Celia: After Dying in the Apocalypse, I Live Once Again!
Volume 10. Chapter 269: Ongoing Event. (Chapter 1170)
Chapter 269: Ongoing Event.
While embarrassing, I’ll admit to honestly forgetting about the whole accidental mass death thing. The festivities were just too good, so the unpleasant things slipped far back into my mind. Those who were revived…had no hint of dying, no memories nor residual phantom pains from being imploded. They were crushed so, soooo quickly, that it is physically impossible for them to have actually felt anything.
Or rather, that (so far) only goes for the Mortals. We’ve yet to figure out if a grand war is going to break out, due to us somewhat directly slaying every Higher Being in existence. At the very least, those of Home and our group won’t be spilling the beans. With that, I imagine we’ll be just fine in the end. After all, no one can ever hope to go against Celia or Guanyu.
Thump!
Aelia: “Celia, I need your assistance.” She said with a serious tone after landing next to us.
Celia: “Oh? How come? We should have eradicated that entire group…” She replied with a confused thinking pose.
Aelia: “And I shall forever give you my thanks for ignoring your no kill rule to end those beasts with me.” She expressed with a tone of deep respect and appreciation.
Vulely: “If it isn’t them, then why do you need Celia’s help? Aelia, this is a special occasion for us, adding dark things to it, such as murder, is quite rude.” I said with a raised eyebrow, a bit upset.
Aelia: “It isn’t related to killing, or anything negative. Also, this doesn’t require Celia to leave Home.” She lightly clarified.
Celia: “Something within Home that you need me to help with? What could that possibly be?” She mused with a head tilt.
Aelia: “I…” She calmly spoke one word, before then instantly becoming too red in the face to function.
Celia and Vulely: “?”
Aelia: “(/ />/ _ /</ /)”
A Few Hours Later.
Once the woman was calm enough to speak properly, the reason for why she came to Celia, and what caused her to become unbearably flustered…was then revealed to us. Basically, Aelia is alone, and wants a lover. To date, every other version of Celia has a spouse or even a harem, while Aelia is still single as can be. She understands how selfish of a thing it is to ask this during a wedding…but we are not normal people.
I mean, even weddings held by wealthy Mortals last no more than half a day, and the plan was for this to go on for an entire month, if not for even longer. As such, it wasn’t truly that absurd of a thing to do, and Celia is extremely loving to her family. On top of that, literally everyone is in Home right now; there will be no better time for someone to find a lover than during this wedding of ours.
Celia: “I’ve been searching for your Destined Lovers already, Aelia. I’ll point them out to you once the Immortals are done being revived, and after I look through them as well.” She said with a warm, nonchalant tone.
Aelia: “( @ A @ )”
