Chapter 2607: Disaster Avoiding And Disaster Averting.

The Disaster Avoiding divine ability can be used to avoid a myriad of danger ranging from spiritual attacks and mental attacks, to physical attacks and curses.

But this won’t work for the god of fate because she has used the Fate Cutting divine ability on him. This divine ability has begun to cut him, so it must finish cutting his fate.

In order to avoid this disaster of dying by cutting, he had to divert the disaster onto someone related to him by blood. Only someone whose fate is related to his can satisfy the Fate Cutting divine ability and help him avoid this disaster.

This is why he used the Disaster Diverting ultimate ability in combination with the Disaster Avoiding divine ability, and why he used one of his descendants to substitute for him, not a random stone or log of wood.

The god of disaster escaped while one of his numerous descendants was torn into pieces in his place. This won’t be the first time it happens. Yet, the god of fate wasn’t angry.

She smiled and said, “How many disasters can you avoid, my little pig?”

The first time the god of disaster had avoided his fate, she had only chuckled. She was angry back then because she expected it.

But now that he has escaped from her a third time, she is happy.

This is because that was his last chance to escape from her. If she catches him a fourth time, he won’t be able to escape from her.

She used her Fate Scrying divine ability and was able to find the god of disaster immediately. Then she gave chase.

She laughed as her large spider form soared through the air in the direction of the god of disaster. Her laughter caused chills to go down the backs of the mortals and godlings who heard her.

The god of fate was able to corner the god of disaster again. But before she could kill him, the god of death came and interfered with her.

This caught the god of fate off guard because she hadn’t predicted this. According to her prediction, the outcome of the battle between the god of life and the god of death will be a draw. But this outcome will only be finalized a long time after she has killed the god of disaster.

She predicted that the god of life and the god of death would be in a stalemate for a long time. But that is clearly not what happened. What happened is that the fight between the god of life and the god of death ended early.

The god of fate began using her divine abilities to determine what had gone wrong. According to her investigation, the fight had ended early because the god of death had defeated the god of life.

Apparently, the divine beasts of the god of life were plagued by various diseases and disasters during their fight with the zombie giant. This made it easy for the zombie giant to defeat them and tilt the tides of the battle in favor of the god of death.

After killing the god rank divine beasts, the zombie helped the god of death to assault the god of life. This put too much pressure on the god of life. In order for the god of life to save herself, she withdrew and left the underworld.

The god of life even withdrew the power that she left out for the godclads of her pathway when it looked like she could die. But instead of pursuing her to kill her, the god of death came to rescue the god of disaster.

It is clear that the diseases, the poisons, and the disasters that affected the divine beasts of the god of life were the handiwork of the god of disaster. However, what isn’t clear is how the god of disaster could bypass the protection of the power of the god of life on her divine beasts.

It is true that the divine beasts were only at the god rank. But that doesn’t mean that the god of disaster can affect them. Especially not when the god of disaster himself is running for his life, trying everything to save himself, while the divine beasts have been empowered by the god of life, who is a high god.

The god of disaster shouldn’t have been able to bypass the protection of a high god like that. After doing further investigations, she realized that another god had interfered in the fight between the god of life and the god of death.

The god of fate was able to quickly identify who the culprit of her defeat was. What she discovered made her frown and say out loud, “I thought that you were dead.”

There was no reply to her remark. She was sure that the god that had interfered was listening to her. But this god didn’t want to speak up in order not to leave traces for her to find.

But the god of fate didn’t mind the silence. She smiled and said, “Either you show yourself and stop me, or you watch me do something you don’t want to see.”

The god of fate had been contemplating withdrawing after her plans were thrown into disarray by an unknown factor. But after determining that the god that had interfered was the god of luck, she decided to continue fighting.

The god of luck is supposed to be a high god. This is the last information that was known about him before he disappeared.

The god of luck has been gone for so long that everyone thought that he was dead. But he suddenly appeared and made the divine beasts of the god of life extremely unlucky in their fight against the zombie giant.

The extreme bad luck that struck the divine beasts of the god of life made them frail and extremely susceptible to the disasters of the god of disaster. So that single move of the god of luck made her plan to kill the god of disaster fall apart.
