The Magic Towers were able to uncover the truth within a few days. They finally learned the identities of the Forbidden Wizards who had fought in the skies above the remote city.

They knew they were none other than Forbidden Wizards Erwin and Edmund. These powerful wizards, from the Silver Tower and the Black Tower respectively, had fought against each other.

After learning the truth, the Magic Towers and the powerful wizard families turned their attention toward the Silver Tower and the Black Tower.

Even the wizard seeds, official members, other Forbidden Wizards, and the Elders from both towers were taken aback by it.

It was a known fact that the Silver Tower and the Black Tower were rivals. If any conflict arose, it would usually be known to others.

But this time, everyone was caught off guard.

Even the Silver Tower and the Black Tower didn’t know about it.

The people of the two factions were now trying to contact these two men: Forbidden Wizards Erwin and Edmund. This was because they wanted to know about the outer space item.

The allure of the outer space item was so strong that they wanted to learn the truth directly from the Forbidden Wizards.

The members of the Silver Tower were trying to contact Forbidden Wizard Erwin, especially the other Forbidden Wizards and the Elders.

If they could get the outer space item, they could either sell it for a high price or give it back to their families.

Then, someone in their family could become strong enough to join one of the Magic Towers later.

That was why the outer space item played such an important role.

Forbidden Wizard Charlotte was also contacted by others. She was annoyed, but she knew for a fact that they would ask her.

However, Forbidden Wizard Erwin’s current whereabouts were unknown. She couldn’t even contact him, so she ignored the calls.

Yet, she was unable to ignore the calls of the Elders. The Elders were the highest authority of any Magic Tower.

When the Elders asked her, she told them the truth: she didn’t know Lord Erwin’s current location.

Unfortunately, the Elders were divided as well. Some of them believed her, while others did not.

She was close to Elder Dana’s faction. They believed her. They also knew about Lord Erwin’s way of doing things, so they didn’t bother her.

Yet, she was constantly disturbed by other faction Elders. She decided to leave for some time and hide her location.

Meanwhile

A similar situation was unfolding in the Black Tower. Everyone was looking for Forbidden Wizard Edmund.

But he had already anticipated the situation and had long since left on a trip with his student, Rowan.

Compared to Lord Erwin, his situation was worse.

He had lost the fight with Lord Erwin, so he chose to flee first. However, the truth about their fight was not yet known.

If they knew Edmund had lost, it would be a major embarrassment.

Right now, everyone was focused on the news about the outer space item, so they didn’t care about the result of the battle yet.

Unfortunately, Forbidden Wizard Edmund’s whereabouts were not found. Even his student Rowan’s location was unknown.

The people searching for them realized they were too late.

Edmund had already gone somewhere. Now, they had to wait for him to return. Only then would they learn about the outer space item.

On the other hand, the Sutton Family knew more information than others. They knew about Vincent Carey.

They knew Vincent Carey had even been present during the auction, and that he was working with Forbidden Wizard Erwin.

The Sutton Family was angry. They thought that Vincent Carey was just as responsible as Forbidden Wizard Erwin.

So, they included Vincent Carey’s name on their target list. If their wizards ever found Vincent Carey outside, they would try to eliminate him.

Right now, the Sutton Family was busy finding ways to rescue Young Master Hale, Elder Abel, and Guardian Marvin.

They were imprisoned in the Mage Union prison. They had been caught red-handed by Forbidden Wizard Erwin.

Not only had he imprisoned them, but he had also provided evidence of their crimes to the higher-ups.

The nefarious plans of the Sutton Family were exposed. Many innocent people had died in that auction house, including some important people from the independent cities.

Survivors of independent cities were angry about this matter.

They were demanding justice. If the Mage Union failed to provide justice, the divide between the independent cities and the Mage Union would widen.

So, it wouldn’t be easy for the Sutton Family to rescue them. City Lord Dorian was imprisoned as well.

His fate was already sealed when he was captured. The Sutton Family was not going to rescue him.
