Maybe I really am a Villian
Chapter 294: Trauma
Asher calmly raised his sword, then slashed right through one side of its mouth, and before Snake could react any further, Asher let go of his sword and then tore the beast’s mouth apart with his bare hands without any difficulty. Due to the existing injuries at the mouth corners, tearing its mouth was easy,
While doing this, the blood of the beast splattered all over Asher’s body, but Asher didn’t seem to care a little bit about that.
Asher completely tore the snake in two parts and only stopped after Snake died, and its body went completely limp, devoid of life.
And just like that, Snake died without even being able to inflict a single injury on Asher.
A moment later, its corpse vanished from the virtual world, along with the blood that had splattered onto Asher and the ground during the attack.
Asher retrieved his sword and held it firmly again. He then continued toward the special area, his expression completely calm and unchanged.
Along the way, he encountered many other beasts, but Asher only took just 5 moves at best to defeat every one of them; a single beast couldn’t deal a single injury to him.
After defeating every beast He encountered. He continued moving through the virtual terrain until he finally reached the special area.
When Asher arrived, he found a plain area surrounded by a white-colored circular barrier. The barrier clearly separated the area from the surrounding terrain.
The whole barrier was 20 meters in radius, neither big nor small, just enough so that students could fight and also couldn’t run away from the other opponents the whole time.
Asher stepped forward and entered the special area. The moment he entered the barrier, its color changed from white to green, clearly indicating that Asher had reached the destination and that someone was now inside the Barrier and eligible to pass to the next round.
Asher looked around for a moment, then checked the timer.

There were still 21 minutes till the round ended, so Asher just sat down on the ground, sword still held firmly in his hands.
Meanwhile, in the Academy training ground.
Elisa and other Academy staff members monitored everyone in the virtual space through large screens.
On various screens, students fought the wolf cautiously, keeping their distance, observing it, and trying to defeat it; they struggled to deal with it because the spells they were most familiar with and always used in battle were unavailable in the test. They were also nervous because of that, and they were also making mistakes due to their habit of trying to use the spells they use in real-life battle.
Just like a student who made a mistake by trying to use his real-life ability: when a wolf came near him, he tried to use his earth element, but he couldn’t, and because of that single mistake, he was disqualified.
But no one even cared about that student; almost everyone was looking at a single screen showing Asher’s image sitting in the specially marked area and looking around as if he were on a picnic. The only thing missing was a basket full of food, though in Asher’s case it would have been extra cream and Juice.
Everyone stared at the screen in surprise, because it didn’t even take Asher 10 minutes to reach the area, and he wasn’t even running; he was walking toward it.
The other students were still fighting the beasts. Even Leon had just finished dealing with the wolf and was now moving toward the closest marked area to him.
And Elisa was standing there silently, with a grim expression.
Then the staff member who was in charge of changing camera angles in fightsight and also in charge of spawning beasts looked at Asher and then muttered in confusion, "I don’t know why, but these beasts seem to be stupid somehow against this kid."
"They aren’t even able to exchange 5 moves with this kid; is there something with programming?"
Just then, Professor Elisa intervened, saying, "There is nothing wrong with the beast; no need to do anything. Just keep it as it is right now."
The staff member nodded, said nothing else, and kept doing his job.
Meanwhile, Elisa just stared at Asher image on the screen with a complex expression.
’Why does it seem like he hasn’t weakened, but instead has just become even stronger than before? Was it really a good thing to host this test?’
Elisa thought this and couldn’t help but regret hosting the test, because the way Asher killed his opponent made her uneasy about what would happen to the students who would eventually fight him.
And the way Asher defeated the beast without even moving a little bit from his position.
He just stood there, then dodged the Attack with minimal movement, attacked the place where the beast’s defence is weakest, and didn’t even give the beast a chance to react, killing them in just seconds.
He has absolute confidence in his skills; he didn’t hesitate once in any of the fights.
And the way he killed them was too cruel, but also the fastest way to kill them.
’Is there a chance that he will be defeated?, nah who am I kidding? With that thinking and skills, we might even lose to him in terms of kills if we have the same cultivation.’
And then Elisa looked at Asher, who was still lying there, moving. ’Just how the hell does he have this many skills at this young age? He doesn’t even practice; did his family train him on the Southern border since he was 7 or something?’
Professor Elisa then looked at the other students who had also reached the marked area, and then thought, ’Now I can hope that these kids will be able to defeat him together somehow or at least not die just like those beasts and then make new trauma for Asher, as that Elf princess has developed.’
That poor girl still has nightmares of the time when Asher punched her in the face till it became unrecognizable.
