Chapter 2909: Bird Droppings on My Hand

Li Mingxi gave Xiao Lang a push. "You go imitate them too, I’ll take pictures of you."

Xiao Lang shook his head. "I don’t know how, I’m not going."

"Xinxin, come teach your dad how to act like a monkey."

"Okay!"

Li Mingxi gave Xiao Lang another push. He had no choice but to walk over and imitate a monkey together with Xinxin.

Li Mingxi seized the chance and clicked a few shots of them.

Better for everyone to have fun together than to enjoy it alone.

Xiao Lang stepped forward, took Li Mingxi’s camera, and handed it to a passerby, asking him to take a picture for them.

Then he pulled Li Mingxi over so she could imitate a monkey with them.

Li Mingxi felt like crying but had no tears; her image was completely ruined.

All the way, they mimicked a lot of animals—monkeys, tigers, gorillas, ostriches, and even peacocks.

They had a great time, and in the end, they went to the Bird Park.

Xiao Lang bought a bag of bird feed to feed the birds.

Li Mingxi grabbed a handful and scattered it on the ground, drawing lots of little birds over to fight for it.

Xinxin copied her, sprinkling a ring of feed around herself.

The little birds weren’t afraid of strangers at all; they clustered around her, snatching at the food, and Xinxin giggled, laughing with delight.

Li Mingxi quickly took the opportunity to snap a photo of her.

Xiao Lang didn’t want to be left out. "Watch me."

He scooped up a handful of bird feed, then stretched out his hand, trying to lure the birds onto his palm.

Sure enough, a few little birds flew onto his hand to fight over the food.

Xinxin shouted excitedly, "Daddy, you’re amazing!"

Li Mingxi took a picture of him, and Xiao Lang raised his eyebrows smugly, but the next second his expression changed, turning into a bit of a forced smile.

The birds flew away, and suddenly Li Mingxi caught a whiff of something—stinky.

"What’s that smell? It stinks!"

"Daddy, there’s bird poop on your hand!" Xinxin had sharp eyes and shouted it out loud.

Li Mingxi froze for a moment, then immediately burst out laughing.

Xiao Lang, both embarrassed and annoyed, stuck out his hand. "Laugh again and I’ll smear some on your face!"

"Xiao Lang, you’re disgusting!" Li Mingxi grabbed Xinxin and hurriedly ran off. "I was just wondering why it smelled so bad—turns out it was you!"

"Heehee, Daddy’s hand smells so bad..." Xinxin laughed too.

Xiao Lang felt like he no longer had any image to speak of.

Letting the two of them laugh as they pleased, he helplessly went to wash his hands. After he rinsed them clean, Li Mingxi still deliberately teased him.

"How come it still smells? Don’t tell me you didn’t wash them properly?"

"Let me smell." Honest little Xinxin took Xiao Lang’s hand, brought it to her nose and sniffed hard. "It really is a bit stinky."

Li Mingxi burst out laughing again.

Soon it was lunchtime. They’d been having so much fun that by the time they finally went to eat, it was already after one.

There was a fast food place outside the zoo, and they decided to have KFC.

"You two sit here, I’ll go order." Xiao Lang told them, then went to place their order.

Just now in the zoo, Li Mingxi had bought Xinxin a monkey hat.

Xinxin took off the hat, looked at it from left to right, and really liked it.

"Mom, thank you for buying me this present. I really like it," Xinxin told her happily.

"You’re welcome." Li Mingxi rubbed her head.

An elderly grandma at the next table smiled at Li Mingxi and said, "Your child is so sensible."

Li Mingxi’s face flushed a little, but she didn’t say anything.

Before long, Xiao Lang came over carrying the food.

The grandma suddenly noticed that the child’s parents were both incredibly good-looking, yet the child didn’t look like them at all.

She found it very strange, but didn’t ask anything.
