Chapter 337: Chapter 338: Family Elder

"Something from a Wizard?"

The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon looked at the Morning Sky in its claw, its interest piqued!

"Something from a Wizard?"

When the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon identified the Morning Sky before them as a Wizard’s artifact, a trace of confusion flickered in the eyes of the Wild Boar and the others.

From the moment of their birth until now, despite their many dealings with the outside world, they had never interacted with Wizards and were completely unfamiliar with their kind.

"Heh heh, Wizards are a bunch of fellows who seek the Truth. For the sake of that Truth, there’s nothing they wouldn’t dare to do!"

The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon shrank its claw by half. Then, it gently tapped the Morning Sky with a fingertip, and a tremendous sound immediately began to reverberate endlessly inside.

"Is that... is that the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon?"

Andre sat in the Central Control Room, swaying back and forth with the sound.

At that moment, his eyes widened as he stared at the enormous face displayed on the projection. He then whipped his head around to look at Seven Rings, who had just recently completed its transformation.

’Seriously? Doesn’t he have anything better to do?’

Andre looked at Seven Rings and felt a massive headache coming on.

When other Mixed-blood Dragon Beasts underwent their Bloodline transformation, no other Giant Dragon Ancestor would ever appear.

But as soon as Seven Rings completed its Bloodline transformation, the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon showed up. What kind of fucking coincidence was that?

"Still not coming out?" The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon narrowed its eyes at the unresponsive Morning Sky.

Inside the Morning Sky, Andre was cursing the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon. ’With you tapping like that, how the fuck am I supposed to get out?’

’A single tap of your fingertip is equivalent to a Level 2 Witchcraft.’

’While you’re tapping continuously, a second shockwave arrives before the Morning Sky can even finish absorbing the fluctuations from the first one.’

Moreover, because the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon was a Level 7 creature, the Energy blanketing its body was already interfering with the Morning Sky’s normal operations.

At this moment, parts of the Morning Sky, which was originally a metallic construct, were gradually growing flesh and blood, while other parts were sprouting plants.

"You’re being a little too rough," the Nine-headed Serpent said, looking at the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon as a reminder.

"Oh? I’m being too rough?"

The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon looked at the Nine-headed Serpent, a hint of amusement flashing in its eyes.

"To you, a tap of your fingertip is naturally nothing. But to a creation like this, every single tap is an attack."

"You’ve been tapping continuously, which is the same as constantly attacking. Under these circumstances, it would be strange if the person inside could come out."

The Nine-headed Serpent looked at the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon before it and couldn’t help but shake its head.

The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon was already treating this Wizard’s creation as a toy.

"Fine. I’ll stop and let him out."

The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon stopped tapping and looked at the Morning Sky in its claw.

Soon, Andre emerged from the Morning Sky with Seven Rings.

"The scent of an outsider!" As soon as Andre stepped out of the Morning Sky, the Wild Boar’s nose twitched twice. It instantly sensed the smell of a transient on Andre.

"Mm, indeed. It just completed its transformation using my Bloodline."

At this moment, the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon’s gaze wasn’t on Andre at all, but was instead fixed on Seven Rings.

Seven Rings looked at the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon before it, and a sense of affinity originating from its Bloodline spontaneously arose.

"So, you’re the Wizard."

Andre patted Seven Rings, and it immediately spread its wings and took flight.

As Seven Rings flew up, a green light emanated from the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon, enveloping Andre and Seven Rings and shielding them from the radiant Energy of the Star Realm.

"Little Wizard, you...!"

Only then did the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon shift its gaze to Andre.

But when it saw Andre, countless wisps of gray mist suddenly erupted from Andre’s body, shrouding him completely.

"Hmm?" The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon looked at the mass of gray mist and let out a sound of surprise.

Then, the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon blew gently, scattering the gray mist.

After the mist dissipated, the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon had originally thought it had dealt with Andre.

But to its surprise, the gray mist quickly gathered together again, churning continuously.

"This Power...?" The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon stared at the gray mist, continuously sensing it.

"The aura of Chaos... though it’s faint, it is definitely the aura of Chaos. Has this little one actually walked this far on his own Power?"

The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon looked at the gray mist that was Andre, its interest piqued again.

It immediately wanted to change Andre back and make him reveal how he had grasped the Power of Chaos.

But at that very moment, a hand that was exceptionally slender compared to the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon slapped it on the head.

"You, fellow, have crossed the line!"

Following that light slap, the Life Giant Dragon stumbled back several steps. With each step back, its immense weight left a distinct footprint in the Star Realm, and each footprint was the size of a Level 3 World.

"Who?!" Having finally stabilized itself, the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon immediately looked ahead, ready to find the one who had ambushed it and settle the score.

It walked the Path of Life; when it came to the thickness of its health bar, it had never been afraid of anyone.

Even Level 8 Creatures, a whole Realm higher than it, would grow weary at the sight of its massive health bar and be unwilling to clash with it.

"You’ve laid your hands on my descendant, and you still ask who I am?"

At that moment, a figure appeared in front of Andre. He stretched out a hand, and a single drop of Chaos-colored liquid slowly fell from the figure’s fingertip, landing in the middle of the gray mist.

Then, the gray mist began to condense around that single drop of liquid. Finally, Andre’s form reappeared.

"Antaromen! So it was you!"

The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon looked at the newcomer and shouted his name, its eyes revealing a deep sense of dread.

If the Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon was said to rampage through the Endless Star Realm by relying on the length of its health bar...

...then this Antaromen before it was one who walked the Endless Star Realm by relying on his endless reserves of Witchcraft.

Therefore, Antaromen was one of the few beings that other creatures of the Star Realm were most reluctant to encounter.

No one knew just how much Witchcraft Antaromen had mastered. A moment of carelessness could lead to one’s demise amidst a Witchcraft Torrent.

"He’s your descendant?"

The Ancestor of the Life Giant Dragon asked Antaromen. Antaromen shook his head.

"No. He is the Old Ancestor’s descendant!"
