Hegemony Company Headquarters perimeter.

The cold moonlight spread over the battered battlefield, yet was shrouded by the pervasive smoke and dust, casting a dismal gray over the surroundings.

Among the Hegemony Company forces, armored units were already damaged, blown into twisted wreckage, with bits of broken metal scattered all around.

A large number of the constructs responsible for sacrificial tasks also lay dead, corpses strewn across the ground, many riddled with bullet holes or blown apart into unrecognizable pieces.

The lower-ranked troops continued to fight, but the outcome between the superior fighters seemed to have already been decided.

In just one clash, Hansen, the strongest of Hegemony Company, was paralyzed by Fenrir, falling motionless among the Titan wreckage.

Logically speaking, when one’s "Main General" is defeated, the morale of the remaining troops should suffer significantly.

Yet at this moment, the Hegemony Company forces stationed around the headquarters showed no abnormality, even after witnessing the moment Hansen was instantly struck down by Fenrir. They merely glanced out of the corner of their eyes, before continuing their own battles.

Just as Fenrir advanced again, preparing to deliver a few more blows to Hansen, his figure in the rubble suddenly vanished from sight.

In the next instant, Fenrir suddenly felt darkness envelop her vision, an overwhelming gust almost suffocating her.

It was a vicious claw striking down.

Fenrir immediately retreated violently, but no matter how quickly she withdrew, the claw shadowed her every movement, leaving her no escape.

Finally, Fenrir only felt a massive force pressing upon her face, followed by a sense of weightlessness as her back collided heavily with the ground.

"Boom—" At the moment Fenrir was pinned to the ground, a deep crack spread from the impact point across a hundred meters of ground, and the sweeping blast of air pressure overturned many constructs and Giant Warriors.

Fenrir’s eyes snapped open, peering through the gaps of the claw gripping her face, and saw Hansen smiling down at her.

Hansen’s face was severely disfigured from the earlier punch, yet his tone remained light and cheerful as he slowly spoke, "Not bad. Full marks for angle, technique, and timing on that last hit."

He paused here, grinning to reveal a broken front tooth, "Just lacking a bit in force."

"Boom!" Hansen’s hand locked onto Fenrir’s face like a vice, pushing her further into the ground, the tremendous impact force stamping a human-shaped indentation in the earth.

Fenrir wasn’t intimidated; she grasped Hansen’s wrist in return. The two exchanged explosive power, the dense cracking sound leaving one unsure whose joints were popping.

In the end, though Fenrir managed to pry Hansen’s hand away, with a "hiss", her face was scarred with three glaring gashes by Hansen’s fingers, blood gushing from the wounds.

Fenrir rolled back to her feet, looking at Hansen after stabilizing herself. The face she had just destroyed was completely shattered, the nose utterly crushed, blood soaking him, yet he seemed insensitive to the pain.

His hands already showed signs of transformation into a wolf-like state, with thickened finger bones and claws sharp as knives at the tips, eager to tear flesh apart.

The Azure Wolf Blood Code, this blood code considered most extreme, could only unleash its potential through injury—the more severe the wounds, the deeper the wolf transformation, the stronger the power.

That punch not only failed to cripple Hansen but instead made his Blood Code Power soar exponentially.

Hansen slipped his hand into his mouth, yanking out a loose tooth, revealing a bloody smile, "You’re quite unwise, choosing the Azure Wolf Blood Code as a woman."

"With physiological structures different from men, born weaker, women should opt for more skill-based combat methods."

"Sheer brute force clashing, that’s men’s business."

Fenrir wiped away the blood obscuring her eyes with a short chuckle, "It’s already the year Dawn 156, and someone is still clinging to macho chauvinism?"

Hansen still smiled serenely, pressing his fingers sequentially over his thumb, making popping sounds, "A bitch is still a bitch; can’t understand words until she’s beaten thoroughly into submission."

"Boom—" In an instant, both turned into shadows crashing into each other, exploding with a deafening roar.

Although Fenrir was not as heavily injured as Hansen at this point, her Blood Code Power was at a disadvantage; she was struck by Hansen’s sweeping elbow, tumbling onto the ground.

Seizing Fenrir’s unsteady stance, Hansen swiftly stamped on her shoulder, grabbing one of her arms to tear it apart.

Fenrir caught Hansen’s wrist in return, leveraging her body up while using her other hand to savagely claw from his arm to his wrist, leaving a sixty-centimeter-long gash that bled profusely.

Hansen not only remained unaffected by the injury but seemed to revel in the pain, his wolf transformation advancing further, the once shattered teeth regenerate into beast-like fangs.

Fiercely, Hansen dragged Fenrir towards him, his vicious fangs biting into her neck with a "chomp," tearing a significant chunk of flesh away.

He extended his tongue to lick away the blood trickling to his lips, a snarling laugh of ecstasy mixed with madness emanating from his mouth.

But before he had laughed a few times, Fenrir, who had also gained strength through injury, launched a counterattack. With overwhelming force, the Azure Wolf claws punctured into his chest, and when retracted, pulled out fragments of lung tissue.

The battle between these top-tier Azure Wolf Blood Code Carriers could only be described as frenzied, absent of any finesse or skill, both sides using the most primitive and pure force to counter each other.

When one side got injured, their power increased, thus gaining the upper hand over the other.
