Wizard: My Skills Can Infinitely Break Through

Chapter 508 - 360: A Deal with the World Will

Jiangzhou Management Bureau Headquarters.

Inside a secret chamber, Ian sat cross-legged and naked. He slowly opened his eyes, a blazing light flashing in their depths before vanishing.

’I trust you’ve all received my gift!’

The term "Morning Star Wizard" signifies one who lights the path for those who follow, but the very first to receive this gift are always the Wizard’s own kin.

The feedback from a Morning Star Bloodline’s ascension transcends all distance and space.

A great Wizard from ancient times established this as a fundamental law of the universe.

He stood, and as his body swayed slightly—CRACK!—a web of fine cracks appeared in the air around him.

He hadn’t used any Rules or exerted any effort. The sheer Power of his physical form alone had rendered the space on Profound Yellow Star as fragile as paper.

A more intense sensation came from all directions—an omnipresent feeling of rejection, as if the entire world were whispering to him.

"Leave... leave this world..."

Space rippled, and Gravity subtly threatened to spiral out of control.

Deep within Ian’s chest, his newly-formed Blazing Star Core vibrated gently.

Crimson-gold waves of Rules spread outward, and the world’s rejection melted away like ice and snow. Everything returned to normal.

Other newly ascended Morning Stars couldn’t possibly have handled that so effortlessly.

He had already achieved 100% mastery over his Rules of Gravity and Thermal Energy. The Rule Domain they wove together activated automatically, neutralizing the World Will’s rejection.

’Fighting a Rule with a Rule... it really is effective.’ A slight smile touched Ian’s lips.

Before his breakthrough, he couldn’t even perceive this higher-dimensional rejection. Now, it was as natural as breathing.

Suddenly, the flow of Time in the secret chamber stagnated. A grander, more ancient presence descended.

Ian’s perspective suddenly soared.

He "saw" Jiangzhou City beyond the secret chamber. He saw the outline of Jiangnan Province, the expanse of the Great Yan Territory, and the azure Profound Yellow Star slowly rotating in the Void.

He saw dark purple Rifts still connected to Profound Yellow Star.

A lofty, ethereal Will made contact with him for an instant.

There was no language, no sound—only several torrents of information that poured directly into his consciousness.

A Level Three Wizard or a Legendary Powerhouse would have had their Soul shattered in an instant.

But within Ian’s Sea of Spirit, the Blazing Star Core at its center calmly accepted all the information.

The contact lasted only an instant before the torrent of information receded. Ian now understood everything.

’A transaction...’

He murmured to himself, a contemplative glint in his eyes.

The World Will of Profound Yellow Star had actually reached the Level Five Limit, a height nearly impossible for a minor world to achieve.

It had accumulated a profound foundation over countless ages and had long been qualified to ascend to Level Six, but doing so required a vast amount of World Origin.

Where would it come from?

The answer lay deep within those Rifts, in the Otherworlds tainted by the Abyss.

The World Will’s request was simple: cleanse all remaining Rifts on Profound Yellow Star and, during the Purification process, seize as many fragments of the Otherworlds’ Origin as possible to weaken them.

It would reward him with a portion of the captured Origin and promised that after ascending to Level Six, it would grant him World Authority to help him establish a stable passage between worlds.

’This deal... suits me perfectly.’

His Seed of Rules required a massive amount of World Origin to be nurtured.

If it were a vibrant, green planet, siphoning its origin would inevitably kill countless living beings.

He had no such scruples regarding the Otherworlds on the other side. Besides, the taint of the Abyss was the last thing he feared.

With a mere thought, a robe of golden light wove itself around Ian’s body.

The alloy door to the secret chamber slid open silently.

In the corridor outside, Wei Song leaned against the wall with his arms crossed. Gaga, perched on his shoulder, looked anxious.

"Isn’t it over? Why hasn’t he come out yet?" Wei Song stared at the closed door.

Before he could finish, a blazing light surged from the doorway, making the air distort and shimmer with heat.

Wei Song’s pupils constricted. He instinctively deployed his Blazing Domain, but the moment it expanded, it was gently suppressed by an even more terrifying Gravity Field.

The halo of light dispersed, and Ian walked out.

He wore a simple Long Robe woven from golden threads, his black hair tied back plainly, and his eyes were profound.

Gaga shrieked with excitement and shot toward Ian like a black shadow, only to freeze abruptly three meters away, having run into an invisible Domain barrier.

Ian hadn’t blocked it intentionally. The gap between their levels of existence was simply too vast; Low Tier Life forms were automatically repelled by his Rules just by getting close.

"Gaa..." the little creature cried out plaintively.

Ian was privately amused. With a beckoning gesture, he made a slight adjustment to his Gravity Field, and Gaga was lifted onto his shoulder.

Gaga immediately nuzzled his cheek, its Soul conveying a mix of excitement, worry, and longing.

"There, there. I succeeded, didn’t I?" Ian said, rubbing Gaga’s head before turning to look at Wei Song.

Wei Song took a deep breath, suppressing his shock. "The commotion you caused... the global phenomenon lasted for a month. The whole world has been going crazy."

"I expected as much," Ian said calmly. He turned and walked away, with Wei Song close behind.

In the lounge, Ian lifted a hand and tapped a finger in the air. Dense arrays of Witchcraft Runes materialized on the four walls, sealing the room from the outside.

He had conjured a Morning Star Level Witch Array from the Void with a single thought.

He sat down cross-legged. Wei Song took a seat on the cushion opposite him, while Gaga hopped onto the floor between them, staring eagerly at Ian.

Wei Song sighed. "I can no longer even perceive how strong you are."

"Since you two are interested, I’ll give you a brief overview."

Seeing the curiosity in their eyes, Ian wasted no words. He swiped a finger through the air, and golden Starlight coalesced into a three-dimensional, holographic image.

A Miniature Star rotated at the center, surrounded by five Star Orbits of varying colors.

Ian pointed to the star. "This is my Seed of Rules, which is also my Star Core Body. My Rule Domain currently has a radius of ten thousand kilometers."
