Chen Shang took a deep breath, retrieved a blank Crystal Plate from his Space Book, and directed his Spiritual Power into it. He engraved the Rune structure and activation method of the Secret Eye into the plate. Then, he placed the Crystal Plate on the right pan of the scales.
