"Humanity's savage and foolish nature will ultimately lead to its destruction."

"Therefore, I can only save it through the greatest practical joke in human history."

Nite Owl finally understood what Ozymandias intended to do. His voice trembled as he said:

"That will kill tens of millions of innocent people!"

"It is a necessary crime committed to save billions!!"

A blue torrent mixed with lightning and storms swept outward!

Wherever it passed, everything was affected—concrete, stone, metal, glass, plants, and human beings!
