Chapter 240: In The Name Of Emperor Woolie, I Cast You Down!!

Raiden walked forward with wide strides, zooming towards the beast at a super-fast speed.

Feeling an unknown presence approaching him, the lizard opened its eyes and glared at him, the embers in its eyes flickering with dangerous light.

Raiden didn’t even feel fazed; he just kept walking towards the beast and watched as it opened its massive jaw wide open, charging up flickering blue light.

"Neva, Light Screen."

"Sha!!" Neva moved her limbs as immediately tens of gigantic light screens appeared in front of Raiden’s face one after another, creating an immense barrier in front of Raiden.

"Roar!!!"

BOOM!!!

Raiden watched with almost an impassive face as the barriers in front of him were destroyed one after another, like dominoes falling over.

Just as the energy beam was about to pierce through the last light barrier, Raiden stepped aside almost casually. The beam passed through his side, almost grazing him, before continuing and hitting a hill in the distance, evaporating it entirely.

Looking at the destruction from the back, both Theodore and Aria froze in their tracks, their feet being rooted in the ground. The opening attack of the enemy was much more than they could even begin to think of handling. As for helping throughout the rest of the fight, that was even a taller order for them.

They wanted to move and go help Raiden, but their feet refused to budge from the spot. Maybe it was their survival instincts screaming at them from the inside, saying, ’Don’t go over, you’ll die!!!’

But right now, Raiden was too busy to pay attention to the people behind him.

"Neva, bind his arms and legs. Ruby, attack. Use the Crimson Spear!!" As soon as Raiden finished speaking, both of his Terra Beasts moved out, skating across the battlefield.

"Sha!!" For Big Brother Huli. You are going down!!

All six of Neva’s eyes started to shine brightly as four gigantic circles of light appeared next to the opponent, before golden chains encased in flames shot out and wrapped themselves tightly around the limbs of the lizard, dragging it in four different directions, causing it to topple over.

"ROAR!!!"

The opponent roared in anger as he gathered power and snapped, breaking the chains binding him apart.

But this brief moment of opening was all that Rose needed, as she spat out a drop of blood that grew into a gigantic crimson sphere. Within a fraction of a second, this sphere grew over 10 m tall and started spinning with an immense force, creating a buzzing sound in the atmosphere.

"Hiss!!" In the name of the Emperor Woolie, I cast you down!!

The spear then accelerated wildly, leaving a crimson trail in the sky as it moved directly towards the head of the lizard.

The enemy Terra Beast was caught unprepared as the spinning crimson spear was in his face before he could even react.

Boom!!!

A small shockwave erupted as the blood spear collided with six curved horns on its head, creating a piercing, shrinking noise that echoed throughout the battlefield.

"ROOAAARRRR!!!" The lizard, being a diamond-tier Terra Beast, felt humiliated by being despised by two mere gold Terra Beasts. With an explosive roar, his horn started to shine as the world around him turned green.

BOOM!!!

A gigantic pillar of green light erupted from his body, vaporising Ruby’s attack easily as the enemy stood there in splendour, pressure rolling off its body like a tide.

"Tch, so this big guy isn’t a pushover, huh? Well, all the more fun for me." A serious look appeared in Raiden’s eyes as he looked at the opponent bathing in green light. It was much stronger than he anticipated. But this wasn’t enough to deter him.

"Neva, Ruby, get ready. We are about to get serious now. From now on, no holding back. Let’s beat this lizard back to the prehistoric age where it belongs."

"Sha Sha!!" I was waiting for this!!

"Hiss!!!" Let’s show him what true power really means.

A look of excitement appeared in both beasts’ eyes as they unleashed their own powers, causing two more light pillars to erupt from the ground, piercing directly into the sky.

If one looked at this scene from afar, they would find three gigantic pillars of green, golden, and red light, respectively, As the all broke through the heavens and fought for supremacy.

The next second, the pillars faded away, revealing the three Terra Beasts.

The big green lizard remained unchanged, except that a sheen of green protective layer was covering all over his entire body. His claws caused a hissing sound when they hit the ground, melting it, but Neva and Ruby changed drastically.

The first to emerge from a Crimson Pillar was Ruby.

Now, standing at over 20 m long, a gigantic crimson python appeared in her place, which had a natural crown on its head. Its golden eyes cast a piercing glow on all who gazed upon her majestic form, and she stood there like an empress.

But this change was nothing compared to the drastic change that occurred within Neva.

As the golden glow faded, Neva’s true body was revealed entirely.

Its six pairs of legs pierced through the ground like iron spears, making them look deadly. On its back, the hot pink tattoo of a spider started to glow with a golden colour, and its head bore two more eyes, making them eight in total. A few intricate golden lines ran throughout her body, from the limbs to her back to her entire body before it all converged upon her head, creating a natural crown-like pattern on top of it.

Standing at over 15 m tall, a natural intimidating pressure rolled off her body, causing the surrounding trees and plants to evaporate from the sheer heat.

Looking at the fully grown Neva, Raiden finally saw the shadow of her mother inside of her, the real White Catastrophe.

As for Rose, she looked more like Ruby than ever before, but that was to be expected.

The battlefield stayed for a moment as all parties gazed at each other in tension.

Looking at it from behind, Aria’s normal human body without any power wasn’t able to take it, and she unconsciously took a step back, stepping on a twig.

Snap.

The otherwise small noise of the wood breaking rang out particularly loudly throughout the silent battlefield, causing her to freeze in place.

And as if they had received a signal, all three Terra Beasts moved at the same time towards each other, intent on tearing the opponent apart.

Despite its bulky body, the lizard was the one to move the fastest, as it directly appeared in front of Neva before planting its leg into the ground and spinning 180°. Its long, muscular tail was moved at an almost impossible speed towards Neva; it was covered in a green glow.

"Sha Sha!!" Don’t underestimate me, you big lizard!!!

All eight of the Neva limbs started glowing at the same time as a hot pink light appeared on their tips before she brought it down on top of its back.

Sizzzle!!

The enemy let out a painful roar as the poisonous attack of Neva drove into its back, digging through the hard scales on top of its body. But Neva wasn’t able to stay there for long either, as the green substance on her back started corroding her limbs, causing a painful sensation to go throughout her body.

She jumped off its body, but not before throwing out a ball of particularly potent poison on its back.

But the enemy was prepared this time and wasn’t falling for her tricks again, as it turned its head around and let out a cream blast towards Neva at point-blank range.

Looking at the blast in front of her face, Neva was unable to react in time as she half-hazardously put up a screen of light in front of it.

But the light screen was only able to stop the attack for a fraction of a second before it continued onwards, intent on devouring her whole.

Just as she resolved herself to sacrifice a portion of her body to take it head on, her crimson tail shot out and wrapped itself around her body before it pulled her out of harm’s way, letting the blast bypass safely through the air before it dissipated.

Rose safely pulled Neva back from the jaws of danger as she glanced at the large lizard standing in front of them.

"Hiss!!~" Big sister~ It’s hard to take him down alone!! Let’s attack him together!!!

Neva recovered a second letter from the brush of death as her blood started to boil in excitement. Her dormant genes were screaming and waking up gradually as she faced an opponent that was almost impossible to beat alone.

Her eyes took on a dangerous glow as she stared at the opponent in fervour.

"Sha Sha!!" No!! Stay back!! This opponent is mine!! I’ll show you what I can truly do!!
