I Took A Succubus's First Time
Chapter 471: Seduce the Nun, Part 2
Kouhei decided to go ahead with the quest to seduce the nun.
He didn’t want the whole thing to come across as overly stalker-like, even though he had to admit that he was technically following her at the moment. There was a rather uncomfortable difference between secretly observing someone because of a quest and openly walking after them like some suspicious guy who had apparently forgotten how normal human interaction worked.
Because of that, Kouhei was making sure that he didn’t get too caught up in what he was doing. If he became careless, he might end up eating more than he had bargained for, and he wasn’t particularly interested in finding out what kind of trouble that phrase could actually lead to.
Kouhei thought the woman was rather strange from his perspective.
Right now, Aegis had a love egg inside her, and although it must have been vibrating inside her at that very moment, she didn’t seem bothered by it in the slightest. She was simply walking along while casually whistling to herself, acting as though having something like that inside her was about as remarkable as carrying a wallet in her pocket.
Kouhei couldn’t help staring for a moment.
He had to admit that it was impressive in its own strange way.
Most people would probably have been struggling to maintain a normal expression under those circumstances, yet Aegis looked perfectly comfortable. She wasn’t walking strangely, she wasn’t constantly checking her surroundings, and she certainly wasn’t acting like someone who had a rather unusual secret hidden beneath her clothes.
She was just casually whistling.
Kouhei almost wondered whether this was simply normal behavior for her.
Still, he couldn’t really judge her for it. Kouhei himself had developed some rather peculiar fetishes over time, so criticizing someone else for having strange preferences would have been a little hypocritical. He had enough questionable things going on in his own head that throwing stones at someone else’s weirdness was probably asking for the universe to throw one straight back at him.
The real problem right now was figuring out how he was supposed to approach her.
That was considerably more difficult than Kouhei had initially imagined.
Considering the situation, it probably would have been easier to follow Petra’s suggestion and simply approach Aegis in the direct way she had recommended. That is to assault her. Kouhei had a feeling that Aegis might even have accepted such an approach without much resistance, especially considering the way she had been behaving.
Kouhei still didn’t feel comfortable doing that, though.
Even if the outcome might have been easier, he didn’t want to treat Aegis like she was simply an objective that needed to be cleared from a quest menu.
He wanted to do it properly.
At the very least, he wanted to approach her normally.
Kouhei took a deep breath and decided to take a leap of faith.
As much as possible, he wanted to make sure that he could get Aegis interested in him through an actual interaction rather than simply relying on the strange circumstances surrounding the quest. If things went well, he could continue from there without having to wonder whether he had crossed some unnecessary line.
That seemed like the better approach.
Unfortunately, the universe apparently had other plans.
While Kouhei was slowly approaching her, Aegis suddenly turned into an alley.
Kouhei hadn’t been thinking about the possibility that she had noticed him following her, so he continued after her without giving the situation much thought.
He turned into the alley as well.
That was when he discovered that Aegis was already standing there, waiting for him.
Kouhei stopped immediately.
For a second, neither of them said anything.
Aegis looked at him with a noticeable blush on her face, and Kouhei immediately realized that she had deliberately waited around the corner for him.
"Um..." she said, her expression becoming increasingly embarrassed as she looked at him. The blush on her face was probably partly because the love egg was still vibrating inside her vagina, although Kouhei couldn’t exactly ask her about that without making the situation approximately ten times more awkward. "Are you following me?"
Kouhei swallowed.
This was definitely not how he had imagined the conversation beginning.
He had been expecting to approach her, introduce himself, say something reasonably charming, and somehow get the conversation moving naturally.
Instead, he had walked directly into an alley and discovered that the woman he had been following was already waiting there like she had been setting a trap for him.
"Uh..." Kouhei muttered, desperately searching his brain for something that wouldn’t make him look suspicious.
He couldn’t exactly tell her that he had been following her because he had received a quest to seduce her.
That explanation would probably create more questions than answers.
He also couldn’t admit that he had been secretly observing her because he wanted to figure out how to approach her.
That would sound even worse.
Kouhei mentally went through several possible answers before realizing that none of them sounded particularly convincing.
Then, without really thinking it through, he decided to simply say the first thing that came to mind.
"Well, actually, I find you really gorgeous," Kouhei finally said.
The words escaped his mouth before he had enough time to reconsider them.
There was a brief silence.
Kouhei stared at her.
Aegis stared back at him.
For some reason, the silence felt considerably longer than it actually was.
"Uh... t-that’s it?"
Aegis sounded strangely disappointed.
Kouhei blinked several times.
He genuinely hadn’t expected that reaction.
"I see..."
Kouhei began to understand something at that moment.
Petra’s earlier assessment might have been surprisingly accurate.
Aegis seemed far more open to get assaulted by an ordinary stranger, and the disappointment visible in her expression made Kouhei wonder whether she had expected him to say something considerably more direct.
The thought made him slightly uncomfortable.
It seemed like she might have been willing to have sex with someone she barely knew, and while that certainly made the mission easier, Kouhei still didn’t want to take advantage of that willingness without making sure that she actually wanted whatever happened between them.
This might have been telling him what to accomplish, but it didn’t get to decide how he treated the person involved.
That part was still up to him.
"Uh... I want to know you better," Kouhei said after a moment of hesitation. "Would it be okay if the two of us had some dinner together?"
He wasn’t entirely sure why dinner had been the first thing that came to mind.
It wasn’t particularly clever.
It wasn’t especially romantic.
It was just dinner.
Still, it seemed like the most natural way to actually get to know someone, and Kouhei figured that starting with food was probably safer than jumping directly into whatever Petra had imagined for the quest.
Aegis’s eyes widened.
She immediately placed a hand over her heart.
"Okay!" she said.
Kouhei almost looked surprised by how quickly she answered.
"D-Dinner, right?" Aegis continued, her face becoming even redder. "L-Let’s meet at eight in the evening. I-I still have to attend to my lectures before then."
"O-Oh... okay," Kouhei replied.
He was still trying to process how easily that had gone.
Then another thought occurred to him.
"Do you have a phone that...?"
"H-Here!" Aegis immediately said.
She handed him her phone so quickly that Kouhei almost wondered whether she had been waiting for him to ask.
Kouhei took the phone and entered his number before handing it back to her.
He barely had time to finish before Aegis looked at him again.
"P-Please, text or call me!" she said.
Then she immediately turned around and ran away.
Kouhei watched her disappear down the street.
"T-That was pretty easy..." he said, still staring after her.
Kouhei slowly looked down at the spot where Aegis had been standing earlier.
That was when he noticed something unusual.
There were several droplets of liquid on the ground.
Actually, there were quite a lot of them.
Enough had gathered together that they had almost formed a small puddle.
Kouhei stared at the liquid for a few seconds.
He slowly looked upward.
"Did it rain?" he wondered.
The sky was completely clear.
The sun was still high above them.
There wasn’t even a cloud in sight.
Kouhei stared upward for another moment before finally realizing what he was looking at.
He lowered his gaze again and gave a small, awkward smile.
"Right..."
Considering that Aegis still had the love egg inserted inside her vagina, the liquid was almost certainly her juices rather than rainwater.
There was simply no reasonable way it could have been rain.
The weather was far too clear, and Kouhei was pretty sure the heavens hadn’t suddenly decided to dump a tiny puddle of water in one specific spot just because Aegis had been standing there.
That would have been an impressively specific weather phenomenon.
While Kouhei was still thinking about it, a car pulled over near him.
"See? Easy, right?" Petra said as she rolled the window.
He turned around and saw Petra standing there with an expression that suggested she had been watching the entire thing.
"It was very easy," Kouhei admitted.
In fact, it had been so easy that he could barely believe it himself.
"The harder thing right now is making sure the people from the church don’t become suspicious," Petra explained. "They have no idea that she’s the Holy Book, so they’re not putting any special guards around her. Even so, the people from the church are still keeping an eye on their own people, which means you’ll have to be careful about getting caught."
Kouhei nodded slowly.
That was the part he hadn’t really considered.
Getting Aegis to agree to dinner was one thing.
Actually continuing the quest without attracting unwanted attention from the church was another matter entirely.
Petra continued speaking as though she were discussing something completely ordinary.
"Dominate her as much as possible," she said. "It should be easy for you, right? If you managed to conquer a primordial succubus, then an unsuspecting horny nun should be an average cakewalk for you, shouldn’t it?"
Kouhei stared at her.
Petra said it so casually that she made it sound like seduction was some kind of basic skill he had unlocked after completing enough difficult quests.
Kouhei wasn’t entirely sure whether he should be offended or impressed.
The way Petra talked about it also made him feel as though she had completely forgotten that people were involved and that things could become complicated very quickly.
"I guess so," Kouhei finally replied.
