Unification

Eltysia blinked a few times.

“...If I could absorb another realm and combine it with my own? I… I have no idea if this is possible. I don’t even know if I could sense another realm–Does it have a will like me governing it?”

“As far as I was able to peer with Yen’mila’s assistance, Natucor only has a basic will that can’t do anything other than select someone compatible. It isn’t nearly as refined as you are”

Eltysia rubbed her chin for a few moments. She was currently sitting in her husband’s lap, her very generous bottom squished up against his muscular legs.

“You said that this Yen’mila could move the coordinates of Natucor’s gateway, right? If you bring the gateway to the coordinates of my gates, then I’ll be able to tell you if there is anything I can do”

Anoteros ran his fingers through her hair.

“No worries on this front. Yen’mila is already bringing it over as we are speaking. It shouldn’t take much longer until she reaches her destination”

As he spoke, his hand moved from her hair to her stomach, which was currently big and round. Every single time Eltysia ‘gave birth’, the two of them would immediately go at it again. She was the only one of his wives whom he could freely impregnate constantly. Not only did it change nothing for her–Except the size of her stomach for some time–But it was also an important thing to do.

Every time she breathed new life into the realm, it also increased in size, with the potential of revealing brand new biomes that could be used to cultivate new kinds of crops and plants, or even allow for the introduction of new species.

Eltysia's potential was limitless, and if she were also able to devour other realms, then even that assessment wasn’t giving her justice.

The scion caressed his wife’s pregnant stomach lovingly. Seducing her proved to be more than worth it. It would have been worth it even if the potential of the realm itself had remained stagnant, but now? It was as if he had stumbled upon a herd of geese that laid eggs made out of precious metals every single day.

Not to mention that she was a stunning woman in both looks and character. If she weren’t confined to this place and not so direly important, he would be more than happy to let others know that she was his, and his alone.

‘I do wonder if it would be possible to create little realms by impregnating her, though. Maybe I need something more to truly breed with her in this manner?’

The idea of having Allinos and Allinas who were proper realms just like Eltysia was an attractive thought, and perhaps he could even find more realms with physical manifestations as well. If Eltysia showed herself capable of absorbing Natucor, then perhaps Anoteros would be able to fuse a bunch of realms together into one, creating for himself the ultimate realm, inhabited by the wills of several realms alongside the countless creatures within that he would be a god in the eyes of.

…It was a very exciting idea, but even if possible, it would require finding and getting control over other realms–Both of which were rather difficult. He lucked out by catching Eltysia’s interest at first, and he had lucked out again by having Yen’mila lead him directly to Natucor, which she had influence over.

Such luck was unlikely to occur again.

Though according to Xiaolie, protagonists exploring secret realms was apparently a common trope for ‘cultivation novels’, so perhaps by following script holders around, Anoteros would be able to discover a bunch. However, taking control to drag them over to where Eltysia might be able to pull them in would be the main obstacle.

‘Well, I suppose I could try to gather intel on the realms currently known and owned by other people first. I can always steal realms that have already been discovered. It isn’t like anyone could prove that I am stealing realms’

‘The idea of stealing a realm away in itself is ridiculous, even more so the idea that I would be fusing them into a realm that I secretly own’

He smiled whilst rubbing Eltysia’s stomach. It might be difficult, but he was determined to make this idea of his flourish–At least, if Eltysia actually was capable of absorbing another realm. 

Otherwise, he would have to settle with simply owning a bunch of different realms, which definitely wasn’t a bad deal at all either… But he merely hoped to be able to make his secret wife stronger. After all, if he found himself some more realms with bodies he could dominate and breed, then Eltysia would de facto become the ‘secret matriarch’.

The ecosystem of secret wives would have to be quite different from the main wives and noble wives, as the secret wives would, by definition, not be interacting with the outside world much at all.

Eltysia suddenly raised her head from its resting place against her husband’s chest.

“I can sense something…”

 She stood, her hindquarters jiggling quite intensely as she hopped off Edrick’s lap. Anoteros didn’t say anything as he noticed that she was focusing quite intently. He expected her to remain quiet for a little while, but only a few minutes after standing up, the realm was shaken.

“...Did you…?”

“I did it, Edrick!”

She grabbed his hand, and they were both transported somewhere well beyond where the limits of the realm should currently be. The absorption of Natucor had seemingly expanded the size of Eltysia quite drastically, but that wasn’t all.

Eltysia brought him to a specific area where the earth opened up, revealing an endless, sky-blue abyss surrounding a large, floating island.

“Oh my…”

Edrick couldn’t help but express his surprise. Natucor had been quite literally brought into Eltysia. The Blooming Plains were there, the giant orange-leaved oak tree was there, the creatures were there, and even the house that had been built by Fenglin was here–Intact.

Not to mention that there was some sort of barrier around Natucor, preserving the unique density of nature energy in the air. Though it didn’t stop the rest of Eltysia from getting a strong boost to its own ambient nature energy.

“This is glorious”

He picked Eltysia up into a loving embrace, but she wasn’t done surprising him.

“The will of Natucor is a fledgling, but I could nurture it so that it could manifest like I can, should I do so?”

“As long as you are certain that it is without risk”

“Of course! Natucor is like a sub-realm right now, a sort of vassal to me”

“Then, go ahead. Having the will of Natucor be a lucid being could definitely be a huge help”

Eltysia smiled.

“I’ll make sure its physical body is a girl~”
