Investing in the Three Villainesses Gives Me Infinite Returns
Chapter 93: Jealous Third Wife
Elias walked toward Natasha’s room with a faintly annoyed expression, intending to question her about whatever the fuck she had done to his hair.
He had already fixed it as best as he could, but the memory of his reflection in the mirror still bothered him, especially since he had trusted Natasha with his hair.
However, as he approached the room, he suddenly heard chuckling from inside.
Elias slowed his steps and furrowed his brows.
The sound was obviously not Natasha’s.
There was only one other person who could be inside.
Elias stared at the closed door for a moment before a thought crossed his mind.
"There is no way, right..." he mumbled.
He quietly pushed the door open and peeked inside.
The sight before him immediately answered his question.
Natasha was sitting on the bed while gently combing Stella’s crimson hair, carefully running the comb through each section and making sure none of the strands became tangled. Stella sat between her legs with a wide grin on her face, giggling to herself while seemingly enjoying every moment of the attention.
Elias narrowed his eyes.
"So that is what happened..." he muttered.
He watched the two women for several seconds, and the more he thought about it, the more obvious the reason became.
He had already noticed that Stella’s behavior often revolved around imitation. She rarely asked for something completely unfamiliar, but whenever she saw another person enjoying something, she immediately wanted it for herself, much like a child who suddenly wanted a toy or sweet simply because another child possessed one.
Just an hour ago, she had wanted to bathe with him because she had seen him bathing Monica, and a few days earlier, she had wanted to train with a sword after watching Elias practice.
Now she had seen Natasha combing Elias’s hair.
Naturally, she wanted the same thing.
Elias’s annoyance slowly disappeared, and a faint smile appeared on his face.
"It was not that big of a deal anyway," he mumbled before quietly stepping away.
Elias turned around and descended the stairs, eventually making his way toward the dining room. He took his usual seat and waited quietly while considering everything he still needed to accomplish today.
A few minutes later, footsteps approached.
Stella and Natasha entered the dining room together and walked toward the table, but before Stella could take her usual seat, Natasha calmly pulled out the chair beside Elias and sat down.
Stella stopped.
She stared at Natasha before her brows slowly knitted together.
"That is my place," she said.
Elias glanced toward Natasha.
The mute and deaf woman did not seem particularly bothered by Stella’s complaint. She simply continued staring at the table with her usual impassive expression, apparently having no intention of moving.
Elias understood what was happening almost immediately.
Natasha knew Stella well enough to understand how she would react, yet she had still chosen to sit there.
"You can sit in a different one for today," Elias suggested with a helpless expression.
Stella stared at him for several seconds before reluctantly nodding.
"Fine."
She walked toward the chair Natasha usually occupied and pulled it out before sitting down with her arms crossed.
"I also took her place now. Hmph!" Stella said while giving Natasha a jealous look.
Natasha merely glanced at her before looking back toward the table.
Elias couldn’t help but find the exchange amusing.
A few seconds later, the two maids entered the dining room carrying the prepared meals, and everyone began eating.
As Elias ate, he occasionally glanced between his wives, and eventually he noticed Stella’s crimson eyes repeatedly drifting toward his head.
Elias slowly narrowed his eyes.
’That confirms it.’
There was no doubt anymore.
Stella had been the one responsible for the disaster that had once been his hair.
He looked toward her with a deadpan expression, but Stella immediately lowered her gaze toward her food and pretended to be completely innocent.
Elias sighed inwardly.
’She really is a handful.’
Breakfast eventually came to an end, and as Elias prepared to leave, his gaze happened to settle upon Natasha.
There was a small amount of gravy beside her lips.
Without thinking much about it, he picked up a clean cloth and gently wiped it away.
Natasha immediately froze.
Her golden eyes widened slightly as she stared at him.
Stella, however, reacted far more dramatically.
"You never did that for me!" she complained.
Elias turned toward her with a deadpan look.
"Who fed you yesterday?" he asked.
Stella’s lips opened and closed a few times before she leaned back in her chair and looked away with her cheeks slightly puffed.
"Hmph."
Elias shook his head before looking toward both women.
"Take care of your big sister," he said.
Stella glanced toward Natasha, and although she still looked somewhat reluctant, she eventually mumbled, "I will..."
A faint smile appeared on Elias’s face.
He then stood from his chair and left the dining room.
Several minutes later, he reached the entrance and prepared to leave the manor.
His mind was already occupied with his meeting with Priest Mekah and the question of whether Kilmir possessed anyone capable of helping them with the runes required for Monica.
However, before he could walk past the entrance, Benjamin’s voice came from behind.
"My lord," the old butler called.
Elias halted and turned around.
Benjamin approached while holding something in his arms, and when he reached Elias, he bowed before presenting it.
It was a dark blue gugel.
Elias stared at it for a moment before raising an eyebrow.
"What is this?" he asked.
"I believe it would be better for you to be a little less conspicuous, my lord," Benjamin explained.
Elias immediately understood what the old butler meant.
He was a nobleman with striking crimson hair, and walking openly through Kilmir made him rather easy to identify. Considering the five recent deaths and the investigation currently taking place throughout the city, drawing unnecessary attention was the last thing Elias wanted.
The dark blue gugel was also common among ordinary citizens and shopkeepers because of the intense sunlight that frequently covered the western region.
Wearing one would hardly make him look suspicious.
"Alright," Elias said as he accepted it.
He quickly placed the gugel over his head, allowing the dark blue cloth to conceal most of his crimson hair and part of his face.

Benjamin gave a small nod of approval.
Elias adjusted the cloth once before walking past the entrance door.
The bright sunlight poured onto him, and the heat of the outside world greeted him.
"Fuck, I want a carriage," he muttered as he walked past the gates.
