I Really Am A Villain

Ch. 1271 - Two Infinite Daos, Blossoming of Three Flowers

The Primal God Sovereign, caught off guard by such favor, quickly stood up. The moment the figure in the golden carriage appeared, everything had fallen into silence and submission.

That person did not address anyone else. Instead, he turned his gaze toward the depths of the heavens, as if peering across ten billion miles, into an indescribable darkness.

He spoke slowly. “Old friend, won’t you at least show some hospitality?”

“If your true body were here, perhaps I would,” came the voice of End of Calamities from the void, cold and disdainful. “But for a mere avatar? What meaning does that have?”

“An avatar is enough,” the one in the carriage said with a soft laugh. “I came to discuss matters, not to start a war.”

“There’s no one here who wants to talk,” End of Calamities said bluntly. “If you can’t accept that, then fight.”

“Do you truly wish to drive the Primal God and Spectral Ghost Races out of here?” the man in the carriage asked, his tone losing all trace of humor.

“I’ve already left you a forbidden ground,” End of Calamities replied. “And over these years, you’ve taken plenty from the Ghost-God Heaven, you know it as well as I do.”

“If I were to join hands with the Spectral Ghost Race and overturn your Ghost God Heaven,” the carriage-bound man smiled coldly, “what can you possibly do?”

“You think the Mirage Tides Heaven would side with you? The Spectral Ghost Race’s overlord would never agree,” End of Calamities retorted without hesitation.

Though the gods and ghosts had at times joined forces, it was only the lower echelons, like the Spectral Ghost Sovereign, who feared being expelled from the domain. The true master of the Spectral Ghost Race, the Lord of Death, would never ally with the gods. Their enmity stretched back to ancient ages.

The man in the carriage realized his threat held no weight, and after a pause said, “Even if we can’t ally with the Spectral Ghost Race, we have other options, the beasts of the Azure Mystic Heaven, the Ancient Demons of the Godfiend Abyss Heaven, even the Heavenly Court. Any one of them could make you… pay dearly.”

“And you think only you can find allies?” End of Calamities replied indifferently. “If I decide to expel your kind, there will be plenty of forces eager to take your lands. Don’t test me. If your Primal God and Spectral Ghost Races wish to remain in this domain, you’ll follow my rules.”

The presence within the carriage was silent for a moment, then said, “In that case, there’s nothing left to discuss.”

With a wave of his hand, divine radiance surged up from the heavens. Across the forbidden ground, every member of the Primal God Race began to glow with the same divine light.

“Then let’s tear away the veil hiding your Ghost-God Heaven,” the man said coldly. “Let Old Villainous Heaven itself see your hypocrisy and ambitions!”

As divine light spread, the storm clouds above dispersed, revealing, for a brief instant, a colossal shadow in the void. A giant hound standing proudly between heaven and earth, countless suns and moons swirling within its eyes.

But the apparition lasted only an instant before the clouds swallowed it again.

A golden blade burst from the carriage, the Heaven-Slaying God-Dagger.

It sliced through the silent sky, divine might radiating from its edge as it slashed toward the phantom of the celestial hound.

But before it could strike, a massive black hand rose from the void and caught the blade midair.

With a light squeeze, the divine knife shattered into dust.

Black spirit energy churned across the heavens, gathering into that vast hand, which then slammed down toward the golden carriage.

The dragon-tiger beasts pulling it roared furiously and surged upward to meet the attack.

From their open maws poured torrents of imperial power, melting the very air as they collided with the black hand.

The two forces, godly radiance and abyssal darkness, clashed, ripping the void apart, collapsing space, and annihilating everything between them.

The dragon-tiger beasts’ power surged higher and higher, even beginning to suppress the dark hand.

Meanwhile, not far away, the Abyssal Tyrant watched the battle unfold. Though far stronger entities had appeared, he showed no restraint. His blood-red gaze remained fixed on Xu Zimo.

Demonic energy surged from his body, the might of the Blood-Demon God-King Physique spreading across the heavens like a crimson tide.

He stepped into the air, charging at Xu Zimo.

The Nine Ghost Gods were still recovering from their wounds. Xu Zimo glanced toward the battling dragon-tiger beasts, and sprinted straight toward them.

The Abyssal Tyrant followed close behind, his blood clouds sweeping through the sky.

The dragon-tiger beasts saw Xu Zimo approaching and instinctively unleashed a torrent of power.

That torrent, like a galaxy cascading from the heavens, tore through Xu Zimo’s form and struck the Blood Demon trailing behind him.

Screams echoed through the air.

Xu Zimo had already opened his Three Gates, avoiding fatal damage and slipping past the torrent.

But the Abyssal Tyrant was not so fortunate. Its abdomen was pierced clean through, its soul severely wounded.

“This isn’t like you,” a voice chuckled from the darkness, amused by Xu Zimo’s peril.

Xu Zimo recognized it instantly as End of Calamities’.

“How about you handle your own Ghost-God Heaven first,” Xu Zimo replied evenly.

His eyes shifted back to the Abyssal Tyrant, whose true body now mirrored his demon’s wounds, drenched in blood, yet still advancing step by step, relentless as death itself.

“Need me to take care of this for you?” Xu Zimo asked wryly.

“Handle your own problems,” End of Calamities replied curtly.

He still did not show himself, locked in fierce combat with the man in the carriage.

The Abyssal Tyrant, despite his injuries, was already regenerating.

“ENOUGH!” he growled, his body blurring into a streak of light.

In the blink of an eye, he appeared before Xu Zimo and drove his palm into his abdomen.

Xu Zimo didn’t resist. His body shot backward like a blood-red line, crashing into the distance.

The Abyssal Tyrant gave chase, his Blood Demon True Fate opening its enormous maw to swallow Xu Zimo whole.

At the same time, End of Calamities and the carriage-bound man clashed in full force.

Their power was so immense that no one else could even get close.

A black hand of pure darkness fell from the sky, slamming hundreds of Grand Emperor realm dragon-tiger beasts into the ground. They roared once, then lay still, unable to move.

“Heavenly God’s Clear Path!” the voice from the carriage commanded.

Golden light and pure divine aura descended from the void, as if creating a new heavenly path. The dark clouds scattered, the sky split open.

“Primordial Blade of Seven Tribulations!” came another shout.

A black blade, wreathed in sin and slaughter, tore through the heavens.

Yet the true terror was not the blade, nor the technique, but what bloomed beneath it, a radiant Dao Flower.

This flower, called the Golden Blossom, was the mark of an Infinite Dao Realm cultivator, one who had gathered the ‘Three Flowers’ of essence, energy, and soul into the Infinite Dao itself.

Such beings had transcended the mortal shell entirely; even their souls underwent complete rebirth.
