He takes all her jokes seriously!

Looking at the man in front of her who was obviously annoyed, Summer Shawcross found it somewhat amusing, and the oppressive mood she had felt earlier inexplicably improved a bit.

"That’s not gonna work. I need to see your performance. If it’s not good enough, I won’t take you!"

"How do you want me to perform tonight?"

The raised eyebrow and the teasing words left Summer momentarily stunned, and she instantly realized the other implied meaning of his words.

"I don’t want to talk to you anymore!"

But he didn’t plan to stop there and instead intentionally lowered his head closer to her ear, whispering.

"Should I perform now?"

His deliberate demeanor made Summer so angry she was gritting her teeth, really wanting to bite him.

He had the audacity to say such things and still asked her how he’s shameless?

Seems like she should not let him get too close to Flynn Hughes, or else he’ll definitely be led astray by him!

Just as Summer was gritting her teeth and angrily gazing at Noah, the room’s door was suddenly knocked.

The door was then pushed open from the outside.

Hearing the door open, Summer was momentarily stunned and hurriedly pushed against Noah to get away from his embrace.

But the man’s arms held her tightly with no intention of letting go.

Seeing this, she angrily glared at him.

Watching her seethe and grit her teeth, a slight smile began to curl on the corners of his lips before he finally loosened his grip on her waist.

At this moment, a few waiters carrying dishes had already walked in from outside, placing the ordered dishes on the table, then smiled and said to them.

"Please enjoy your meal."

Summer smiled at the waiters, who then turned and left, closing the room’s door behind them.

"Let’s eat first."

They both came to the table and sat down.

Summer picked up her chopsticks and eagerly reached for the restaurant’s signature dish, the fragrant steamed river fish. She picked a piece of fish but instead of eating it herself, she placed it in Noah’s bowl.
