Chapter 455: The New Seven Kings

"From today onward, the Longyuan Empire is under the governance of Lust. Those who disobey... will die."

Su Mu's indifferent voice rang out like a celestial emperor's decree, echoing across the entire Longyuan Empire. In that moment, every citizen heard his words.

The expected panic and riots never materialized. Instead, a faint sense of acceptance rose in everyone's hearts, as if... this was how things were always meant to be.

The next moment, Su Mu clenched his hand in the air, and the depths of the Imperial Palace began to quake violently.

The Longyuan Empire's treasury suddenly shattered. Countless rare treasures shimmering with precious light floated into the air, converging into a torrent that rushed toward Su Mu.

A dark gold light instantly erupted from his palm, piercing the clouds!

Countless treasures melted into the dark gold light, rendering it even more dazzling.

Gradually, the light condensed, ultimately transforming into a crystal-clear drop of essence blood that shot into Jun Wushang's body.

Boom!!

A powerful, terrifying aura erupted from Jun Wushang, surging toward the heavens.

"Go make an appearance," Su Mu said.

Jun Wushang nodded. Gripping the Sword of Royal Power, he transformed into a streak of golden sword light and instantly vanished into the clouds.

Under the gaze of millions, a massive golden divine sword slowly emerged, effortlessly parting the heavy sea of clouds.

Standing atop the divine sword, Jun Wushang towered above the masses. Like a peerless emperor dominating the world, he announced his arrival to his people.

Amplified by the Sword of Royal Power, the terrifying presence of a Gold King grew increasingly majestic, blotting out the sky!

"Citizens of the Longyuan Empire..."

His resonant voice echoed across the horizon.

"I am Lust of the Seven Deadly Sins, your... new king!"

Hum!

Crystal-blue light rippled outward, washing over the entire Longyuan Empire.

The image of Jun Wushang wielding the Sword of Royal Power was deeply branded into everyone's hearts.

The title of the King of Lust enveloped Longyuan like the rising sun!

The crystal-blue light in Su Mu's eyes slowly faded. With the aid of his Illusion Technique, Jun Wushang quickly gained the people's recognition as the King of Lust.

Ever since becoming a nightmare and taking control of the entire Dream World, he had gained the ability to control the whole world with his Illusion Technique!

However, he didn't strip away their free will and turn them into mindless puppets who only knew how to obey orders; that would be too boring.

It would feel as if he were the only living person in the world.

Therefore, he merely planted a psychological suggestion to make the populace accept the King of Lust.

Of course, his claim of controlling the entire world through his Illusion Technique was limited to the Dream World. As the master of this realm, he could easily manipulate the world using the power of the Creator's Authority.

If he were to go to the Nightmare World or Heaven, without the augmentation of the Creator's Authority, it wouldn't work.

After settling the Longyuan Empire, Su Mu and the others left, leaving Jun Wushang behind alone.

The Seven Deadly Sins' next stop was the Blood Moon Empire.

Subjugating the Blood Moon Empire was incredibly easy. With the Undead King dead and the empire severely damaged, the nation was in a state of chaos, faintly showing signs of fragmentation under warlords.

When the Seven Deadly Sins arrived, there wasn't a single voice of resistance in the entire country.

"Wrath, the Blood Moon Empire is left in your hands," Su Mu said indifferently.

"Huh?!" Yang Dongqing looked at the devastated Blood Moon Empire, suspecting he was being targeted.

Among the Seven Great Empires right now, the Blood Moon Empire was undoubtedly in the worst state.

"After all, you're the one who ruined the Blood Moon Empire, so naturally, you have to rebuild it."

"..." Yang Dongqing was left speechless.

"Catch."

Su Mu tossed out the Yama of the Ten Halls.

Yang Dongqing stared blankly at the pitch-black armor in his hands. "Why is it the Yama of the Ten Halls? Shouldn't it be the Scarlet Moon?"

Su Mu smiled faintly. "Who made the rule that the Blood Moon Empire's Royal Power Artifact must be the Scarlet Moon? If you want, you can even rename it the Dongqing Empire in the future. Oh, wait. Knowing you, you'd definitely call it the Jasmine Empire."

Teased, Yang Dongqing's old face flushed red. Fortunately, his mask hid it, preventing anyone from noticing anything unusual.

To be honest, he really did have such a thought. If he gifted Jasmine an empire, how happy would she be!

After that, the Seven Deadly Sins visited the Dark Night Empire, the Holy Empire, the Red Lotus Empire, and so on...

Before they even arrived, the various nations had already received news that the Seven Deadly Sins intended to rule the Seven Great Empires. However, in the face of Su Mu, the master of this world, even knowing about it and preparing in advance was completely futile.

No mortal could resist the arrangements of fate, and in this Dream World, Su Mu was their fate!

Under Su Mu's arrangements, the members of the Seven Deadly Sins became the new Seven Kings one by one. To prevent their strength from falling short, he specifically emptied the treasuries of every nation, manifesting the corresponding essence blood to help them advance to Gold Kings.

Sloth obtained the Red Lotus Heaven-Seizing Gourd and took charge of the Red Lotus Empire.

Envy obtained the Scarlet Moon and took charge of the Dark Night Empire.

Greed obtained the Left Hand of God and took charge of the Holy Empire.

When it came to the Firmament Empire, Su Mu found himself in a slight dilemma. Gluttony, Yan Wu, was a puppet and had no way to govern a country. Furthermore, he was completely incompatible with the Starfall Heavenly Punishment, as Gluttony didn't know how to use a bow.

Thus, he had no choice but to settle for the next best option and sought out Lin Nanxing.

Back when the Nightmare Squad was formed, Lin Nanxing had been quite loyal, and his ability, Absolute Hit, perfectly suited the Starfall Heavenly Punishment.

Ultimately, Lin Nanxing replaced Gluttony to govern the Firmament Empire.

To ensure he could intimidate his subjects, Su Mu simply had him take Gluttony's place, making him the new Gluttony.

Yan Wu was just a puppet anyway. He wouldn't have any complaints and could be swapped out at will.

The final stop was the Chiyan Empire.

When Su Mu arrived at the Chiyan Empire, only the puppet Yan Wu remained by his side; the other members of the Seven Deadly Sins had already assumed their posts.

Inside the Chiyan Imperial Palace, King Chi, clad in an elegant long black dress, was waiting quietly. The surroundings were empty.

When she saw Su Mu arrive, King Chi's expression grew complex, and she hesitated to speak.

That black dress was as dark as ink, smoothly hugging her curves. Its layered hemline resembled a bewitching black rose blooming in the dark night.

She wore a pair of exquisite black high heels, her snow-white insteps forming a stark contrast with the black shoes. She walked over with an awkward gait, clearly wearing heels for the first time.

"Are you here to make me abdicate?" King Chi bit her lip, speaking with a hint of resentment.

Su Mu smiled faintly. "Is that why you consciously changed out of your phoenix robe?"

"Does it look good?" She lifted the hem of her dress expectantly.

"Not as good as your phoenix robe. Also, high heels don't suit you."

Hearing this, King Chi instantly grew even more resentful. "It's one thing to make me abdicate, but you still have to mock me!"

"Who said I was making you abdicate?"

King Chi stared blankly. "But the other members of the Seven Deadly Sins are each ruling an empire, and you're the only one left..."

Su Mu shook his head. "Do you think I need to be a king?"

"Then you..."
