great Innate Level truly was.
A single finger could press down on the Extraordinary Nine Monsters so hard they wouldn’t be able to lift their heads.
Let alone "playing" with them.
Song Yu let out a huge sigh of relief as he looked at the two bodies. "Thank goodness for you, Uncle. We thought those two villains had escaped. You may not know this, Uncle, but the Extraordinary Nine Monsters caused a bloodbath on the mountain. If it weren’t for you and our Sect Leader Junior Brother, I dread to think what might have happened..."
His voice was filled with sorrow. Just half a day earlier, he had feared that Dao Yi Mountain, with its thousands of years of history, was about to suffer a devastating blow to its vitality.
Zhou Santong replied, "When Little Liting came to find me, I told him to have you all find Little Chen Sha. I said there was nothing to worry about as long as he was here."
The old man had been the only one who knew beforehand that Chen Sha was about to break through to the Grandmaster realm.
Chen Sha blamed himself. "The sect suffered a disaster this time, with so many disciples killed and injured. The responsibility lies with me. It’s all because I was too late."
Song Yu quickly tried to console him. "How can we blame you, Sect Leader Junior Brother? We heard from the Extraordinary Nine Monsters that you were held up by that demoness from the Celestial Demon Sect. And that demoness... she’s most likely the woman from Jiangnan Dao that I insisted on letting stay, isn’t she?"
He was filled with immense regret.
Thank goodness Chen Sha was alright. Otherwise, even in death, he would have been too ashamed to face their master and the ancestors of Dao Yi Mountain.
"That’s right. The witch from the Celestial Demon Sect was indeed Yao Qingru, who was staying on the mountain. Her real name is Yun Feifei, and she is this generation’s Saintess of the Celestial Demon Sect. She allied with the Extraordinary Nine Monsters this time, but her objective was different. The Extraordinary Nine Monsters came for the Ancient Transformation Dragon, while she came directly for me. She wanted to kidnap me and take me back to the Celestial Demon Sect..."
Chen Sha shook his head and said:
"Who would have thought that her purpose on the mountain was to kidnap me, the Dao Yi Sect Leader?"
Hearing this, everyone’s heart trembled.
Kidnapping the Dao Yi Sect Leader.
That demoness from the Demon Sect truly lived up to the name of a demon fiend—she dared to think it, and she dared to do it.
"Then what about her now?" Song Yu asked. "Since the demoness failed, did she escape?"
Chen Sha clasped his hands behind his back. "She took a full-power blow from me. That single punch scattered her True Qi and shattered her heart and lungs. She definitely can’t have survived. However, there was a Demon Sect elder with her at the time. I was in a hurry to get to the forest cemetery, so I didn’t stay to confirm."
After speaking, he continued, "Let’s set the matter of the demoness aside for now. If she’s dead, all the better. If not, when I descend the mountain in the future, I will personally pay a visit to the Celestial Demon Sect and demand an explanation."
Because of today’s events, his impression of the Celestial Demon Sect had soured.
The martial arts world was divided into the Black and the Righteous Paths. The Righteous Path Martial Arts might not be entirely righteous and noble, but Black Martial Arts was absolutely cruel and dark, without exception.
One could tell from the way Yun Feifei had "invited" him that this was simply how the Demon Sect operated. If they were polite and courteous, they wouldn’t be the Demon Sect.
But settling the score with the Demon Sect was a matter for when he descended the mountain in the future.
Chen Sha said, "What we need to do now is interrogate the captured Half-Baked Doctor and find out the structure of First-Grade Hall’s forces, as well as who their backer truly is."
Song Yu deeply agreed. "Let’s leave that to Elder Xu. He’s the top elder on the mountain for researching pills and medical arts. He’ll definitely be able to make that Half-Baked Doctor talk."
He saw nothing wrong with such methods. These people had killed so many Dao Yi Sect Members, and with their backer still unknown, the hidden danger was too great. This was no time for soft-heartedness.
A thought occurred to Chen Sha. It seemed that the Huang Yaoshi from the Cosmic Light Fragments was a master of a hundred different arts, and he had a unique set of methods for controlling the treacherous and evil subordinates under his command.
’Perhaps I can also visit the Peach Blossom Island Chapter and see if I can learn a few things to pry open that Half-Baked Doctor’s mouth.’
And so, the great disaster that had befallen the sect came to a close.
The many injured and deceased Daoists needed to be tended to and laid to rest.
Meanwhile, Yun Feifei, one of the instigators of the incident, returned to the Celestial Demon Sect seven days later.
The Celestial Demon Sect.
Within the Celestial Destiny Palace, one of the Three Great Holy Palaces.
Its location was a complete mystery, unknown to the people of the Jianghu.
It was situated in a remote mountain valley.
The valley was filled with the songs of birds and the fragrance of flowers, home to cascading palaces that resembled an imperial garden.
Inside one of the halls.
Yun Feifei, her face pale as a sheet, walked in step by step.
Layers of red gauze curtains hung one after another. Behind them was the silhouette of a woman with a graceful figure.
Judging by figure alone,
Yun Feifei didn’t possess even a tenth of this woman’s allure.
"Mother, I have returned." Yun Feifei bit her lip and spoke timidly, seeming to be terrified of the figure behind the red curtains.
"I have already heard. You took two elders with you, and not only did one of them die, but you yourself had your martial arts nearly crippled and were almost beaten to death on Dao Yi Mountain by Sha’er."
The silhouette behind the red gauze spoke. Her voice was as heavenly as the music of the spheres, yet as cold as ice. As she spoke, a tangible layer of frost actually began to creep across the red fabric.
"A failure like you, and you still dare to come back alive?"
Yun Feifei’s face grew even paler. Terrified, she bit her lip and said, "It’s not that I was incompetent, but Brother Sha is too powerful..."
"My son being powerful is only to be expected."
The beautiful silhouette behind the red gauze moved her crimson lips. "Is that your excuse for being incompetent?"
THUD.
Yun Feifei fell to her knees, saying in despair, "Please, Mother, punish me severely."
The silhouette said, "Take off your own clothes."
Biting her lip, Yun Feifei slowly removed her dress and all her other clothes, until she stood naked in the middle of the great hall.
CRACK!
An invisible whip of qi instantly formed in the air and lashed across Yun Feifei’s fair skin, splitting it open and drawing blood.
"Aah~"
She groaned in pain but didn’t dare to move an inch from where she stood.
And once the whipping started, it seemed as if it would never stop!
CRACK! CRACK-CRACK! CRACK-CRACK-CRACK!...
