Chapter 1630: Part 3: Fight Against the Venom Maw

Shriek!

The Venom Maw creature let out a shriek. The high-pitched sound from its mouth reverberated through the area.

Even those Red Mark Warriors standing at the frontline felt discomfort after hearing it. They were witnessing the whole situation in shock and fear.

They didn’t know how Zack Lockwood was fighting against the ten massive creatures, while the rest of them were being torn apart by the coercion.

And they knew Zack Lockwood was a Purple Mark Warrior. So the current battle was something that completely overturned their imagination.

They hoped Zack Lockwood would be fine. Otherwise, their fate wouldn’t be any different.

Some of them were worried about their friends and members who were fighting in other secret land battlefields.

They had Zack Lockwood here, but the others didn’t have one. They didn’t want to imagine the worst situation that could be happening there.

Meanwhile,

The Venom Maw collected its thoughts. The holes had really caused much-needed damage. It was an elite creature. It was truly enraged right now.

It was not going to leave the target to others.

The foreign creature was pissed off. A stronger coercion was released from the body of the creature. The coercion was stronger than before.

The coercion struck the ground. It caused a huge disruption. The disruptive force spread across the surroundings.

At the same time, I felt a powerful coercion coming at me.

I tried to block the coercion with the broadsword.

Yet the powerful coercion pushed me backward. I could feel the pressure on my body, but my body was strong.

The blood energy force in my body was stirred. I tried to run the blood energy film. The film quickly covered all of my bones.

The blood energy film withstood the pressure.

Seeing that, I retreated from the place.

"The Venom Maw is pissed off. It will not hold back next," the ancient spirit’s voice said to me.

The massive Venom Maw creature’s body was covered in dark energy. It was the power of the elite race foreign creatures.

The next second, the Venom Maw shot off from the place. It was coming toward me. I didn’t want to be squashed by the weight of the Venom Maw.

"What to do?" I asked myself.

I immediately thought of the lightning defense technique. It had been some time since I had used the attack technique.

I decided to try it against the Venom Maw. I circulated the shock force and the dark purple lightning force together.

The two forces circulated inside my body as the massive body of the Venom Maw came toward me.

"Lightning Wheel!"

A dark purple lightning wheel with a mix of silver and golden colors appeared around me.

Right after, the Venom Maw’s body collided with the wheel.

Boom!

A detonation occurred. The overwhelming power struck the body of the Venom Maw.

The fusion of the two powers broke through the body of the creature and swept into its internals.

The lightning element was already powerful due to the Dark Lightning Sprout. The shock force power was improved as well.

The combination of the two powers was deadly. Dust and smoke quickly covered the place. The other Venom Maws were watching the confrontation.

They didn’t expect such a massive attack from the target.

Swoosh!

On the other hand, I put away the sword inside the ring and charged at a nearby creature. I understood that only an attack at the level of the Lightning Wheel could seriously injure them.

I didn’t have to look at the previous one. I was sure that Venom Maw was severely injured right now.

Shriek!

The second Venom Maw released a high-pitched sound. It was not a sound of pain, but a sound of threat.

Seeing that the tiny human was able to injure one of them, the creature had become cautious.

The whole of its body was covered in dark energy. Not only that, but poisonous liquids were flowing out from the glands in its body.

In a flash, both of us came into contact with each other. I noticed the changes in the body of the Venom Maw, but I didn’t back away.

"Lightning Wheel!"

I used the lightning defense technique right away. Right as the lightning wheel took shape, it collided with the body of the Venom Maw.

A deafening noise took place. The fusion of the dark lightning power and shock force power struck the body covered in dark liquid.

Upon contact, the dark liquid evaporated quickly. The dark energy was only able to stop it for a couple of seconds, yet even the dark energy evaporated.

The remaining power penetrated the body of the Venom Maw. Its skin and flesh were scorched. The power further electrocuted its internals.

Shriek!

Just as the Venom Maw made a sound,

"Watch out! An attack is coming from behind," the ancient spirit’s voice said to me.

Hearing that, I immediately summoned another Lightning Wheel. The lightning wheel took shape.

Boom!

Right then, a black tongue struck the half-formed wheel. The wheel was destroyed. The impact force sent me flying backward.

My body rocketed backward before crashing into the ground with a heavy thud.

Boom!

The landing created a small pit. A searing pain assaulted my body. But it was not over yet. A sense of crisis alarmed me again.

My perception caught something fast coming at me. I rolled my body sideways.

Boom!

A black tongue struck the ground next to me. It punctured a hole in the ground.

Boom!

One after another, the black tongues came at me. I had little time to react.

As time passed, I kept moving my body sideways. The impact force was also throwing my body here and there.

But thanks to my senses and the warning from the ancient spirit, I evaded the attacks at the last second.

The Venom Maws were using the power of the dark energy to boost their strength. Their black tongues were already injured by the lightning power.

Two out of the ten Venom Maws had become weak. They had been previously hit by the Lightning Wheel.

Right then, I made a crazy decision. I began to add the bloodline power and blood energy power to the dark purple lightning force and shock force.

All four types of inheritance power circulated inside my body. I could feel the energy moving through the pathways.

I had used the fusion of different inheritances before, so I was prepared this time. In my perception, I caught that eight out of the ten Venom Maws were getting closer to me.

Next, I charged at the Venom Maw nearest to me, despite the searing pain all over my body.

The Venom Maws saw their target get up again. They shot out their black tongues one after another. They were still boosted by the dark energy power.

They hadn’t worn out yet.

In a flash, they got closer to me,

"Lightning Cage!"

I used another lightning attack, but it was a mix of all four types of inheritance powers. It would be appropriate to call it a mixed cage.

Lightning bolts with a mix of dark purple, golden, silver, blue, and red colors came in contact with the black tongues.

Puchak!

Right then, the black tongues exploded into pieces. The dark tongues couldn’t handle the power; they were wiped out by the overwhelming power.

Some of the Venom Maws were so close that they got hit by the remaining power. The power blasted away the top layer of their skin and flesh.

A torrent of blood stained the ground.

Shriek!

The Venom Maws let out high-pitched shrieks. This attack had inflicted serious injuries on them. They were holding on only because of the dark energy power.

If the dark energy power faded away, they wouldn’t have any strength left to fight.

"You are doing well. Target the rest of them as well," the ancient spirit’s voice sounded in my mind.

Swoosh!

Hearing that, I immediately acted and rushed toward the other Venom Maws.

I didn’t want to use long-range attacks. The Venom Maws could leap at the last moment to avoid the attack, so a close-range attack was the best option.

The elite race Venom Maws were finally getting scared.

Boom!

Then they were struck by the mixed element cage attack. The power broke through their bodies and damaged their internals.

The massive creatures were extremely weakened. They were on their last legs; they could not fight anymore.

They could not move their bodies. Blood was flowing out from their large wounds, forming a small pool of blood on the ground.

Now all ten Venom Maws were heavily wounded.

On the other hand, I checked the reserves in my dantian. I had consumed quite a lot in those attacks.
