Chapter 435: Chapter 435: eat

’Alright, he’s actually being pretty thoughtful.’ Lily Hart summoned the system in her mind. ’Quick, buy them. I want the ultra-thin, super-lubricated ones.’

’Do I have to be in charge of this too?’ the system complained silently. ’Is this right?!’

But it saw that she was busy, with no free hands to spare—after all, they were still busy caressing his abs.

The system could only follow her request, slamming several large boxes into her inventory! Go on, use them! Use every last one!

’Just you wait if you don’t use them all!’

After the purchase, the system forced itself offline. What happened next... well, it wasn’t exactly system-appropriate.

Knowing the baby-stoppers were now in place, Lily Hart confidently told Frost Shaw, "Don’t worry about it. I’ve got them."

Frost Shaw finally regained a sliver of his senses, but his pounding heart just wouldn’t slow down.

He began to devotedly attend to her, planting soft, scattered kisses over every inch of her skin.

He let her hands roam all over his body, her touch wild and without pattern, as if seeking only her own pleasure.

Before they knew it, their clothes were scattered across the floor.

The second floor was dimly lit, with only the light from the first floor filtering up through the staircase, creating a sensual atmosphere as the temperature continued to climb.

Frost Shaw knelt on the bed, silhouetted against the light. Being completely inexperienced, he was practically dying of anxiety.

Lily Hart lay back on the bed, quietly admiring his broad shoulders, narrow waist, and V-tapered back.

Frost Shaw’s back was ramrod straight; he didn’t dare move a muscle as he felt her touch.

Lily Hart glanced up and saw his face, which had turned beet red.

Frost Shaw was at a complete loss, with absolutely no idea what to do next.

He had only recently come of age. The apocalypse had broken out when he was just eight, so when would he have learned about this sort of thing? He was completely in the dark.

Lily Hart could see it now. The man was a complete and utter... novice.

Which was just perfect. She liked being the one to teach them. Just as Lily Hart was about to sit up and push him down...

Frost Shaw pounced on her.

"Lily, I..." Frost Shaw swallowed hard.

"Stop dawdling, baby. Hurry up," Lily Hart urged.

...

「The next day.」 Lily Hart woke up in Frost Shaw’s arms. It took her a moment to remember what had happened last night.

’Frost Shaw is just too young. Taking and taking, greedy and insatiable. Shameless, just utterly shameless!’

’He wouldn’t stop until three or four in the morning, and he still had the energy to carry me off to wash up.’

’Is this the body of a young superpower user?’ Lily Hart couldn’t help but be impressed.

The aches and pains that came as her body slowly woke up were a stark reminder.

’I just couldn’t hold back. It really wasn’t my fault. Once the arrow is on the bowstring, you have to let it fly!’

Lily Hart glanced at the time. It was only seven. She tried to get up to go to the bathroom.

The moment she moved, Frost Shaw scooped her back, wrapping one arm around her waist and using his other to pillow her head.

Now she was wrapped up tight.

"Don’t go." Frost Shaw’s voice was a bit hoarse from sleep. The words came out subconsciously as he held her even tighter.

Lily Hart’s heart softened. She turned into his embrace, hugging him back and stroking his back.

’There’s a scar here, and another one here. They must be from battles.’

Frost Shaw nuzzled the top of her head with his chin. "Need to use the bathroom?"

"Mmm..." Lily Hart’s voice was like a kitten’s, just a soft murmur. "Carry me. My legs are sore."

Frost Shaw didn’t move. ’What’s this? Is my little puppy not obeying anymore?’

"Why didn’t you call me ’baby’?" Frost Shaw said, sounding a little hurt as he met her gaze.

Lily Hart was rendered speechless before she burst out laughing. "Baby, carry me, my legs are sooo sore!"

’Wow, this man is so hard to please. This won’t do at all.’

That did the trick. Frost Shaw happily threw back the covers, scooped Lily Hart up in a princess carry, and had a grin plastered on his face the whole time.

Having gone to bed late and after all that, Lily Hart was still exhausted after using the bathroom.

So she said to Frost Shaw, "You should head back. You still have to work, after all. I’m going to get some more sleep."

The way she dismissed him after she was done looked exactly like something a player would do, but Frost Shaw didn’t think that deeply about it.

He just thought Lily Hart was concerned about him. Thinking that she was indeed tired, he obediently left, treading lightly on his way out.

Still in yesterday’s clothes, he ran right into Roman Rowe, who had come to make breakfast, as he reached the first floor.

They were both a bit stunned to see each other, but Roman Rowe was even more dumbfounded when he saw the direction Frost Shaw was coming from.

"Y-y-you, you came from the second floor? Is Boss Hart okay?" Roman Rowe asked worriedly.

’This kid was just as clueless.’

Frost Shaw shook his head. "No, I was just using the bathroom."

Then he noticed Frost Shaw was still in yesterday’s wrinkled clothes, which was even stranger. "Huh? Why haven’t you changed?"

’That’s not right. Everyone always pays close attention to their appearance in front of Boss Hart.’

’Maybe it’s because we know that’s what Boss Hart likes, so we usually make sure to look our best.’

’But this... this was not right.’

Roman Rowe wracked his brain, thinking and thinking, before exclaiming, "How could you be like this!"

Frost Shaw’s heart tightened. ’Is he about to figure it out? But I don’t want anyone else to know...’

Then, Roman Rowe said in astonishment, "How can you be so messy right now? You need to change your clothes more often! And your hair, too! Ugh, I can’t even look at you!"

Frost Shaw rolled his eyes. He knew he’d overestimated this guy.

With that, he tried to walk past him. As they brushed past each other, a fragrant scent wafted over.

Roman Rowe’s hands were faster than his eyes; he grabbed Frost Shaw’s wrist, his mouth moving faster than his brain. "Why do you smell like Lily Hart!"

"..." ’How am I supposed to answer that.’

"You... you two!" A bold idea flashed through Roman Rowe’s mind, but he quickly dismissed it.

’No, no, no, it’s impossible.’

’Absolutely impossible... But then why did Frost Shaw come down from the second floor just now?’

Roman Rowe couldn’t believe it.

Frost Shaw watched his expression shift from shock, to disbelief, and finally to dead despair.

It was a rich and varied series of changes. Frost Shaw sighed internally. He had wanted to keep it a secret, too.

Frost Shaw shook his hand off. Roman Rowe stared at him. "You and... never mind."

’Forget it. I’ll just pretend I don’t know. It’s no big deal. It was bound to happen sooner or later. What if I’m next?’

’That’s right. There’s room for a lot of people in Boss Hart’s heart, not just Frost Shaw.’

’Who knows who she likes the most! I have to work harder! No more complaining about fate!’
