Chapter 1515 - 1556: A Possible Encounter in the Future

Amelia Foster finally let out a breath of relief.

"By the way, does she usually really like Atlas Shaw?" Jeremiah May suddenly asked.

Huh? Amelia froze for a moment, then glanced at the LCD screen by her daughter’s side—wasn’t that very same big star Atlas Shaw on it. "This... I’m not really sure, I usually don’t let her watch much TV."

Also because of their circumstances, in the place they were living now, they’d have to spend their own Money to buy a TV. Even though TVs weren’t that expensive these days, Amelia was afraid that if she bought one, it might affect her son’s studies, so she hadn’t bought one for the time being.

But the little one said, "Mm, Nannan likes Atlas." As if this answer was something she had said hundreds, thousands of times, it came out so smooth, so natural.

Even Amelia and Clarence Xenos beside her were both stunned; this was the first time they’d seen the little one say she liked this big star.

"Alright, Nannan, let’s go." Amelia stepped forward, took her daughter’s small hand, and tried to lead her away.

"Careful!" Jeremiah blurted out. "She fell earlier and scraped the skin on her palm."

Only then did Amelia notice the bandage stuck on her daughter’s palm, so she carefully avoided the injured spot and led her away. The little one, however, walked off reluctantly, still looking at the frozen image of Atlas Shaw on the LCD screen as they went. Right now, she herself couldn’t even say why she liked this uncle so much, and she somehow felt that this uncle was just supposed to be called Atlas.

The little girl kept looking back every few steps, which made Clarence curious enough to look at Atlas Shaw on the screen as well. Of course he knew this was a big star; in his class, quite a few little girls were really fond of this star.

Lately they kept talking about how this big star was coming to F City to do some promotion, and there were already several girls in their class planning to go see him.

When they got back to the servants’ dormitory, Amelia asked her daughter what exactly had happened. The little one’s story was all jumbled up, but at least it was barely understandable. When she heard that Jeremiah had applied medicine and put on the bandage for her daughter, although Amelia had already guessed as much when she saw the bandage on her daughter’s injured palm, she still couldn’t help sighing a little.

This Young Master May might look cold and aloof, but he treated Nannan quite well. Especially considering Nannan had offended him a few times, he had never shown any anger toward her. On the contrary, yesterday and today, when Nannan provoked that little miss from the Landon Family, this Young Master May had stepped in to help.

Amelia checked and, seeing that her daughter didn’t have any other untreated injuries, told her son to keep a good eye on his sister, then left the room again to get back to work.

Clarence looked at his sister curiously. "Nannan, do you really like that big star? The one who was just on the TV..." Clarence gestured with both hands as he spoke.

The little one nodded her small head and said in a soft voice, "Mm, I like Atlas..."

"Why do you call him Atlas?" Clarence asked, puzzled.

"That’s just his name, Atlas." The little one tossed out an answer. Clarence scratched his head—well, no matter what, it was rare for his sister to like something. He really wanted to do something to satisfy her a bit, to make her happy.

Clarence’s little head started working things out.

At F City’s airport, a black sedan pulled away from the terminal. Since no details of the schedule had been made public this time, they’d managed to keep things peaceful.
