Something happened. The sealing Artifact hidden underground in the middle of the auction house was activated.

A golden light shot from the ground. It went piercing through the surface floor and reached the ceiling before going outside.

The golden light then stopped in the sky and started to envelop the whole auction house. In the blink of an eye, a golden layer covered the building’s exterior.

A hint of relief flashed in the old eyes of Elder Abel. He thought that the second plan was about to be implemented now.

Hale grinned from ear to ear. Everyone was trapped now. He could use the item to kill everyone here.

The Guardian, Marvin, was shocked. His heart was racing. He hoped that the Magic Lords would die next so he wouldn’t have to face them.

On the other hand, City Lord Dorian was sweating as well. Cold sweat covered his forehead. He knew the plan had reached the end.

Once everyone died here, he would escape with Young Master Hale.

He was still comprehending what had just happened.

The middle-aged woman felt a bad premonition. Her heart wanted her to leave, but her mind was set on the outer space item.

She wanted to see who was going to bid for it.

5th Room

The Black Tower Wizard, Rowan, was stunned.

“What was that light?” he muttered.

He felt a bad premonition. He didn’t know whether his mentor had arrived or not. He took his device out to call, but the call did not connect.

His facial expression changed drastically. Earlier, he had made a call to his mentor. But what happened now? He tried once again, but he failed.

“Something is not right,” he thought.

3rd Room

Erwin smiled. He was expecting this to happen. No one made a bid, and the person behind the scenes activated the sealing Artifact.

He then stood up and immediately exited the room. Then, he started walking down to the stage.

I stood up from the chair and continued to look at the stage. Earlier, I had a plan to use the Gregor Mansion to hide.

Now that plan is gone. Since Lord Erwin was with me, he could take me out of here safely.

Meanwhile

The Magic Lords in the other rooms felt uneasy. One after another, they exited the guest rooms on the second floor.

There was the outer space item; the gray and silver rock was inside. He then collected the box into his storage bracelet.

It was witnessed by the people on the first floor. They were all dumbstruck and didn’t know what to do.

How could someone appear and rob the last auction item? And an outer space item at that! People were enraged. They forgot about the mysterious golden light.

“What are you doing?”

“Give back the auction item!”

The people on the first floor started questioning him. The female staff member and her friend were petrified on the spot. They didn’t know what to do.

The Magic Lords and other guests in the second-floor rooms were also dumbfounded. Unlike the people on the first floor, they didn’t react.
