Chapter 264: A New Type Of Violation, Just For Me...

In the grand scheme of things, this isn’t that big of a deal. I just really wasn’t aware at all…that access to my narration was free and easy. Really, how the fuck did they do this without me hearing about, or feeling it? To be fair to them…it, upon hindsight, is very obvious that they’ve been doing this; there wasn’t a real effort to hide their reading ahead.

What do I mean by that? The book that Guanyu’s holding, reading…I’ve seen the exact one or style in the hands of my family members, and even friends. As such, it seems that security for my thoughts is…nonexistent! Although, the narration isn’t directly my private thoughts, as I don’t add everything that I think. On top of that, I, as even the most moral person would do, improve my thoughts for a better, more enjoyable reading experience. Being an unreliable narrator gives me a LOT of freedom, you see; teehee~.

Vulely: “How long has this been a thing, everyone reading the narration like a morning tabloid?” I asked with a mostly curious tone.

Guanyu: “I don’t truly recall; it happened during that convenient 100-year time skip. Runeth was the one who, in her words, ‘molested the poultry security of Vulely’s narration System,’ telling us how to do so as well.” She answered with a slightly uncertain tone.

Vulely: “Damn little brat! I should implore her wives to get her double pregnant…” I replied with an annoyed scoff, biting my fingernail.

Slap!

Guanyu: “That’s a bad habit, which you shouldn’t develop. If required, I’m sure that Celia would allow you to bite any part of her instead. Oh, right… What exactly is a ‘tabloid,’ Vulely?” She asked with a head tilt, after she lightly slapped my hand away from my mouth.

Vulely: “I…hm, don’t know. I read it somewhere, but I am not aware of what it actually is. If only my reliable Aelia was present…” I replied with a wistful sigh.

Guanyu: “(- _ -)”

Contrary to what I just said, sending that question to Aelia in message form…is easily doable; she’d answer within a few seconds. However, she isn’t here in person, so I find that route a bit lacking in excitement. Teasing someone isn’t as fun if they aren’t here in person…

The Sound of Someone Angrily Getting Up From a Chair!

Uhh…why does Gaunyu look upset right now? Hey, she rarely shows this level of aggression; even when she’s tried to kill or harm me before! Where did I fuck up?! Think, think… Ah, I got nothing. It will forever remain a mystery if Celia would have given me this important job…if she knew that I’d eventually grow into this type of person. At least, for as long as I can help it, that is!…
