She proceeded to kill the remaining members of the tiger clan, her lineage members helped.

Before long they had killed every enemy in their sights, they then left with the merfolk of Atlantis.

Somewhere thousands of kilometres away, Eve floated in the air hundreds of kilometres above the ocean.

Opposite her was a giant humanoid tiger with bluish fur. His presence caused massive storm clouds around them.

His gaze was locked on the battlefield, he watched until it ended then turned his eyes towards Eve.

" I have to say, those werewolf kids are even more impressive than the rumours make them out to be." Said the tiger.

Eve smiled softly, " Well thank you, I’ll be sure to pass your compliment to them." She replied.

" I do not understand why you’re working for them though, or perhaps it’s the other way around? That would make more sense."

Eve giggled, " I would imagine it would be hard for you to understand, all I can say is I owe all I have to them."

" What does that mean?" Asked the giant tiger man, his voice booming like thunder causing the aur to crackle with lightning.

" It means exactly that, you can take it as you see fit, now then if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be taking my leave." Even turned to leave.

" You said you can go? You just killed members of my clan, those little pups must pay with their lives."

Eve stopped, " Are you sure that’s what you want? I should remind you, your empire cannot afford to lose a Demigod."

Even was right, their empire had four Demigods, significantly less than races like witches or vampires.

However in the High council, they were considered amongst the middle class, especially since they were led by a white Tiger.

The white tiger were on the same level as the Dragonewt and phoenix in terms of individual combat ability.

The reason they were not amongst the leaders in the High council was because they didn’t have as many Demigods.

In fact, there was only one white demigod, publicly that is so he knew her threat was valid.

But admitting that would be admitting she had a chance of taking him down. He growled.

" You don’t have to worry yourself, others might fear your power but I control lightning, the power of the sky, to me, you’re just another ghost."

He roared and transformed into a gigantic tiger standing more than a hundred metres tall.

Dark clouds swirled above him and turned the world dark for hundreds of kilometres, lightning as thick as buckets danced across the clouds like serpents.

Eve looked up with a bored expression then gently tapped the air with her finger, cold air spread out freezing the lightning itself.

The tiger was caught by suprise but managed to retreat at the speed of light, frost still covered his body.

" Wh..what is this, what did you do?" He couldn’t comprehend this power, as a wielder of lightning, he should have an advantage over ghost.

" This is nether esper, your little electric sparks are nothing to it." Said Eve in a casual and dismissive tone.

"LIES!" The tiger roared sending bolts of lightning in every direction. " How could you touch upon the power of Nether?"

Everybody knew Eve was a young Demigod, extremely young in fact, the youngest in the world.

Her power should not be stable yet let alone strong enough to fight other Demigods on equal footing.

Eve just sighed, " Do not judge me by your standards, I’m no mere ghost you overgrow cat.

I used to be the vessel of Bloody Mary, the things I can do are beyond the comprehension of a dirty cat like you."

Her response made the tiger shake with rage, he lunged at her covering the distance in a blink of an eye.

Lightning covered his claws, Eve felt the aura burning, her skin pickled but she didn’t dodge.

In all honesty she was not fast enough, she had to admit this cat was much faster than her.

But that didn’t mean she was just going to wait to be attacked, a greyish swirl of energy appeared in front of her.

The temperature dropped and the screams of a thousand tortured souls came from deep within the swirl of energy.

Hands and claws came out reaching for the tiger, his lightning disappeared like a candle flame in a storm.

He retreated but no matter how fast he moved the claws and hands were always by his side.

They caught him and grabbed his body, his power disappeared like smoke and he rapidly lost his strength.

" No no, this can’t be happening, no, I AM THE GREAT DEMIGOD OF THE HEAVENLY THUNDER TIGER CLAN.

I CANNOT LOSE TO A NEW BORN PUP LIKE YOU!" He roared so loudly the sky itself shook.

Eve did not care for his roars, she floated there unmoving as if unbothered by everything that’s happening.

The hands and claws dragged the giant tiger towards the sword of energy, the close he got the more energy he lost.

The Nether was a realm between the living and the dead, it was part of the reason ghosts couldn’t be seen running around all the time.

Ghost couldn’t go to the underworld but they couldn’t stay in the world of the living indefinitely either.

They needed a place with dark esper and as little sunlight as possible and what better place was that than nether.

Neither the sun nor moon shined there, it was a place covered in fog and energy so cold if can freeze souls.

The thing was, over time the nether had evolved into a full realm with its own civilization.

There were beings called ghost kings there and Eve, became one of them not long ago giving her access to the netherworld.

One important factor, living beings cannot survive there, their vital energy would be drained and they would turn into zombies.

Mindless things that wonder the nether without pause or direction. The tiger knew that as well.

Thus his fear, even as a Demigod at most he could last a hundred years in the netherworld.

That’s if the ghost kings don’t devour him first. He fired bolts of lightning at Eve and the energy swirl.

They all disappeared before they even reached her, the rest were devoured by the energy swirl.

" ROAAAAAR!" He roared and Eve heard the terror in that roar, she looked up, a massive claw descended from the sky and cut the energy swirl in half.

The hands and claws disappeared freeing the terrified heavenly thunder tiger. A man with pure white hair flew from the distance.

" Lady Eve, I ask you forgive my foolish brother, we will not bother you or the pack again, let call it even." Said the new comer.

Eve clicked her tongue but she knew she couldn’t fight both of them, she turned and flew off.
