Giant Dragon Lord: Starting from Daily Intelligence
Chapter 723 - 504: Decomposing the Essence of World Destruction Level Power
Chapter 723: Chapter 504: Decomposing the Essence of World Destruction Level Power
Master Delin withdrew his hand and shook his head.
"It’s no good," he said.
"Just repairing a simple item like this requires me to constantly use my Spiritual Power to guide and reconstruct its internal structure. Moreover, I can sense that the furnace’s current ’Reorganization’ function is still very rudimentary."
"I just tried to add some simple Enchantment Runes during the repair process, but every attempt failed."
"It seems it can only perform the most basic ’Reorganization’ and ’repairs’ right now."
Although Mage Delin felt a little regretful, the effects displayed by the Furnace of All Things were still more than enough to astound the Legendary Mages present.
"It’s already incredible!"
Elemental Tyrant Gregory said in his booming voice.
"It can break down all things, purify materials, and even repair simple items... This thing was practically born for war!"
"That’s right."
The Mechanical Master nodded in agreement.
"And this is just its most basic function. I can sense that the core of this furnace is still in a ’semi-dormant’ state. What we’re seeing is just the tip of the iceberg."
"As long as we can study it in-depth and fully activate its core, I’m certain we can uncover even more of the Furnace of All Things’ functions!"
His words were met with unanimous agreement from all the Legendary Mages.
"Master Delin."
"Hm? What is it?"
Mage Delin snapped back to his senses.
Raylo’s gaze was burning as he looked at Mage Delin and spoke.
"Do you remember? The things we brought back from that Doomsday World."
Mage Delin’s pupils contracted slightly. He instantly understood what Raylo meant.
"The Divine Blood... and the blood of that World Destruction Level Frost Giant Dragon," he said in a low voice.
Raylo nodded heavily.
"Since this Furnace of All Things can perform Decomposition on anything and purify it into its most fundamental substance..."
"Then... could it perform Decomposition on those two types of blood?"
"Could it allow us to see what the essence of a Tier Seven World Destruction Level Power... truly is?"
Raylo’s words were like a boulder dropped into a calm lake, stirring up monstrous waves in the hearts of the twelve Legendary Mages!
’Decomposition... on the blood of a World Destruction Level being?’
The idea was too bold, too insane!
That was the Power of Tier Seven!
A Power that stood at the apex of the world!
It was a forbidden Domain that Mortals could barely even glimpse, no matter how high they looked.
Even the hot-tempered Elemental Tyrant Gregory’s eyes were wide, and his breathing had grown heavy.
Everyone’s gazes snapped to focus on Raylo.
Mage Delin looked deeply at Raylo, a complex glint flashing through his eyes, which were as profound as the Stars.
"You’ve got guts, kid."
He finally spoke.
"You’re even bolder than I imagined."
He didn’t answer Raylo’s question directly. Instead, he turned to look at the other eleven Legendary Mages behind him.
"Everyone, what do you think?"
No one spoke.
But their instantly feverish gazes said it all.
For a group of Mages who had dedicated their entire lives to truth and knowledge, what could possibly be more exciting than peeking into a higher level of Power?
"Let’s do it!"
Master Wendel was the first to break the silence. He licked his dry lips, a crazed light glinting in his eyes.
"I agree."
The hoarse voice of Space Traveler Morpheus came from beneath his black robe.
"Seconded."
"It’s worth a try."
Soon, all twelve Legendary Mages had reached a consensus.
Raylo’s own heart began to burn with excitement.
"Master Delin."
He looked at Mage Delin.
Mage Delin nodded. From his Spatial Bag, he carefully took out a specially made Crystal Bottle.
Sealed within the bottle were a few drops of brilliant, ice-blue blood that glittered like ice crystals.
It was the blood of the World Destruction Level Frost Giant Dragon, "Frost Embrace" Israel.
Mage Delin twisted open the cap, and a terrifying chill that felt as if it could freeze the very soul instantly escaped from the mouth of the bottle.
The temperature inside the workshop plummeted.
Without hesitation, Mage Delin flicked his wrist, precisely pouring the few drops of ice-blue Dragon Blood into the mouth of the Furnace of All Things.
VMMMM!
The moment the Dragon Blood fell into the furnace, the entire structure trembled violently!
On the furnace’s body, the Energy Circuits that had only been emitting a soft glow suddenly erupted with a blinding light!
"VMMMMMMMM..."
The humming from the furnace grew louder and more rapid.
The entire massive space trembled slightly from the humming.
Everyone held their breath, their eyes glued to the outlet at the bottom of the furnace.
Time passed, second by second, minute by minute.
This time, the wait was far longer than before.
One minute.
Five minutes.
Ten minutes.
The furnace continued to shake violently, its humming incessant, but the outlet remained stubbornly inactive.
"What’s going on?"
Master Wendel was getting impatient, pacing back and forth anxiously.
"Don’t tell me... it failed?"
"Shut up, Wendel."
Elemental Tyrant Gregory shot him a glare.
"Be patient! That’s the Power of the World Destruction Level we’re talking about!"
Another ten minutes passed.
VMMMM!
Finally, the furnace’s humming abruptly stopped.
The wildly flashing lights of various colors on its body also slowly receded, eventually returning to calm.
’It’s coming!’
Everyone’s hearts leaped into their throats.
