10x Rewards: Conquering Women and Taming Beauties
Chapter 210 — Victory Nights
The Bone City did not sleep after the fleet retreated.
Banners of every allied colour hung from the white towers and the dark glass bridges. Living-bone constructs walked the streets with ceremonial rather than combat posture. Ships of different designs filled the harbour in open display of the forces that had stood together on the shifting sea. The independent powers that had answered the gathering call remained in the city, and the celebrations that followed the victory lasted three full days and nights.
The political part happened in the high halls and open terraces. Agreements were confirmed. Losses were counted. New commitments were spoken in front of witnesses so that no faction could later claim misunderstanding. Lady Sable, Lian, Mei, and Rhea handled most of those conversations with the precision of people who understood that a victory only mattered if it became structure afterward.
The rest of the celebration belonged to the compound that had been given to us when we first arrived as temporary guests.
Elizabeth opened it completely.
Every woman who had fought in the battle and been accepted into the wider pattern was welcome. The original circle, the twins, Lady Sable when she chose to leave the high halls, Lian and Mei, Rhea, Kora, Sylis, Veyra, and the newer arrivals who had proven themselves on the water or in the air all passed through the gates without ceremony. The compound's rooms, courtyards, and open baths filled and emptied and filled again as the days and nights blurred into one continuous current of contact.
There was no schedule and no hierarchy beyond the quiet authority Elizabeth continued to hold at the centre. Women came to me when they wanted and left when they were satisfied, or stayed and shared whatever arrangement the moment produced. Sometimes the gatherings were small — two or three bodies in a quiet room with the sound of the city celebrating in the distance. Sometimes the main hall held more people than the beds and mats could easily contain, and the distinctions between one pair and the next disappeared into a single shifting field of skin, power, and release.
The advanced stage of the Cursed Nebula Physique made every exchange denser than the ones that had come before the Heart of Reflection. Energy moved through contact without being forced. Climaxes landed heavier and recovered faster. The women who had already shared nights with me before the battle found new depth in the familiar. The ones who had joined more recently learned the full measure of what the circle offered and gave their own strength back into it without reservation.
Yara and Nyra moved through the hours as a matched pair, amplifying each other and anyone who joined them. Lian and Mei's dual physique turned entire stretches of the night into long, resonant cycles that pulled others in and did not release them quickly. Rhea's direct hunger cut through softer moments with the same clarity she brought to a fight. Kora's spatial awareness made the compound feel larger than its walls, every shift of position carrying an echo of folded distance. Sylis brought raw physical demand that left marks and earned them in return. Veyra's precision found new angles even in the most crowded arrangements and shared them without possessiveness.
Elizabeth remained the fixed point. She directed without commanding, joined without needing to control the whole, and made certain no woman who had been accepted was left outside the current unless she chose to stand aside. Vale's strength anchored the heavier exchanges. Seraphina and Feng Lan moved through the nights with the quiet intensity of people who had already survived the worst the old world could offer and were now free to take what they wanted from the new one. Lydia participated fully, the last caution around her healing arm finally gone.
Lady Sable appeared when the high halls released her, claimed the time she wanted, and left again without needing to explain the political calculations that still ran behind her eyes. Her presence never disrupted the wider pattern. It simply added another layer of measured intensity when she chose to be there.
The three days and nights did not peak and end. They rose and settled and rose again, the compound's air staying warm and heavy with the continuous evidence of how many people had decided the centre of the new alliance was also the centre of something more personal. New bonds formed in the dark and were confirmed again in the morning light. Old bonds deepened until the difference between political loyalty and private claim stopped mattering.
On the morning of the fourth day the celebrations across the city finally began to quiet. The compound emptied by degrees as women returned to their own forces and their own responsibilities. The core remained. Elizabeth, Vale, Seraphina, Lydia, Feng Lan, and the women who had already made permanent places for themselves stayed while the last of the temporary visitors left with clear understanding of what they had been allowed to share and what still belonged only to the centre.
I stood on the outer wall of the compound with Elizabeth beside me and looked out over the Bone City and the shifting sea beyond it. Alliance banners still moved in the wind. The harbour held the ships of powers that had chosen to stand together rather than wait to be taken separately. The great-clan fleet had been broken in open water, and the message had already begun travelling farther than any messenger bird could carry it.
Elizabeth's shoulder rested against mine.
"The clans will not stop with one fleet," she said. "But they will think longer before they send the next."
"Yes."
"The alliance needs a direction beyond defence. The maps from the Heart and the deeper charts the scholars brought all point the same way."
I knew the direction she meant. The Origin Wound sat at the centre of every complete map the independent powers had been willing to share. No one currently living had crossed it and returned with a reliable account. The power that had gathered in the Bone City was the first force in a long time that might be strong enough to try.
"When the alliance is stable enough to hold without us standing in the middle of every conversation," I said, "we go."
Elizabeth nodded once.
Behind us the compound settled into the quieter rhythm of people who had spent three days and nights confirming every bond that mattered. Ahead of us the shifting sea moved under a sky that no longer belonged only to the great clans. The cursed world had taken its first real look at the force rising in its independent centres, and the next stage of the road already led toward the one place none of the old maps had ever fully claimed.
The Origin Wound waited.
The circle that would walk toward it had been forged in open water and sealed in the long victory nights that followed. What came next would be built by them rather than forced upon them by any power that still believed the old order was permanent.
