God Level Necromancer: My Talent Multiplies All My Gains to 10000x
Chapter 69: Battle
As soon as the fight broke out, Noah vanished using stealth.
Puchi!
The next instant, one of the battle masters, a genetically modified human, was instantly decapitated. His head rolled off his neck and flew several meters away as blood splattered across the ground.
"Damn it! Why can’t my anti-stealth detect this bastard?" one of the mages roared, but Noah had already disappeared again.
"What the hell did that bastard use? Why are we suddenly feeling so weak?"
The leader instantly understood that if this continued, they would all die. The remaining eight hadn’t even moved yet, but they all had strange looks on their faces, as if they were simply waiting for their turn to show off.
Puchi!
Another battle master fell.
Three of them had already been killed within thirty seconds.
"Noah, we would like to fight as well. Give us a chance. Don’t kill all of them alone," Irin pouted, clearly dissatisfied that Noah was taking all the fun for himself.
"Use the talismans of the witches! We can’t afford to waste any more time, or we’ll all die here!" the leader roared.
The remaining people immediately took out strange pieces of leather covered with mysterious writings. They were talismans prepared by the ancient witch families.
As soon as they channeled their energy into them, a faint golden barrier appeared around their bodies.
Bam!
A metallic crash suddenly echoed through the battlefield. Noah had attacked one of them from stealth, but his dagger was stopped by the faint golden barrier.
"Hahaha! You are all frogs living at the bottom of a well. You don’t know how deep this world truly is."
"The Genesis Realm? That’s good, but Aethelgard itself is a place filled with mysteries. Let me show you what our ancient families can do, and why we have ruled over this world for thousands of years!"
A confident laugh escaped from the leader’s mouth as he pulled several more talismans from his inventory.
The others did the same.
Their expressions became painful as they activated the talismans. It was obvious that every single one of them had cost a fortune, but none of them hesitated.
They needed them if they wanted to survive.
The next instant, dense mist erupted from the talismans and rapidly spread across the entire battlefield.
Boom!
Noah was about to strike again when the man he was attacking suddenly turned around and punched him.
BAM!
Noah was caught completely off guard. His body was sent backward, and his stealth was forcibly broken.
He reappeared in everyone’s sight.
Noah and his cousins were all astonished by the sudden change.
Only Cris’s eyes were gleaming with excitement as he stared at the talismans.
"These are formations. Powerful formations. I want to learn them," he muttered, his attention completely focused on the strange talismans.
Victor, meanwhile, was carefully analyzing the battlefield. His mind was already calculating the movements of their opponents and searching for patterns in their attacks.
"Looks like they have some powerful items with them. They can even negate Cris’s formation effect on us," Victor muttered.
Noah’s eyes turned cold as he slowly stood up.
He had been far too cocky.
After obtaining such powerful equipment, he had genuinely believed that nobody could counter him anymore.
But the enemy had just proven him wrong.
Boom!
The ancient family warriors suddenly moved together in perfect synchronization.
The next instant, Noah and the others felt their opponents’ strength increasing rapidly as they channeled their mana into some red talismans.
Boom!
Boom!
"Attack!" Noah roared.
They all moved like thunder and collided with their enemies.
Noah pushed his speed to the absolute limit while the remaining cousins also charged forward. Their attacks collided with the enemy’s techniques in a chaotic storm of power.
Punch against punch.
Spell against spell.
Sword against sword.
The battlefield erupted into a devastating clash.
For the first time since becoming players, the ten Miller cousins received a true reality check.
After obtaining their Epic-grade items and experiencing everything that had happened recently, they had genuinely believed they were now almost invincible.
Except for Arthur, they believed there was hardly anyone who could defeat them.
But reality was far different.
The battle masters who had come to fight them today were all veteran warriors with enormous combat experience. They had spent countless years fighting against powerful opponents and knew exactly how to use their strength.
The Miller cousins, on the other hand, had only recently obtained overwhelming power.
Their bodies were strong, their equipment was powerful, and their abilities were extraordinary.
But they still didn’t know how to properly use all of it.
Blegh!
A powerful punch slammed directly into Victor’s stomach.
His body flew backward like a ragdoll before crashing heavily onto the ground.
The strength enhancement provided by the red talismans was simply too much for them to handle.
"We’re going to lose?"
Noah’s eyes turned cold.
"How can we meet Arthur if we lose even after everything he did for us to become this powerful?"
He slowly took a deep breath and forced himself to calm down.
He couldn’t afford to panic.
What they were fighting wasn’t a mindless monster that could simply be overwhelmed by raw power. These were experienced humans who possessed greater strength than them and knew exactly how to use it.
But Noah still had something they didn’t.
Epic-tier items.
"I didn’t want to use the power of these items against you bugs," Noah said with a sigh.
"But it looks like I’m too unworthy to fight without them."
He tightened his grip around the dagger and began channeling his mana into it.
Until now, Noah had only been using the dagger as a normal weapon.
A sturdy and extremely sharp weapon.
But that was only because he had never activated its true power.
The next instant, the dagger suddenly lit up.
A horrifying pressure erupted from its blade and swept across the battlefield.
The air itself seemed to tremble under the terrifying aura.
"Everybody, activate your weapons and fight!" Noah ordered with a roar.
The others were all struggling badly.
The power provided by the talismans was still active, and they were having difficulty even defending themselves.
Some were already bleeding.
Laura was continuously using healing spells, but she couldn’t concentrate properly because she was being attacked from all directions.
"Die!"
They all roared together.
At the same time, every single one of them channeled their mana into their weapons.
The moment their Epic-grade weapons were activated, an overwhelming force erupted from their bodies.
Their strength increased by at least five times.
Their speed and defense increased along with it.
The entire atmosphere of the battlefield changed.
Boom!
Noah vanished once again.
This time, the enemy couldn’t even see his shadow.
Puchi!
The battle master he targeted was instantly sliced in half.
A massive fireball flew across the battlefield and vaporized another enemy.
An ice lance pierced through another one’s body and sent him crashing to the ground.
Victor also regained control of the battlefield now that nobody was constantly chasing him.
Within mere seconds, the entire battle had completely changed.
The party that had been on the verge of losing suddenly became horrifyingly powerful.
"Damn it. What grade are those items?"
The leader’s expression became extremely ugly.
"I have seen the young master use Legendary-grade items before, but these weapons are on an entirely different level."
He barely had time to finish his thought.
Noah had already appeared in front of him.
The dagger in his hand carried terrifying power as he swung it forward with his full strength.
BOOM!
The leader felt as if he had been hit by a speeding train.
His body was launched backward like a ragdoll, smashing through the ground before finally coming to a stop.
.....
Inside the car, Arthur suddenly frowned.
Sebas also noticed the unusual fluctuation.
"Hm? What is going on? Why is Cris using his formation?" Arthur muttered.
They had already entered within five kilometers of the Miller estate.
Something had clearly happened.
"Sebas, speed up the car."
Without saying anything else, Sebas immediately increased the speed of the vehicle.
