"Nice!"
Seimei nodded with a satisfied grin, then stretched hard, feeling every bit of exhaustion melt away.
"Whew~~"
He let out a long, contented breath.
With a thought, he pulled up his proficiency panel.
A familiar pale-blue, semi-transparent screen popped into view:
[Name: Uchiha Seimei

No surprises here. The moment his body finished transforming, his Physique stat ticked up exactly one point, from 42 to 43. He was now just a little closer to matching his 45-point Spirit.
With the Rinnegan already in play, a three-point gap was totally manageable for him.
And now, after only three months, his Physique had climbed another point.
That naturally put him in an even better spot.
He could clearly feel the balance between his spirit and body improving again, which took a huge weight off his mind.
Less pressure meant he could fight at an even higher level.
Sure, nothing was forcing him to throw down right now, but being prepared never hurt, right?
That's exactly why he'd been busting his ass to get his spirit and body back in sync.
For someone with a proficiency panel like his, "good enough" just wasn't an option.
If he was gonna do this, he was gonna do it perfectly; anything less would be wasting the panel's full potential.
…Okay, getting off track.
Back to the Physique boost.
Just like every time before, the +1 brought some solid upgrades.
First, the theoretical chakra cap went up.
Seimei closed his eyes, adjusted his breathing, then cranked Chakra Refining Technique to the max and started digging into his potential.
An hour later, he stopped.
He carefully compared how his body felt before and after, cross-checked the panel's new cap, and did the math.
Result? This single point in Physique had bumped his theoretical chakra limit by roughly 160 million points.
As expected, that was a bigger jump than the 110 million he got last time.
He'd already predicted this would happen. The closer Physique got to Spirit, the more balanced they became, the more hidden potential got unlocked, and the bigger the gains would be.
This time proved it.
Still, the theoretical cap only mattered long-term.
What he cared about right now was the immediate boost to recovery speed.
With that in mind, he stopped refining chakra and just sat there calmly, letting his body recover naturally.
After a while, he opened the panel again, kept everything steady, and watched the Chakra number tick up.
Ten minutes later, he stopped observing.
In those ten minutes, his chakra had gone up by 2,745,833 points.
That's 16,474,998 points per hour, which works out to a whopping 395.4 million points per day.
Before today, his daily recovery was only 305.4 million.
In other words, this one point in Physique had boosted his daily chakra recovery by a clean 90 million points.
Seimei couldn't help but smile.
Last time, when Physique went from 41 to 42, he'd only gained 60 million per day.
He knew this jump would be bigger, but 50% more? That was insane.
How could he not be happy?
"Sweet."
He nodded again, then shifted his gaze back to the panel to check the rest of his gains.
First, the actual chakra pool had grown by a little over 2 million this time around. Since the transformation didn't take super long, the increase wasn't huge. Split across his shadow clones, that only let him add about 15 more clones to bloodline development duty.
Next, the bloodlines themselves.
Ice, Storm, and Lava Release had just evolved, so even with the extra evolution points from this transformation, they were still nowhere near their next tier.
Wood Release had evolved a while back, but the bar was set way higher now. It was only at (2,080/50,000); still ages away from the next step.
Byakugan was sitting at (13,650/100,000) because he hadn't actively pushed it; another long-term project.
Dust Release, though? That one was looking tasty.
Thanks to the bonus from this transformation, it was now at (8,701/10,000).
At roughly 12 points per day, it would hit the next stage in a little over 100 days.
And since Dust Release was the only Bloodline Elimination he had, the payoff when it evolved was going to be massive.
No question; it would drastically cut down the time needed for his next body transformation.
Now it all came down to how much extra chakra he'd have to pour into physical reinforcement this time.
If the amount he needed was less than the 90 million daily recovery he just gained, he could probably squeeze in one more transformation before his backup chakra ran dry.
That had always been the plan.
Realistically, though? The odds weren't great.
Last transformation required over 110 million extra chakra just for reinforcement.
This time, even without having to spend chakra relocating his training spot, the simple fact that his body's limits had grown meant the reinforcement cost would still be huge; probably north of 100 million again.
That would eat into his reserves faster and shorten the window before he needed another break.
Still, it wouldn't take too long overall.
His freshly evolved Ice, Storm, and Lava Release had seriously boosted his aptitude, so they'd shave off a decent chunk of time on their own.
