The entire supermarket had three warehouses.

Moira Lynch and Shane Rhodes went through all three of them. Aside from some spoiled vegetables, fruits, frozen foods, and meat, all the remaining food and daily necessities were collected into the Subspace she had created.

After finishing, the two left as quickly as possible.

Especially Moira Lynch.

At that moment, she didn’t dare relax in the slightest. She had to find a place to take everything out of the Subspace as soon as possible.

’Sure enough, creating a Subspace with such a large capacity on the first try was too much of a strain.’

Finally, as dusk approached, the two returned to Dawnlight Base.

The guard on duty at the gate became instantly excited upon seeing Moira Lynch.

"You’re finally back!"

The guard noticed that Moira Lynch didn’t look well and thoughtfully brought over an unopened bottle of mineral water.

Clean water sources were incredibly rare these days, especially bottled mineral water like this.

"Thank you."

Moira Lynch offered her thanks but didn’t take the water. Instead, she looked at Shane Rhodes, signaling him to hurry up.

Seeing this, Shane Rhodes said to the guard, "We found a supermarket while searching for supplies and discovered a massive amount of goods inside. We can’t use it all, so we were wondering if you buy supplies?"

"Buy them? Of course, we’ll buy them!" the guard said hurriedly.

In this day and age, they wouldn’t hesitate to take even a single screw, let alone a massive amount of supplies. You never knew when it might come in handy.

"We can give you corresponding points based on the value of the supplies."

"If possible, we’d prefer Crystal Cores," Shane Rhodes said.

"Of course, that’s no problem," the guard agreed readily.

Although Zombie Crystal Cores could enhance a user’s power, the side effects were too great, so not many people used them.

Most Superpower Users just traded them for points. Currently, the base had not yet developed a Medicine that could purify the Crystal Cores.

So, even though the base received a large number of Crystal Cores from other Superpower Users every day, the actual usage rate was not high.

Piles of Crystal Cores were stacked up in the warehouses, which was also why the base was willing to pay out of its own pocket to have Moira Lynch treat the injured.

That’s why the guard had agreed so readily when he heard Shane Rhodes wanted to trade for Crystal Cores.

"Alright. In that case, send someone over to take inventory."

As he spoke, Shane Rhodes waved his hand toward an empty space nearby. Seeing this, Moira Lynch cooperated with him, pulling all the supplies out of her Subspace.

The guard had seen Space Ability Users before. He knew that while they could awaken a space to store things, the space was limited. The largest he had seen was only about the size of a truck, able to hold a few tons of supplies. But now...

Looking at the mountain-like pile of supplies, he was completely dumbfounded. This was far too much. Moreover, some of it was exactly what the base needed most right now, like feminine hygiene products.

After his shock wore off, the guard began to wonder if the base’s Crystal Core reserves were even enough to trade for all this.

After releasing all the supplies from her Subspace, Moira Lynch breathed a sigh of relief, her whole body feeling much lighter.

As for what they would use now that they’d handed over all the supplies... Hah. ’Do we look that foolish? The supplies we need were, of course, stored long ago in the much safer Space Button.’

The rest was left to Shane Rhodes. Moira Lynch headed toward the area specially prepared for the injured.

Many patients had already been brought there.

They lay on stretchers, a foul stench rising from their bodies. Many were on the verge of death, looking as if they would breathe their last in the next second.

Seeing this, Moira Lynch quickly began her treatment.

She started with the most severely injured.

The people waiting in line were all from adventurer teams that had just returned from outside. They had heard rumors about what happened that morning but hadn’t seen it for themselves; some even thought the stories were exaggerated.

However, when they personally witnessed the dying patients become full of life in a matter of moments, with even their wounds completely healed, they were utterly shocked.

Just then, a commotion erupted from the crowd.

A burly man clutched his head and cried in anguish, "She can really heal them! She can really heal them! Little brother, I’m so sorry!!!"

The people around him looked at the man with sympathy, but not blame.

After all, they hadn’t known about this before they returned.

Besides, they too had abandoned companions or even family members in the past. What right did they have to blame others?

After healing all one-hundred-plus patients, Moira Lynch received her payment: more than ten thousand Crystal Cores.

These Crystal Cores were packed into a backpack that weighed at least a hundred pounds.

Facing the heavy backpack, Moira Lynch lifted it with one hand in front of everyone and slung it over her shoulder, making it look completely effortless.

It was as if she wasn’t carrying an object weighing over a hundred pounds, but just a weightless backpack.

Returning to Shane Rhodes’s side, she found he had already negotiated the price for the supplies with the base leader, who had rushed over after hearing the news.

When he saw Moira Lynch walking over, the base leader’s face was wreathed in smiles.

"You two siblings are both outstanding! Dawnlight Base will forever be grateful for your contribution. Especially you, young lady. Do you have any idea how many people you’ve saved by coming here?"

Hearing this, Moira Lynch smiled slightly and said politely, "It was nothing, really. Besides, you’ve already paid."

At this, the base leader laughed heartily. "These people’s lives are worth much more than a hundred Crystal Cores each."

In just one day, his base had gained over a hundred Superpower Users who were now extremely loyal to Dawnlight Base and to him.

With these people, he was much more confident that Dawnlight Base would survive the next zombie horde.

’It won’t be long,’ he thought, ’before I can build Dawnlight Base into the most powerful base in this apocalypse.’

While fantasizing about the future, the base leader ordered his people to move all the supplies into the base and then deliver the corresponding Crystal Cores to Moira Lynch and Shane Rhodes’s home.

After returning to their residence, the first thing Moira Lynch did was let the Ragdoll Cat out.

"You’ve been carrying it with you this whole time?" Shane Rhodes asked, a little surprised.

"Of course. This is a dual-talented cat. I was afraid someone would steal it if I left it at home."

Moira Lynch said it as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. ’This cat is a huge treasure; I can’t let anything happen to it.’

Hearing this, Shane Rhodes thought for a moment and decided she was right.

’It doesn’t really cause any problems, so if she wants to bring it along, she can bring it along.’
