Later that day, Kai finally finished checking most of his Legendary Gift Packs...

He had originally planned to stay away for a little longer, but after dealing with the Floating Citadel, there were several things he needed to take care of.

More importantly, he had heard that Renji had already arrived at the shop.

When Kai entered Kai’s Shop, he immediately noticed the young man standing behind the counter.

Renji also noticed him.

For a moment, neither of them said anything.

Then Renji’s eyes widened slightly.

"Sir Kai..."

Kai nodded.

"Yes."

Renji looked at him for a few seconds before smiling.

"I’ve heard a lot about you."

Kai couldn’t help but smile as well.

"I’ve heard about you too."

Of course, Kai already knew who Renji was.

As one of the newer members of the Codebreakers Guild, Renji’s name had already appeared in the guild’s information. More importantly, he was currently among the Top 10 Rankings.

That alone was enough to make Kai pay attention.

Seeing him in person was still somewhat impressive.

The Top 10 survivors were the strongest people humanity had produced so far, at least according to the ranking system.

However, they were all still below level 40...

In fact, none of the other Top 10 survivors had reached Level 40 yet.

That meant none of them had received a Zodiac.

Kai was currently the only one who had obtained a Zodiac, due to the strict requirements

In any case, he had already received the Aries Trait and understood just how powerful a Zodiac could become.

Because of that, Kai couldn’t help but feel that there was now a clear difference between himself and the other high-ranking survivors.

They were strong... But they had yet to reach the same stage he had reached.

Still, Kai wasn’t arrogant enough to underestimate them.

Reaching the Top 10 while still below Level 40 was already an impressive achievement.

"So you’re the one who will be running the shop while Farrah was away?"

"Yes. Farrah has been teaching me everything since yesterday."

Kai glanced toward Farrah.

"How is he doing?"

Farrah smiled.

"He’s learning quickly. I don’t think there will be any problems leaving the shop to him."

Kai nodded in satisfaction.

"That’s good."

He then looked toward Renji.

"By the way, where are your androids?"

Renji chuckled.

"They’re here. They’ve actually been following me this entire time."

Kai looked around the shop.

He couldn’t see anything unusual.

"Following you?"

"Yes."

Renji smiled.

"They’re just really good at staying out of sight."

Kai’s expression became slightly interested.

He had assumed that Renji had simply left his androids behind at the Codebreakers Shelter.

Apparently, that wasn’t entirely true.

Renji chuckled and finally summoned the two invisible androids who had been following him secretly all this time.

At first, nothing seemed to happen.

Then two figures slowly appeared inside the shop.

Kai’s eyes widened slightly.

"Those are..."

Two young-looking figures were standing behind Renji.

At first glance, they looked completely human.

They had natural-looking skin, human facial features, and were wearing ordinary human clothes. There was nothing obviously mechanical about them.

If Kai hadn’t already known that they were androids, he would have assumed they were simply two ordinary survivors.

One was a young man, while the other was a young woman.

The two androids quietly stood beside Renji, looking around the shop with calm expressions.

"These are my androids."

Renji gestured toward them.

"They’ve been with me for quite some time."

Kai stared at them for a moment.

"That’s quite impressive."

He had already seen the machines used by the machine civilization, but these two were completely different.

They looked like ordinary humans.

Even their movements were natural.

Kai then asked Chamber and quietly examined them.

The A.I. immediately displayed several lines of information.

[ Target detected. ]

[ Type: Advanced Humanoid Android ]

[ Threat Level: Low ]

[ Functions: Combat Support, Intelligence Gathering, Household Assistance, Infiltration ]

Kai smiled as he saw it... "So they’re designed for infiltration as well."

Renji nodded.

"Among other things."

He glanced at the two androids.

"They’re capable of blending into human settlements, so most people don’t realize they’re androids unless they already know."

Kai nodded thoughtfully.

That explained why he hadn’t noticed them earlier.

"If that’s the case, they could be useful here. They can work here with you."

"That’s what I thought..."

Kai looked toward Farrah.

"Yes... Farrah is going back to leveling, and you’re taking over the shop. Having two additional people here would make things easier."

"That’s perfect."

"They don’t need to do anything complicated. They can help organize the inventory, assist customers, watch the shop, and handle other simple tasks."

The two androids nodded silently.

Kai looked at them again.

"Can they communicate normally?"

"Yes."

One of the androids immediately stepped forward.

"Of course."

Kai paused.

The voice sounded completely natural.

He couldn’t help but glance at Renji again.

"That’s convenient."

Renji laughed.

"They’re better at acting human than I am. I bought some modules I found in the reputation store to upgrade them. To be honest, all my RPs were used to fix these two."

Kai shook his head with a smile.

With the two androids staying at the shop, Kai wouldn’t have to worry about leaving everything to Renji alone.

At that moment, two small figures who had been listening nearby finally reacted.

"Really? We’re going back to the shelter?"

Xinyi’s eyes immediately lit up.

She had been quietly listening to their conversation, but the moment she heard that they would be returning to the Codebreakers Shelter, she could no longer hide her excitement.

Xian was also smiling.

"Does that mean we can see your shelter?"

Kai nodded.

"Yes."

The two siblings exchanged excited looks.

They had spent quite some time around the shop, and although they had gotten used to the place, the Codebreakers Shelter was like a mystical place to them... After all, they heard a lot about that place from Farrah...

Xinyi instinctively touched her mechanical arm before smiling brightly.

"I want to visit your home, Sir Kai..."

Xian nodded several times.

"Me too!"

Seeing their reactions, Kai couldn’t help but smile.

"Then we’ll leave soon."

"Okay!"

The two siblings immediately became excited, already looking forward to returning to the shelter.
