Chapter 350: Mass Beast Evolution.

With a soft chime, a wooden bottle appeared in her hand. She opened the cover and saw several Evolution Pills within. Zyra poured out one into her palm and sniffed it. The rich scent of dense energy immediately filled the air, making every single beast drool.

"Gather to the front, those that I have called out. Don’t worry, it’s wonderful news." She said quickly, as doubts started to travel within the new beast circle.

Hesitantly, they did as she requested.

Zyra stepped up to her chosen group. "These pills will trigger your latent bloodlines and force the highest evolution within you. It could be painful, it could be uncomfortable, but it will make you stronger than you have ever been."

Before she could hand them out, the fat rabbit in the group that was not chosen raised its fluffy right paw into the air, stamping its hind leg in frustration.

"Hey! Boss! This feels a lot like discrimination!" the rabbit squeaked loudly. "What about us? Are we just background props to you?"

Hunter whispered to her, "This one has been watching television since you released the beasts. It has also been following Malia around. It learns fast, but only the wrong things."

Zyra turned to the rabbit, raising an eyebrow. "It’s not discrimination, it’s efficiency. The ones I picked have the ability to reach the emperor level of evolution in one shot. Maybe even beyond. If I gave one to you right now, you wouldn’t evolve past level one no matter how many you swallowed. Your evolution must be taken one step at a time."

The rabbit slumped its ears.

"However," Zyra continued smoothly, reaching into her pocket to pull out a handful of shimmering, colorful gems, "I have these Resonance Stones. They won’t evolve your body, but they will permanently boost your overall strength, speed, and skills."

She smiled teasingly at the rabbit. "For example_ it’ll make you ten times faster at finding carrots. If you could also find medicinal herbs, I will be grateful."

The rabbit’s ears instantly shot straight back up, though it tried hard to keep a cool posture. It folded its paws, crossed its legs, and sighed dramatically. "Alright, alright, I get it. You didn’t have to rub my limits in my face like that... but I’ll take the Resonance stone."

The surrounding beasts erupted into another round of loud joy. Becoming stronger was better than anything. At least, they would not be captured easily again.

Zyra nodded toward Hunter, who stepped up beside her with a quiet grin. Together, they distributed the Evolution Pills to the chosen group.

"Eat them all at once," Zyra instructed.

The chosen beasts swallowed the pills without hesitation. Almost instantly, powerful surges of elemental energy erupted from their bodies! Wind whipped through the air, crackling lightning danced across the ground, and a dense cloud of white mist shot into the sky, completely obscuring the beasts from view.

Muffled roars, high-pitched squeaks, and cracking bone sounds rang out as their bodies expanded and transformed. Some evolutions were smooth and quiet, while others were rough, wild, and violently loud.

Zyra held her breath, watching it all intently.

Before the thick mist in the room could even scatter, a cheerful chime rang in her head:

[2. The stone salamander; It now has a mountain body; weapons can barely scratch it. Extreme sense of smell and can camouflage with ease. Be careful around it as it has titan strength.]

Zyra nodded, the Salamander’s body size had increased nearly touched the size of a truck. Crystal formations grew along its spine. It’s four limbs were thick and powerful ending in claws capable of digging through mountains. "Perfect, next."

[3. The Iron hide Rhino has evolved to become the divine war slay. It has a divine armor field that can block all attacks and extend to protect nearby allies. It has unstoppable momentum, the more it runs, the faster it becomes. It has titan physical strength as well.]

"Wow, divine armor field huh!" Zyra wore a wild smile.

[4. Grey wolf; Its jaws have become sharper, and the fur has become thin needles that can be shot at enemies in battle. Has the best silent tracking abilities and Regeneration abilities.]

Zyra nodded and continued to listen; her wandering eyes paused on the Cat that had refused the Kitty name. "Oh, heavens Kitty!" She made an adorable sound.

At first glance, Kitty had become even more beautiful. Its body had become slightly larger, with snow-white fur covered in tiny silver star-like markings. Its ears had pink tips! Its eyes became mismatched_ one golden and one deep blue. A thin ring of light floating around its tail.

[Its appearance is deceptive.] The system said.

"How so?" Zyra asked as she massaged the cat’s cheeks. And act Kitty did not see to enjoy at all.

It has sword like claws that can slay anything, including all your evolved beasts.

It has the soul cat’s curse ability. It marks an enemy and tracks them down through one world to another.

It can see through illusions, invisibility, darkness and spatial concealment.

Its purr restores energy and accelerates healing in nearby allies. But it can also cause blood vessels to explode.

It can grant a life to a fellow dying beast through soul energy transfer.

The beast still behaves like a normal cat, but it is the most dangerous of the beasts you have so far.]

"Zyra nodded, "From what you have told me it is really a treasure...."

Zyra gasped, her hand flew to her mouth. She looked at the cat that was looking at her with narrowed eyes.

"What is it two legs." It asked.

Zyra shook her head and smiled as she patted its head, where Beauty saw danger, she saw opportunity. Who better to mark Trinity for her than this cat? The Divine maiden would never escape from her now. All of her enemies in fact. A chuckle escaped her lips. She would have picked up the cat and kissed it, if she was not sure that it would act disgusted.

"Is everything alright?" Hunter asked as he approached her.

Zyra nodded and promised to fill him in later. She clapped her hands. "Play time everyone! The serious part is over. Welcome to the Beast Valley."
