Chapter 954: Chapter 954:- The Mole

Flash back to Last Night,

The plan to set a trap on three routes in the Pine zone was set. Their scouts have spotted the target.

Aditya just came out of the trial, and it seems his journey inside the trial has been really successful. Although it’s still not clear just how far he managed to reach. It’s not that any of it matters to them. What mattered to them was the fact that right now, the dragon monarch and Laura were spending the night in Brightmor City.

If their calculation was correct, then using the secret tunnel that only the higher-ups of the dwarf tribe know about, the target would cross the sand Mirage Desert within a few hours, and by the end of the day, they should be crossing one of the routes.

With the plan ready, Zoros felt assured. There was no way that this plan would fail, and they would escape.

If Aditya and Laura crossed the Pine Zone, then finding them would be really difficult even with their high-level interconnected information network. This was their best chance of capturing them.

"Hehe! With this chance, I will eliminate Aditya for Ren’s sake." A few days ago, while exchanging letters, Zoros learned that the old Butler, who was imprisoned in a secret, remote location, had somehow managed to flee. Ren initially wrote a letter to him to look out for that old butler and capture him if possible.

While exchanging information, Ren learned that the exiled Crown Prince had actually returned to the Tunnel World. Ren Still wasn’t sure if this was the same Exiled Crown prince or if it was a different man with the same name.

Ren and Zoros both felt that their traits matched a lot. The exiled crown prince was a failure who couldn’t even awaken his dragon bloodline. And Aditya was the dragon monarch. Both of them had the same name.

Also, no one could explain Aditya’s background. Even the organisation found it hard to find anything about Aditya’s past. It was like he suddenly appeared as the son of the previous king around four and a half years back.

Everything matched up really well. In REN’s mind, there was no doubt that this was the same person. While Zoros still felt Skeptical and had doubts.

But regardless, his mission wants to kill this man, whether it was the exile crown prince or not.

Zoros and Ren were both core members of the organisation. Aside from working together as part of the same organisation, they were also close friends.

Zoros did not know who the mole was within the organisation. So when Wolf suddenly

came inside his tent, Zoros panicked a little and hid the letter.

Right now, Zoros trusted no one in the organisation, other than the leader and his best friend.

"Don’t worry, my friend. I will bring his severed head to you."

"I haven’t given you any gift on the occasion of your becoming the emperor. His head will be my gift to you." Zoros said to himself while standing on a cliff, looking far into the distance towards the pine zone.

Then the star-shaped yellow Earring on his left ear glowed. Zoros felt a faint trace of Mana, which was a signal that the leader of the organisation was trying to communicate with him.

He hurriedly answered the call by inserting his own Mana into the artefact.

[Leader...!]

[Zoros!!!]

[How is everything going?] Zoros took a minute to explain their whole plan and then asked if he should make any changes to the plan.

[No need! The plan is perfect. But I want you all to stay cautious because this man is very unpredictable.]

[I will.] Zoros did not underestimate Aditya.

[I have known who the mole is.] Hearing this, Zoros froze.

Hearing this, Zoros was really surprised. At the same time, he couldn’t help but wonder why their leader didn’t say anything when he sent them on this mission. Instead of waiting this long, they could’ve killed the spy as soon as possible.

[It was my Son] Surprisingly, The Leader’s Voice wasn’t filled with anger or rage. His low voice was filled with sadness and disappointment.

No matter what his son did, he couldn’t bring himself to take the life of his own son. This is why he sent his son on this mission so that someone else from the organisation could do that job.

[Zoros, kill him.]

[What?] Zoros was shocked.

If it were someone else, then he wouldn’t even ask twice before killing that person. But this was the son of their leader.

The only descendant of their Great Leader. Zoros Have seen over the decades just how much these two loved each other, so in his mind, it was impossible to think that he would be the one to betray their organisation.

[I am giving you two missions right now. I trust you very much, so I expect you to fulfil them, regardless of your personal feelings.]

Zoros became silent, hearing this.

It was indeed not easy for him to think about killing the person whom he trained from a very young age, and so grew up into a fine adult man. In some way, He was A teacher and an uncle figure to Wolf.

He replied after a long pause.

It wasn’t easy for him to make the decision to kill his own student. But Wolf is a traitor, and he deserves to be punished with death.

In Zoros’s opinion, their leader was already showing mercy by letting Wolf get a quick death. If it were someone else, then that person would be tortured in such a way that it would break him mentally, and he would wish for death more than anything.

"The Leader have finally found the Mole within the Organisation." Moros’s voice was ice cold.

Hearing this, Wolf suddenly felt his heart stop. He felt his back getting cold.

Before he could turn around, a poisonous dagger pierced Wolf’s heart.

Wolf saw the tip of the dagger coming out of his heart, and it was covered in his blood.

Cough.....!!!

The poison instantly worked. Wolf immediately felt his limbs getting heavier and his vision blurring.

Zoros put his right palm over his right shoulder and whispered into his ear.

"I did not want to do this, but you betrayed us, and everyone who goes against our organisation will face judgment." The first half of his sentence was low-toned and sounded sad, but the latter half was spoken in a raised tone filled with strong determination.

Wolf knew that this was the end of him. He tried his best and failed to do anything meaningful. Before falling to the ground, with his blurry vision, he looked at Aditya.

Meanwhile, Aditya and Laura watched everything. When Wolf was suddenly stabbed from behind, they were shocked.

Standing beside Moros, Kaoru looked mortified. Her heart pounded in fear.

They just had the leader’s son killed in public for betrayal. There was hesitation. Wolf wasn’t even asked why he did it. He was simply disposed of and discarded.

Even in her, she felt that the Organisation was too ruthless.

Zoros then removed the hood covering his face. Aditya and Laura were finally able to take a good look at the face of this ruthless man.

"Aditya, I have three reasons to kill you. You’d better get ready." He said in a cold voice.

The first reason was that he was ordered by the Leader to kill Aditya and capture Laura.

The second reasonwas to kill this Aditya for His best friend’s sake. It didn’t matter if this wasn’t the exiled crown prince.

The third reason was that he was angry for having to kill someone close to him. Now he wanted to vent his anger on him.

"Hahahaha! You actually made things easier for me." With Wolf dead, he had one less powerful enemy.

"No one hurts my Kin." His voice contained anger and rage. He truly despised this organisation and every single person related to it. He had no mercy for that man who just been killed for being a spy or something along those lines. Not that Aditya cared why he was killed.

The more from their faction died, the better it was for him. The less he had to kill with his own hand.

Both of them looked at each other before dashing towards each other at full speed. Both of them were angry about their losses and wanted to take revenge.
