Meanwhile, Tubbs was basking in the joy of her complete transformation.

Although the Genetic Potion’s side effects had set her ablaze, the Flames hadn’t ruined her appearance in the slightest.

Instead, they added a dynamic, Holy aura to her vibrant and beautiful feathers, making her look like a divine bird bathing in sacred fire.

However, this ’sacred’ image didn’t last for even two seconds.

Tubbs spun around elegantly and shot Chubbs a flirtatious look. "Cluck, cluck~ Hubby! Quick, look at me! Am I beautiful now or what?"

Only then did Chubbs shift his attention from his own cool metal feathers and carefully size up his wife.

He froze.

He blurted out subconsciously, "Cluck, cluck? Good heavens! Honey, you... where did all your soft, squishy fat go? How did you get so skinny after your Evolution? You’re way more beautiful, but..."

"But what?"

Tubbs’s eyes instantly narrowed dangerously.

The Flames on her tail feathers even seemed to flare up.

Chubbs felt that familiar pressure—a mix of instinct and wifely authority—and his massive steel form trembled.

He hastily swallowed the words he was about to say: ’you might not feel as... substantial as you used to, and how are we supposed to have a love life when you’re covered in Flames?’

"That’s more like it!" Tubbs raised her head proudly.

Seraphina walked up to the two chickens, whose entire aesthetics had changed in a flash.

Stifling a laugh, she said, "It seems the Effects of those two Genetic Potions have been... quite pronounced!"

Hearing their master speak, Tubbs stopped lording it over Chubbs, and the two of them stood at attention.

The commotion the two of them were making had long since attracted the attention of the other residents in the Space.

Flora came closer, waving its vines, the giant Cannibal Flower circling Tubbs with curiosity.

Its stalk grew thicker, and it radiated an even warmer, gentler heat.
