The shattered chunks of the twelve-foot granite door were still grinding into the grey salt muck of the threshold, throwing up thick plumes of white stone dust that smelled of ancient brick dust and cold sulfur oil. Inside the main treasury bunker, the air was dead calm, a thick, purplish shadow hanging low under the heavy iron rafters, vibrating with the slow, deep hum of the six open steel security vaults.

Jun-ho stood perfectly straight right in the center of the frosted floor blocks, his large rubber boots planted two feet apart in the gray soot. His left hand kept a casual, iron-hard grip around the new matte-black hemp wrap of The Ash Remnant, the blunt edge of the five-thousand-fold blade resting quiet near his ankle. The stone-gray slabs of his Ashen Monarch Core Plate sat rigid over his chest, absorbing the blue glare leaking from the crystal crates like a sponge.

Right at the corner of his left eye, the solid black numbers were waiting, perfectly silent.

"The manual paper logs are syncing, Jun-ho," Eun-bi’s voice called out from the central desk area. She had her canvas bag slung tight across her waist, her gray flannel shirt left unbuttoned at the throat because of the suffocating heat coming out of his mana pool, exposing the sharp, neat line of her collarbones.

Her dark hair was wet and messy, loose strands sticking to her chin, but her sharp face carried that regular, flat public-sector drawl as she adjusted her clipboard. Her bare thigh pressed hard against his denim trousers for stability as she stepped onto the frosted tiles, her skin shivering slightly from the salt chill.

"The ledger has successfully rewritten the internal drop metrics. We have over six hundred high-tier primal cores sitting inside these six steel casings. If you don’t distribute the resource blocks across the status screens now, the regional terminal will freeze the allocation from behind."

Lilith didn’t look at the clipboard. She moved across the frozen granite tiles with a slow, heavy sway of her hips that made the tight crimson leather of her outfit rustle softly against his denim jeans. Her exceptionally long, smooth legs cut a clean line through the blue glare, her narrow waist twisting with a deliberate, voluptuous rhythm that accentuated the large, round curve of her fit ass beneath the leather casing.

She walked right up to Jun-ho’s side, her voluptuous frame leaning its entire weight flat against his bare upper arm. Her massive, half-visible chest rose and fell in quick, deep gasps, the tight crimson leather straining against her rounded fullness as she tilted her face up to look at his jawline. Her wide crimson eyes glowed with an intense, burning fire under her long ink-black hair, her full red lips parting into a low, breathless murmur right against his neck.

"My spirit belongs to your ribs now, Jun-ho," Lilith whispered, her voice a deep, velvety purr that trembled with a sudden, fierce devotion. Her long fingers, tipped with sharp crimson nails, slid slowly up his bare arm, her palms burning hot against his cool skin as she marked her placement. "Let the little nurse count her columns—I want to watch you distribute the resources from the inside of my skin. Every single drop of my demon energy is locked to your line."

"Move your chest back, broker," Eun-bi’s sharp, furious voice barked from right behind his shoulder guard.

The little nurse walked two long steps across the wet soot, jamming her heavy rubber boot directly between Lilith’s leather trousers and the side of Jun-ho’s jeans. Her bare thigh pressed hard against his shins for stability as she gave the demon girl a cold, biting look under her headlamp beam, her fingers keeping a tight, angry grip on her silver trauma scissors.

"The database log is still running the core synchronization, Jun-ho," Eun-bi said, her voice dropping into that flat, quiet public-sector drawl that was thick with an intense, sharp irritation. "If you let this rogue broker crowd the narrow track with her hair and her incense, the system will trace the mana displacement before we can even unpack the high-tier cores. The registry belongs to the collective detail, not her private bedroom."

Rea slid off the secondary vault box with a slow, fluid stride that made the high-slashed silk of her black tunic rustle loudly against her long bare legs. Her golden-blue eyes spun slowly in a lazy, dangerous circle under the gray sky, her full crimson lips tightening into a thin, jealous line as she wedged her own voluptuous hourglass shape tight against Jun-ho’s opposite sleeve, her wild orchid perfume cutting sharp through Lilith’s sulfur incense.

"The little nurse is right about the timer, big guy," Rea murmured, her bare arm rubbing against his shirt fabric with a heavy, possessive friction that competitive edge turning her tone sharp. "The demon girl is a bit too forward with her placement. She thinks because she signed the soul bind she owns the whole ledger line. I have the master key for the lower drainage grid already logged on my console. We don’t need her sulfur codes to clear the path."

Jun-ho didn’t pull back an inch from any of them. He reached out his bare right hand, his fingers closing around Rea’s narrow waist under the loose silk fabric of her tunic, while his left shoulder remained pinned against the hot, firm line of Lilith’s leather top. The dual friction made the suppressed lake behind his ribs pulse in a deep, slow rhythm that filled the entire dark hold with a silent, heavy weight.

"The registry has room," Jun-ho said flatly.

Before the gray text boxes could even clear away, a massive, deafening CRACK exploded from the high roof of the bunker.

The heavy iron ventilation arches didn’t just rattle; they were blown completely into pieces as the Sun God Guild’s main flagship detail dropped their heavy enforcer squad straight through the ceiling. Forty heavy enforcers in thick, polished grey steel plates burst through the dust, their automated crossbows primed with blue tracking arrows, their iron clubs raised to clear the path.

"Target identified!" the lead enforcer shouted through his visor, his hand already releasing his string. "Rogue Vanguard, Kang Jun-ho! Drop the black bar and get on the floor!"

Tae-woo and the four elite vanguards moved in a single, synchronized motion. They didn’t drop back an inch. They hoisted their wide blocks of dark basin rock with both hands, slamming the stone edges flat against the granite floor to form an unbroken mountain wall across the room.

The forty blue tracking arrows hit the dark rock barriers with a rapid series of dull, harmless clicks that didn’t leave a single white mark on the stone.

Jun-ho raised The Ash Remnant with his left hand, let the lake of cold mana behind his ribs break its banks completely, the Ashen Domain - Phase 4 expanding outward in a flat, seventy-meter ring of thick grey frost.

The air inside the seventy-meter circle dropped forty degrees in a microsecond, the wet salt spray on the concrete instantly turning into a thick sheet of white ice. The world inside the perimeter slowed down until the forty blue tracking arrows fired by the enforcers looked like lazy grey flies floating through the drizzle.

Jun-ho didn’t use a shield, and he didn’t use his back. He simply snapped his left wrist, driving the sharp matte edge of the five-thousand-fold blade straight down onto the concrete wharf beneath his feet.

The sound wasn’t a standard blast; it was a localized earthquake that shattered the massive granite floor tiles into thousands of tiny stone shards. The force of the strike, multiplied five thousand times by the weapon’s bound trait, didn’t just clear the front line; the shockwave tore all forty corporate enforcers off their feet, throwing their grey steel bodies backward through the heavy warehouse walls in a single, massive wave of shattered masonry.

The gray notification boxes piled up across his vision in clean lines before vanishing, leaving only the ink-black text of his new level waiting on his screen. Jun-ho lowered his sword, his fingers uncurling from the rough hemp grip as the frost around his boots began to melt back into regular oil brine. He turned his head slowly, looking back at Rea, Eun-bi, and Lilith who were walking right behind his shoulders, their heavy canvas bags slung tight as they headed toward the unregistered shipping lines past the twelve-mile reef.
