Arthur slowly walked forward. He needed to secure this shelter before logging out. Otherwise, when he logged back in, there was a very real chance he would find himself inside a monster’s mouth.

Activating Stealth, Arthur disappeared from sight and began running toward the west. As he moved through the ruined landscape, countless demonic monsters wandered around the area, completely unaware of his presence.

"Come out."

The instant his voice fell, a figure emerged from his shadow. Divine Sword appeared before him and immediately dropped to one knee, his head bowed respectfully.

"My liege, what is your order?"

Arthur glanced at the countless monsters in the distance and casually raised his hand.

"Go. Start the slaughter."

"As you wish, my liege."

Divine Sword rose to his feet and turned toward the monsters. The next instant, his body shot forward like a bullet, instantly crossing hundreds of meters before his sword flashed through the nearest monster.

With Divine Sword’s strength and extraordinary swordsmanship, killing Level 20 monsters was no different from slaughtering chickens. Only Elite or Royal Bosses might give him some trouble, but Arthur was not worried.

He was immortal.

As long as Arthur had enough mana, even if his body was destroyed, he could revive indefinitely. Because of that, he had no reason to fear a battle of attrition.

Arthur continued running while notifications constantly rang inside his mind. After hearing the endless stream of rewards, he simply muted the system notifications.

Twenty minutes later, Arthur finally arrived at the entrance of a mountain valley.

The Omega Shelter was hidden beneath this mountain. In his previous life, a terrifying monster had once obliterated the entire mountain range while fighting several players.

That destruction accidentally revealed the entrance to the shelter.

Once the news spread, countless players had attempted to conquer it. However, the shelter was far more terrifying than anyone had expected.

There were ten floors in total, and every floor contained more than one hundred thousand common monsters. On top of that, there were Common Bosses, Elite Bosses, and Royal Bosses scattered throughout the floors.

The final three floors were even more terrifying.

Each of them contained a Legendary Boss. Only after killing all three Legendary Bosses would a player gain complete control over the Omega Shelter.

The shelter itself was enormous. Each floor covered roughly 1,500 acres of land, meaning the entire ten-floor structure contained more than 15,000 acres.

It also possessed countless functions and facilities.

In his previous life, Varian had successfully conquered this shelter and turned it into one of his primary sources of income. He rented areas to players, providing them with a safe place to stay along with various services.

Arthur stopped before the mountain and slowly took out the Twin Daggers.

He looked at the enormous mountain standing before him.

Then he disappeared.

Boom!

Arthur’s body shot forward at a terrifying speed. With his current movement speed of 150,000 kilometers per hour, he was already moving at nearly one-tenth the speed of light.

An apocalyptic energy pulse erupted.

The entire mountain range trembled violently before disintegrating into countless fragments. In the next instant, the mountain and everything inside it were completely vaporized.

The countless monsters residing within the mountain were erased without even having the chance to react.

[Ding! You have obtained 5 Royal Gold.]

Arthur glanced at the empty area before him. The mountain had been reduced to roughly an acre of bare land.

There, beneath the ruins, he spotted something that immediately caught his attention.

A gigantic metallic gate.

"Come out."

The moment Arthur spoke, nine figures emerged from his shadow.

The nine God Rank Generals appeared in a neat formation and immediately knelt before him.

"My King, what is your order?" Kaiser asked respectfully.

"Enter the shelter and begin the slaughter."

Arthur’s expression remained calm as he continued, "Do not kill everything. Keep 1,000 potential monsters alive, preferably those below Level 20. You may slaughter the rest however you wish."

"Understood, My King."

Prism, the Golem General, stepped forward and approached the enormous metallic gate. He grabbed the edge with both hands and exerted immense strength.

Rumble!

The gigantic metal gate slowly rose from the ground under Prism’s terrifying strength, revealing the enormous passage leading underground.

[Ding! You have discovered the Omega Shelter.]

Arthur’s eyes narrowed slightly when he heard the notification.

"Enter."

The moment his order was given, Kaiser, the Demon Emperor, led the other eight generals into the shelter at lightning speed.

The moment they disappeared into the darkness, the slaughter began.

There were approximately one million monsters inside the Omega Shelter, with levels ranging from Level 11 all the way to Level 60.

Among them were roughly 50,000 Bosses ranging from Common Grade to Royal Grade.

And at the very end of the shelter were three Legendary Bosses, each of them at Level 60.

Arthur had already muted the notifications from the slaughter, but he could still sense his wealth steadily increasing.

He knew the monsters themselves would not provide an enormous amount of wealth. Even after killing all one million monsters, the total would probably remain below 20,000 Divine Gold.

Still, Arthur did not intend to waste anything.

The meat of a mosquito was still meat.

More importantly, the 50,000 Bosses would drop an enormous number of items. With his Infinite Multiplication talent, those drops would become his true source of wealth.

Each Boss could drop multiple items, and after being multiplied by his talent, the number would become astronomical. Even if most of them were low-grade Legendary items, they could still be converted into an enormous amount of Divine Gold.

Sixty minutes later, Arthur finally entered the Omega Shelter.

Judging from the amount of time that had passed, his generals should have already cleared the ninth floor and reached the eighth.

The final three Legendary Bosses were located on the ground floor, the first floor, and the second floor.

As Arthur walked through the enormous passage, he saw countless monster corpses scattered across the floor.

Unlike monsters below Level 10, monsters above Level 10 did not turn into light particles after death. Their bodies remained completely physical and had to be removed manually.

Arthur’s gaze swept across the battlefield.

Every monsters possessed cores. These cores served as energy sources for cultivators and were also used as currency throughout Aethelgard.

However, inside Genesis Realm, the cores had no additional value. They were simply another part of the monster’s corpse.

As Arthur continued walking, he suddenly noticed several almost intact corpses.

Most had suffered only a clean cut or a precise strike through the head.

Arthur’s eyes gleamed.

These were probably good seeds.

He already knew that these monsters were exceptionally powerful compared to ordinary creatures of the same level.

"Arise."

The instant Arthur gave the command, twelve shadows emerged from the corpses.

The dead monsters slowly disappeared into darkness as twelve new soldiers joined Arthur’s ever-growing Shadow Army.

Only then did Arthur turn his attention toward the glowing orbs scattered across the battlefield.

There were gray, blue, and red orbs everywhere.

Each floor contained approximately 7,500 gray orbs, 3,500 blue orbs, and 1,000 red orbs.

The distribution of Bosses was equally impressive. Each floor contained roughly 2,500 Common Bosses, 1,500 Elite Bosses, and 1,000 Royal Bosses.

As Arthur continued forward, he obtained roughly 11,000 Legendary Grade items and 1,000 Epic Grade items.

Unfortunately, most of them were low-grade equipment.

Arthur simply left the items where they were. His inventory space was nowhere near large enough to store everything.

He looked around the enormous floor and nodded with satisfaction.

This place was enormous.

More importantly, it was practically a treasure vault.

Arthur eventually found a relatively clean area and sat down. He crossed his legs and began thinking about his next moves.

Amelia should be entering Genesis Realm soon.

She and Michael were currently in another town.

A faint, sinister smile appeared on Arthur’s face.

"You should enter the city."

His eyes became cold.

"Because that’s when your true nightmare will begin."

Arthur wanted to make them suffer.

He wanted to play with them until they were completely broken. Only then would the anger that had accumulated within his heart perhaps begin to fade.

Seven hours later, Arthur suddenly opened his eyes from his meditation.

His expression immediately became serious.

A large portion of his mana had suddenly disappeared.

Arthur could instantly understand what had happened.

Some of his generals had fallen.

At their current strength, only the three Level 60 Legendary Bosses should have possessed enough power to kill one of his God Rank Generals.

Arthur slowly stood up.

"Looks like I need to move now."
