Kaiser looked up at the enormous city gates standing before them.

The gates were made from a dark metallic material that seemed incredibly sturdy, and they were large enough for several massive carriages to pass through at the same time. A long line of people had formed outside the entrance, with several guards stationed nearby to check the identities of everyone entering the city.

Kaiser slowed down his undead horse and glanced toward Alex.

"Do we need to register to enter?"

Alex shook his head.

"Not exactly. According to the information I have, Redali is a neutral city, so anyone can enter as long as they follow the city’s laws. However, there is a small entrance fee."

"How much?"

"Ten Cosmic Credits for ordinary people. Stronger individuals and large caravans have to pay more depending on their size."

Kaiser nodded. "That’s cheap."

"For a city like this, it is."

The two joined the line and slowly made their way toward the entrance.

As they got closer, Kaiser began sensing increasingly powerful auras among the people around them. There were Rank 3, Rank 4, and even Rank 5 experts among the travelers entering the city.

Not all of them were humans either. Various races could be seen moving through the line, many of which Kaiser had never encountered before.

He noticed a tall Beastman with the head of a lion walking alongside a group of humans. A short distance away, several Dwarves were loudly arguing about drinks, while a group of Elves calmly waited their turn to enter the city.

Kaiser glanced at the Elves before turning toward Alex.

"Looks like you’re safe here."

Alex immediately understood what he meant and sighed.

"Don’t remind me."

Kaiser chuckled.

Soon, they reached the front of the line.

A female guard stepped forward and looked at them.

"Identity cards."

Alex handed over his Adventurer Card, and Kaiser did the same.

The guard scanned both cards with a magical device before looking at them again. Her gaze briefly shifted toward the undead horses beneath them.

"Are they summons?"

"Yes," Kaiser replied calmly.

The guard didn’t show any surprise. After seeing the various races and strange abilities of the people entering the city, undead horses were probably nothing unusual to the guards of Redali.

She simply nodded and continued.

"Ten Cosmic Credits each."

Kaiser transferred the required amount without hesitation.

The guard returned their cards and stepped aside.

"Welcome to the Free City of Redali. Follow the laws and you won’t have any problems."

Alex nodded. "Thanks."

The two passed through the massive gates and finally entered the city.

The moment Kaiser entered Redali, he immediately understood why Alex had described it as one of the major cities of the continent.

The streets were enormous, with enough space for multiple carriages to travel side by side. Buildings of countless different designs stood along the roads, ranging from simple stone structures to massive magical towers that stretched hundreds of meters into the sky.

Magical carriages moved through the streets while flying beasts and various magical vehicles traveled along designated routes above them.

Everywhere Kaiser looked, there were shops selling weapons, armor, potions, magical materials, monster corpses, skill books, and countless other items.

There were simply too many things to see.

Kaiser looked around with interest as he took in the unfamiliar surroundings.

’This place really is different from any city I’ve seen so far.’

The sheer number of people was what surprised him the most.

Redali was filled with travelers from countless races and regions, and powerful auras could be sensed almost everywhere. Even among the ordinary-looking people walking through the streets, Kaiser occasionally detected the presence of powerful experts.

Alex pointed toward a massive building in the distance.

"That’s the Adventurer Guild."

Kaiser followed his gaze.

The building was several times larger than the Adventurer Guild in Winter Hold City, and even from a distance, he could see countless adventurers entering and leaving the building.

"We should get some information about the nearby dungeons and other good places for leveling," Alex said. "I also want to show you what I can do. I didn’t really get a chance to fight seriously back there."

Kaiser nodded.

"Let’s do that later."

Alex looked at him curiously.

"Later?"

"First, I want to find a hotel."

Alex thought about it for a moment before nodding.

"You’re right. We should find a place to stay and freshen up first."

The two continued deeper into the city while riding their undead horses.

As they traveled through the busy streets, Kaiser kept looking around with interest. There were plenty of shops he wanted to visit, and he made a mental note of several places he might return to later.

However, one particular building immediately caught his attention.

It was a massive structure standing along one of the main streets, with a large and impressive sign displayed above its entrance.

[Redali Auction House]

Kaiser slowed slightly as he looked at the building.

’An auction house.’

Considering the number of powerful individuals and wealthy merchants gathered in Redali, there was a good chance that rare and valuable items appeared here.

Kaiser stared at the auction house for a few moments before glancing toward Alex.

"Alex, you said this is one of the biggest cities on the continent, right?"

Alex nodded.

"Yes."

"Then I assume the auction house here is also quite important."

Alex looked toward the massive building and smiled.

"It is. According to the information I received, the Redali Auction House is one of the largest auction houses in the entire continent."

Kaiser’s interest immediately increased.

"What kind of auctions do they hold?"

"They hold a normal auction once every month. But once every year, they host a Grand Auction where much rarer items are sold. And once every ten years, they hold a Supreme Auction."

Kaiser’s eyes lit up slightly.

"A Supreme Auction?"

Alex nodded.

"Yes. The Supreme Auction is considered one of the biggest auction events on the continent. Powerful individuals, large organizations, and even major forces from different regions participate in it."

Kaiser looked back at the auction house.

’Once every ten years...’

That certainly sounded interesting.

"Do you know when the last Supreme Auction was held?"

Alex shook his head.

"No. I didn’t get that information. I only know that the Supreme Auction is held once every ten years, but I don’t know which year the last one took place."

Kaiser nodded.

"Then we should find out."

Alex raised an eyebrow.

"You’re interested in the auction?"

"Of course."
